“My first thought is, how many men like this have hurried into the US thanks to the Judges stopping the temporary travel ban.”
Too many. Even just one is too many.
Anybody that is assaulted or otherwise harmed by those who entered the USA while the travel ban was circumvented, should be able to sue the everloving crap out of federal appeals court Judge James Robart. Does anyone think that Robart will ever have any sort of personal contact (outside of his courtroom) with even a single one of these slimeballs?
Should a family member of Robart’s fall victim to one of these Muslim predators, I will not squeeze out a single tear. A loud guffaw would be far more likely. These activist judges who are economically immune to the havoc that they wreak on American society need to face criminal charges.
That they do, but I don’t think they can be charged with anything. They have clearly ignored the law and the Constitution but I am not sure they can be charged with violating the civil rights of the public by going far beyond what the Constitution says they can.
“… I am not sure they can be charged with violating the civil rights of the public by going far beyond what the Constitution says they can.”
Which is where an unexpected measure of “rough justice” may well come into play. The notion that prettified legislation will, somehow, immunize those (politicians) who have wrought horrific consequences upon the average working citizen continues to be a preferred fantasy of the political class.

Do no judges in the States have to swear to uphold the Constitution? Is that not dereliction of duty and cause for dismissal at the very least?
I know, I’m working with common sense and not the twist of law.

Revolutionary courts and the terror. Two signs of the loss of civilization that I wish we could avoid but am afraid we will be unable to.
