The U.S. has reportedly obtained intelligence that the son of Osama bin Laden and potential heir to his terrorist empire, Hamza bin Laden, is dead.

 

It is unclear whether the U.S. played a role in Hamza bin Laden’s death or whether the death had been confirmed, according to NBC News, which reported the intelligence on Wednesday citing three U.S. officials.

 

No further details were provided about when, where or how Hamza bin Laden is thought to have died.

The Eritrean man accused of murdering a young boy at a German train station had previously been featured in a Swiss brochure as an example of successful integration, it has emerged. 

 

Habte Araya, 40, was pictured in 2017 by the Swiss labour agency which had found him a job, and gave an interview in which he said he ‘liked almost everything about Switzerland’. 

 

‘When I first came communication was difficult because of the language. But that is no longer the case. I like the fact that everyone is helped here regardless of whether they are rich or poor,’ he said at the time.  

He praised the Swiss education system and said: ‘I want a better and easier life for my children than I had.’

According to the brochure, the labour agency helped him find a job as a fitter for the Zurich transport authority, where he said he hoped to work for 25 years. 

However, his life appears to have unravelled since then as Swiss police said he was on the run in Germany after a separate incident of violence last week.

Toxic wokeness among major corporations with garbage products is a real problem. 

It works like this. A major brand has a garbage product that it overcharges for, but its brand is one of the 2 or 3 names consumers know, and it’s part of a vast megacorporate umbrella of garbage brands just like it. So to “refresh” its brand, its ad people tell it to take a leftist stand.

And then maybe consumers will stop switching to better alternatives.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) is accusing multiple senior Trump administration officials in both the Treasury and State Departments of actively working behind President Donald Trump’s back to save the Iran nuclear deal and continue providing Tehran with waivers permitting the regime to conduct sensitive nuclear work at a military site that houses Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

 

In reaction to reports that the State Department will renew a series of controversial sanctions waivers that have permitted Iran to continue conducting nuclear work, including at a military bunker dug into the side of mountain, Cruz accused “deep state” officials operating at the State and Treasury Departments of actively working to undermine the administration’s so-called “maximum pressure” campaign on Iran.

 

“If these reports are indeed accurate, then it is a temporary victory for the deep state staffers at Treasury and State who continue working tirelessly to preserve the Obama Iran deal rather than implementing the president’s directive,” Cruz said. “I will continue to work towards permanently ending the nuclear deal, including by exercising Congress’s important oversight responsibility to ensure the implementation of United States policy.”
