Canada passes law mandating compelled speech in the form of bill C-16

Canada is now a communist country, where speech supporting anti-scientific post-modern narratives is mandatory.

Using the language of human rights, a tactic which we have seen in the last few decades is in fact a con to remove real human rights like the right to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly, and many other genuine rights based on the liberal idea of the individual, the Canadian Senate passed the ludicrous freedom-crushing and full out post modernist (read communist) bill C16 as law in Canada on June 15, 2017.

The only peaceful option left, to borrow from the Bard, is that it be honoured in the breech more than in the observance.

Lets have a look at two arguments against the bill made by PhD.s in actual science, rather than in cultural Marxist thought, being the contemporary state of the Humanities in universities today.

Now that ‘human rights’ can compel you, not only be silent on things that are true like, “Islam is a political religious system of conquest and pillage which demands abuse and torture and dismemberment of unbelievers who fail to accept the absolute superiority of Muslims” but now can force you to say things which are not true in C16; who can possibly imagine it will stop there.

What will they compel us to say next?

The shahada perhaps?

A public high school has been accused of radical Islamic indoctrination by forcing children to profess the Muslim statement of faith, ordering them to memorize the Five Pillars of Islam and teaching that the faith of a Muslim is stronger than the average Christian, according to a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday. 

Thomas More Law Center filed the lawsuit on behalf of John and Melissa Wood. They accuse La Plata High School in Maryland of subjecting their teenage daughter to Islamic indoctrination and propaganda. And when Mr. Wood complained – the school banned him from campus.

  1. Interesting, so if a Canadian strip club refuses to hire someone with a penis and a self-perceived female identity, the club is exposed to criminal prosecution?

    • My guess is that like all Marxist based laws, they are intended to be selectively enforced in ways that destroy the Western foundation of our culture. So you won’t see fat older Jewish women on pro basketball teams for a while although the case is every bit as good, better in fact, than black people being made medical doctors by changing the standards for them.

      Not that I should have to clarify this, but I like not being in the gulag so i will say that I am not saying black people shouldn’t be doctors, only that affirmative action means that people should not trust the ones who are, as you do not know what standard was used to graduate them.

      Equality of opportunity Vs. statistical equality of result, or what the Canadian governments have come to call, “equity”.

    • Given the way the radical homosexual agenda is being pushed this is possible. it will depend on ow much they want to rub peoples noses in the fact that the ordinary people no longer have any rights.

It also applies in what this new Canadian law is designed to do, which isn’t protect the nuts that are mentally ill to they point they don’t know what sex they are.
