From The Globe and Mail
Canadian researchers are joining the effort to develop a Chinese vaccine against the deadly coronavirus, with plans to begin human trials in Canada of a potential defence against COVID-19 that employs genetic technology from the National Research Council.
The trials will bring to Canadian soil Ad5-nCoV, a vaccine candidate under joint development by a Chinese company and the country’s military. Backed by a state that has urgently sought a vaccine of global importance, Ad5-nCoV has been among the most rapidly developed of numerous candidates around the world.
Now the NRC has struck an agreement to support its development in Canada by manufacturing doses that can be administered in human tests and for emergency pandemic use.
If the tests succeed, the vaccine candidate could seek Health Canada’s approval for emergency use as early as this fall, Mr. Szumski said. It is already undergoing concurrent first- and second-phase human trials in China.

Is it true that the Canadian Government is hiring Dr. Mengele to assist?
Without a doubt.
Who has the last word re Health Canada? Dr. Theresa Tam.
I spoke about it with people, young and older, today. All, without exception, were aghast. It was as if it suddenly dawned on them that something was wrong.
As an add-on: When Canadians have been subjected to said vaccine (if desperate enough to take it), another pandemic virus will erupt from China.
They will try and make it look like the new pandemic comes from some other location, like say Canada, the US or some European nation.
CBC – Canada helping develop COVID-19 vaccine from Chinese company
Canada’s National Research Council has partnered with Chinese company CanSino Biologics to develop and test a promising COVID-19 vaccine.
From 2014, under the HARPER years. A very interesting article that might have bearing on what is now happening re the vaccine:
FIPA agreement with China: What’s really in it for Canada?
… Canadian governments are locked in for a generation. If Canada finds the deal unsatisfactory, it cannot be cancelled completely for 31 years.
China benefits much more than Canada, because of a clause allowing existing restrictions in each country to stay in place. Chinese companies get to play on a relatively level field in Canada, while maintaining wildly arbitrary practices and rules for Canadian companies in China.
Chinese companies will be able to seek redress against any laws passed by any level of government in Canada which threaten their profits. Australia has decided not to enter FIPA agreements specifically because they allow powerful corporations to challenge legislation on social, environmental and economic issues. Chinese companies investing heavily in Canadian energy will be able seek billions in compensation if their projects are hampered by provincial laws on issues such as environmental concerns or First Nations rights, for example.

Vaccines are HIGHLY unlikely to work for THIS coronavirus and they just might make the NEXT one 80x MORE lethal. Funding an “accelerated” process is a scam. Arguing hypotheticals is distraction.
Avoiding pitfalls in the pursuit of a COVID-19 vaccine
As they race to devise a vaccine, researchers are trying to ensure that their candidates don’t spur a counterproductive, even dangerous, immune system reaction known as immune enhancement.

One of the articles cited is really good. The abstract and the discussion at the end are convincing enough.
