As I understand it, the EU has decided that Poland may not have control over its own court system, and want to punish Poland for reforming the court system and removing raw power from the European Union over aspects of Polish sovereignty. This despite the fact that Germany’s own courts are more political than Poland’s and that Poland like Romania, had to purge its courts of communists and a “Black Box” like system of opaque judgement rendering. But I would go by the video below for any differences between my explanation and his.

Germany using the EU as a front is trying to use diplomacy to do what their military couldn’t do in the 1940s, namely turn Europe into a group of German colonies. As in the 1940s France has surrendered as have most of the European nations although Britain is fighting back and missing Churchill. Poland and Eastern Europe are fighting back as they did in the in the 1940s. If/. I repeat if Germany hadn’t let in the hoards of Islamic invaders and taken more time they might have succeeded in their new scheme of conquest. Merkel did let in the invaders and she is impatient and trying to force Eastern Europe into acquiescing to the EU’s demands to give up national Sovereignty. Merkel;s allowing the Islamic invaders in has also created the National Identity movements that are leading the resistance against the invasion and by extension the EU/German conquest of Europe.
As the governmental coddling of the invaders continues to put them above the law the resistance movements are growing stronger and will probably evolve into armed resistance to the invaders. Once Europe returns to the armed Yeoman defending himself, his family, his home, his town and eventually his nation freedom will return to Europe. This is going to take time and a lot of blood because of the indoctrination of the Europeans by the far left but the Europeans are slowly throwing off the indoctrination that has prevented them from defending their countries.
That is the real an possible scenario.
I am pessimistic and I believe the west is lost and good westerners will migrate first in the east then they will start reorganizing and fighting.
At the end I pray that Germany will be divided completely and forever.
