Tens of thousands of customers were affected by a nationwide telecommunication outage early Thursday morning, with customers of AT&T among those most impacted, according to Downdetector.com.
As of 10:03 a.m. ET, over 65,000 AT&T customers were reporting outages, Downdetector said. Some of our customers are experiencing wireless service interruptions this morning. We are working urgently to restore service to them,” AT&T said in a statement to USA TODAY on Thursday morning. “We encourage the use of Wi-Fi calling until service is restored.”

UPDATE: The claim is that this was an error. Possibly an update. A reliable source tells us that there is little evidence of a cyber-attack and that this sort of thing can happen through incompetence. I leave it to all your own judgement to suspend judgement. “Conservatives support Ukraine in its fight to protect its territorial integrity from the illegal invasion by Russia and Vladimir Putin. Since 2018, Conservatives have been calling on the Trudeau government to send more lethal military aid to Ukraine,” said Michael Chong and James Bezan in a statement.
While Russia’s effort to turn a segment of the American right into ‘useful idiots’ has been disturbingly successful and has led to the blocking of desperately needed military aid to Ukraine, the same is not true here in Canada.
By contrast, the Conservatives are in fact calling for the Canadian government to send more military aid to Ukraine, and to finally fulfill the promises made in past funding announcements.
In a joint statement, Conservative Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs Michael Chong and Conservative Shadow Minister for National Defence James Bezan made it clear that the Conservative Party supports Ukraine in their fight against Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s illegal invasion, and called for more lethal military aid to be sent.
While on the topic, within the past few days I had a very disturbing call from the Conservative Party of Canada. It was I believe, an AI robo call, except it lied by omission about it. When I asked if this was a person or AI it answered, “Why? Am I that boring?”. So I treated it like a person. But when i tried to give a nuanced answer to its question, it gave a scripted interruption that could not be stopped and hung up on me. I have spent about an hour looking for a phone number of the Conservative party of Canada and cannot find one. So it isn’t looking at all good that they are any kind of alternative to the Liberal Party, especially when you look at their voting record. Pierre does talk an excellent game though, but actions V. words.

An Arkansas woman who was recently arrested was revealed to be a trans activist by investigative reporter Andy Ngo.
Regina Allen was arrested for possession or viewing sexually explicit material depicting children. Allen was charged with 20 counts of the crime.
Her bond is $150,000.
Ngo discovered that Regina Allen is also a trans nonbinary activist in Arkansas.
