This is not a drill. This is not data points or indicators that the direction appears to be leftward. These are overt laws which obliterate rule of law, the presumption of innocence, and criminality becoming arbitrary and whimsical at the state’s fancy based on dialectical processes rather than what may be true.

I would like to add that although he does intimate it at the end, it should be stressed that what this bill C-2 does is far worse than merely making all procedure that protects privacy disappear. It is that what constitutes criminality itself will become arbitrary and of a dialectical nature. If you oppose the state or state narratives, reasons will be found to make you a criminal, if indeed they don’t simply say that you are an enemy of the people, as they did in the Soviet Union.

Labour board upholds firing over ‘white people’ comment

A federal labour board has ruled that Employment Insurance’s call-centre management acted properly when it fired a probationary agent whose on-the-job tirade questioned Black Lives Matter protests and asked coworkers, “When will there be a day to remember white people?”

Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board adjudicator Christopher Rootham said the remarks showed the worker “unsuitable to serve in a diverse public-service workplace committed to equity and respect.”

Although the discussion had no link to her duties, Rootham wrote that behaviour during working hours is part of a probationary review and that dismissal was a “good-faith response.”

The six-month employee launched into her commentary on what a colleague described as a “slow day for calls,” criticising 2020 demonstrations where then-prime minister Justin Trudeau knelt with marchers.

Witnesses recalled her saying Black Lives Matter protesters wanted to erase history by scrapping brands like Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben and insisting that “it’s not like Hitler was walking around killing people.”

Affidavits also recounted her claims that Covid-19 threats were exaggerated, that masks were unnecessary and that media coverage of suspected graves at an indian residential school in Kamloops, B.C., was overblown because the events “happened years ago.”

I guess the joke was on her. There were no graves at all.

4. Top constitutional lawyer slams Indigenous land acknowledgements as virtue signaling

Indigenous land acknowledgments have increased in Canada since unproven claims that unmarked graves were discovered at former residential schools gained media attention.

(LifeSiteNews) – One of Canada’s top constitutional lawyers gave a blunt assessment regarding his views of so-called Indigenous “land acknowledgements” that have become commonplace in all forms of Canadian society, saying they are nothing more than “hypocritical virtue signaling.”

“Aboriginal land acknowledgements are hypocritical virtue signaling by people who would never ever give away their own home for free to an Aboriginal,” Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) president John Carpay said in a recent video message.

“They like to pretend the land was stolen, but they themselves are not going to give up their own home or land and give that back to an Aboriginal.”

Carpay noted that in his view, if the land is “stolen,” then to “give it back.”

“If you’re not willing to give it back, don’t describe it as stolen land acknowledgements do nothing to help Aboriginals on reserves who are facing poverty and unemployment and high rates of suicide, drug addiction, often very corrupt local governments,” he reasoned.

Indigenous land acknowledgments have become common in Canada and have increased since the unproven claims that unmarked graves have been discovered at former residential schools gained media attention. Indeed, so prevalent that even King Charles III gave one recently while delivering the Throne Speech on behalf of Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberal government.

John Carpay and his law firm, are at this point the last hope for rule of law, and actual constitutional rights in Canada. But he is wrong in a key aspect of his assertion. In fact, Land Claims are FAR MORE than mere virtue signalling. They are the dialectic narrative attack on Canadians to ensure they feel they have no grounds with which to object to the deracination of their culture, laws, beliefs, reproductive taboos or any other aspect of their identity whatsoever as it is destroyed in part by mass immigration.

The Land Claims narrative attack is to make it clear that Canadians have no claim on Canada and have no more right to be here and determine the laws and culture than say, 60 million Muslims, Africans and Chinese. And this is FAR MORE than BS virtue signalling.

At a Holocaust memorial ceremony that took place a week or so ago after the monument had been vandalized, the first speaker invited to talk to those people who had gathered there was a woman who identified as an Algonquin. It is pretty clear what she is saying to the Jewish community here.

Tomorrow I hope to write up a bit about the foreign operatives who did a needle attack on a Music festival in France.

One might hope it might give the French a little greater understanding of the events of Oct. 7th at another music festival in Israel. But that would not be the actual issue.

Music festivals, and all Western cultural events, certainly things like Christmas Festivals and any other mainstay of Western Civilization will increasingly disappear. The auspices will be public safety, as it is so much collectivist totalitarianism. After Covid and the Vaxx mandates, no one should be arguing with me about that.

But clearly we see the process of encouraging, protecting to the max, even to the extent of not allowing criticism of illegal public gatherings such as Muslims blocking roads with public spectacles of religious ritual behaviour, fully unnecessary by any religious standard but an excellent way to assert dominance. Those acts are protected. But hundreds of people being pricked by needles, or run over at Christmas markets, well those are technically illegal but the results of all this are a foregone conclusion. Western people are not allowed to defend themselves in any meaningful way and deference? forget it.

Our own governments pay invaders to invade.

The land claims bollux is entirely about delegitimizing any argument using what we call, ‘temporal relativism’ (you did this back then so you have no right to object to others doing this same awful thing now even though if it was so awful, why should it be OK now and not then?) against our utter deracination by mass immigration.

  1. I have enjoyed your balanced commentary, and appreciate the push for a balanced existence for all the peoples in Canada. Rights to Steward our own lands included. However your facts really need to be respectful and, corrected. Indigenous kids graves are not there??? Get present man. Which Canada has YOUR family lived in for the past 100 years. The last residential school in Canada closed around 1990’s? Anyone who had a rural Canadian Grandparent, has heard stories of dead and missing Native children. And women. If you put your ignorance down slowly, and back away quietly from a narrative you clearly have a VERY narrow exposure on… I will forgive your oversite and not back out of your subscription. I’m not interested in an even Brillaint analysis, that stands on dead babies WITHOUT doin their real-reseach.
    Disclosure: I’m a white (what the Fart is that anyway??…I feel bleached when people call me that!) and European ancestry woman…6 generations back Canadian rural.)…and continue to subscribe to your page. And these schools are still i our communities? And no, there were not only indigenous kids there. But most were, and native women. Certainly these stories were in my home (white european mostly, on unceded native land, digging and farming and dying beside Natives) communities, this happened and everyone knows this part of their Canadian history. Where were you raised?? There is simply no-possibility, that kids didn’t die under the care of these incompetent, careless and (as abused kids are) self-centered chaperones designated and MANDATED from Church and Crown. The written codes (you can look these up as well…do your research PAST the first level Vlad) literally give instruction to the teachers “…to beat the Native out of them as necessary…”. If you are very respectful, they may even walk you through some of the places where their family were “not” buried or “not” ‘disappeared’. Every Canadian native Family has in their extended family, a missing kid or woman. Full stop. That IS Canadian History. Our tax payers dollars given to the corrupt Crown payed for that Vlad. For all the ink you’ve spilled you have not once mentioned the nefarious roll of native land claims as a dialectical weapon against the Canadian people. Have you learned nothing from visiting this site? And if the tired mantra we hear before every official public gathering about “unceded native land” really mattered to our government and our bleeding hearts, why not give it to them and shut up? Yes, give them the land on which parliament stands, give them British Columbia, and first and foremost give them your own house. Let’s see what they do with it and their dream catchers.       For the moment, two points:

      YES there are indeed a massive number of missing Amer-Indian women and children. There is excessive murder and kidnapping of people from that community. Some of which is also from that community. But not all.

      Secondly, there were no graves at residential schools. That was a narrative attack on Canada as being a legitimate entity.

      I will flesh that out later, but it is firmly established as fact that the mass graves they ‘detected’ underground were indeed rocks.

      Digging turned up nothing.

      Anyway I will give you a more thoughtful and detailed response to your comment later on today.

      • I dont think you have lived in the same Canada that the rest of us have. Good luck with pinning your anger on the Natives. Ive seen the graves. Only small men, with little strategic ability, need to stand on the graves of dead kids and yell “me! Me! ” Do the ACTUAL research. Then make your big online combacks. These are real people and real lives we are talking about. There are NO native agendas to unhouse Canadians….have you actually TALKED to Native leaders?       • Also…Canada has never been a “lawful” entity! We have been lied to. Yes our customs our culture, we are legitimate as a people standing and stewarding this land. But again…if you do your homework, we are actually in the same damn boat as the Natives in terms of our “legal” rights to ANY of the land we have toiled on here. Well, my family ash anyway.   2. I’m just wondering at what point will the people of Canada stand up against this encroaching tyranny. We need another trucker caravan to help show the way. The prior attempt was shut down and found unconstitutional in that effort. The people need to rise up this time, because I can see the trucker’s being shell shocked at the hell they went through. Stand for freedom on your feet! Not kneeling in subjugation! I do hope provinces try to break away into the US, if for no other reason than to give hope to the people for more freedoms than they enjoy, and to threaten your current national leaders with a crumbling foundation of fantasies of control. Stand up people! STAND UP! And SPEAK UP! Silence will get you on the express path down to slavery.
