Freedom of speech specifically means speech and ideas that challenge the current orthodoxy. It is why the western world has progress scientifically and socially, and why the Islamic world has to use our technologies to spread hate and totalitarian ideas.
Simply put, the number of people who believe something wrong does not make it less or not wrong. Like your math, logic is independent of the case used and Islam deserves all the abuse, scorn, ridicule and scrutiny it takes to temper its near constant barbarity.
