  1. I would not term Thomas Sowell a “liberal” as in being a progressive; so what would be the meaning used in the title of black “liberal”.
    Secondly, I think that FF Piven is the spouse of Cloward, both of notorious Cloward-Piven fame. I had never seen her before. Quite a video. Thanks.

    • Thomas Sowell is a classical liberal, which is what the US conservatives are trying to conserve.

    • A glimmer of truth, but whose truth? A Human truth, as in an opera, where everyone sings their part and the outcome is the only outcome, death, then eating the flesh, then rebirth?
      Ego, as in dominance. Our sun’s ego is dominant but it can nova destroying all it dominates. What is left is flesh for new dominance or rebirth for dominance.
      Post-modernism will be humans nova and it may not be survivable except in another life form.

    • I mean liberal as it was meant to mean. A person with enlightenment foundations in the tradition of Thomas Jefferson.

      • The left destroy and coarsen the language of every nation they gain control of, this is part of their game plan. I have been ask why I use left and right instead of liberal and conservative, I always tell the questioner that the classical liberals stood for small government, individual rights and small government with small taxes. Then I say that the modern liberal stands for big government, high taxes and very few if any rights.
