Thousands of AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile Customers Hit By Cellular Outage Across America, Sparking Fears of a Possible Cyber Attack – Some Cannot Even Make Emergency Calls
Tens of thousands of cell phone users have experienced outages this morning for their home phone, internet, and mobile phone services. The shocking number of interruptions is sparking fear of a possible cyber attack.
The outages reportedly began around 4 am Eastern time and also affected thousands of customers with Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Cricket, which is also part of AT&T, reported having 11,000 customers affected.
The most significant number of issues, though, was reported by AT&T users, which spiked at 31,931 reports at 4:30 am before again jumping to 71,000 at 8 AM.
AT&T said in a statement they are working to restore service and asking them to use Wi-Fi.

Hamas Secured Hizbullah Pact for Joint Attack on Israel, Documents Reveal
Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar secured a commitment from Hizbullah before the Oct. 7 terrorist attack to launch a joint assault on Israel, according to documents discovered by the IDF in Khan Yunis.
New findings show that Sinwar counted on this scenario, claiming to have received Hizbullah’s commitment to its participation.
One document revealed Sinwar saying, “We received a commitment that the axis will participate in the large liberation project due to the nature of the relationship we are working on.”
Additional documents stated that the operation in Israel will trigger concomitant action from the north, on which Hizbullah trained under the banner of “occupying the Galilee.”
According to an Israeli source, Hizbullah’s basic desire was to join in immediately, but Iran held the organization back because it knew Israel would react forcefully.
Essentially, Hizbullah’s dangerous capabilities were not built by Tehran at a cost of a billion dollars a year to serve as a force multiplier for Hamas, but rather as a response to a potential Israeli attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.

New Group Challenging Hamas Rule in Gaza
A group known as Gaza’s Liberators has recently begun to openly challenge Hamas’ rule, as living conditions in the territory continue to worsen.
The group has been distributing anti-Hamas materials in displaced persons’ encampments scattered around the southern city of Rafah, calling for public protests against Hamas.
Gaza’s Liberators has published videos of protests in northern Gaza, with added commentary such as, “May God take revenge on [Hamas leader] Sinwar, the dog who ravaged Gaza.”
In a statement on Wednesday, the group called on Hamas leaders to stop the war.
“One word is what we need – help – and climb down the ladder. Save what’s left of us from the onslaught of the Jews.”
“We have no shelters, no tunnels and no Qatari and Turkish hotels like you do.”
Another statement read, “A message to the people of Hamas – you have neither the right nor the permission to force the defenseless to die in your place.”

An Arkansas woman who was recently arrested was revealed to be a trans activist by investigative reporter Andy Ngo.
Regina Allen was arrested for possession or viewing sexually explicit material depicting children. Allen was charged with 20 counts of the crime.
Her bond is $150,000.
Ngo discovered that Regina Allen is also a trans nonbinary activist in Arkansas.

Liberal policies meet the definition of Fascism: Money for migrants, vaccine requirements, and diversity, equity, and inclusion are government policies that enrich a small number of favored and obedient private companies at taxpayers’ expense.
Liberals call everyone they hate a fascist. However, fascism is a form of state capitalism and is much closer to liberal policies than conservative ones. Conservatives advocate for more individual choice and fewer government regulations in commerce and private life. On the other hand, liberals seek more government intervention, increased spending, free money, and greater compliance.
Conservatives effectively say, “Eat what you want, but you pay for it.” Liberals say, “The government will pay for it, but you have to eat what we tell you.” The government gets to pick which restaurants receive the tax dollars paying for the meal and who gets to eat the meal, but all working people have to pay for the meal through taxes, whether they eat or not.
Some states and municipalities are mandating that students have COVID shots as a requirement for attendance. The parents pay school taxes (property tax), but the children can be barred if they do not comply with COVID and vaccine requirements. The vaccines are distributed by for-profit, private companies selected by the government. And the program is ultimately paid for by taxpayers. Ironically, a parent can pay both the school tax and the income tax funding the vaccine requirements and still have their children excluded from school because they refused to comply.

During one of those “massive” snowstorms of the 90’s, the WaPO (Washington Post) did a feature on wealthy Washingtonians who pooled together their money to hire their own contractor to plow their street out, so that they could go to work. One mentioned the fact of life for Washingtonians–of having to foot the bill to buy services twice–once through taxes, and once to get things done. (That struck me as an un-noticed “Let them eat cake” moment. )
With schools and social services, you see this quid pro quo: the more newcomers, the more government employees, the more taxes, the more money that these employees can donate to politicians who draw in newcomers. Of course, my kids couldn’t expect such “wrap-around” services were they to appear at the door of another country’s schoolhouse: rides to get school vaccines, names of emoloyers who pay cash under the table, which non-profits provude introductions to more such employers, where to obtain surplus groceries, etc.
NYC law that would have allowed 800K noncitizens to vote struck as unconstitutional by appeals court: ‘Enacted in violation’
A controversial New York City law that would have allowed 800,000 noncitizens, but legal residents, to vote in municipal elections was struck down as unconstitutional by a state appeals court Wednesday.
“We determine that this local law was enacted in violation of the New York State Constitution and Municipal Home Rule Law, and thus, must be declared null and void,” Appellate Judge Paul Wooten wrote in the 3-1 majority decision.
Wooten said the state constitution broadly refers to only citizens having the right to vote in elections, municipal as well as statewide or for state legislative offices.
“Article IX provides that the elected officials of ‘local governments’ shall be elected by ‘the people,’ which incorporates by reference the eligibility requirements for voting under article II, section 1, applying exclusively to ‘citizens,’” the judge wrote.
The decision upholds a lower court ruling issued by Staten Island Supreme Court Justice Ralph Porzio in June 2022, which Mayor Eric Adams and the City Council had appealed.
Writing for the Appellate Division’s 2nd Department, Wooten said that if noncitizens are allowed to vote, it stands to reason they could also run for mayor.

That said, the narrative of the Russiagate/Spygate saga doesn’t need revision at this point. The narrative that needed revision, with the key elements of “late July 2016” and “Crossfire Hurricane,” was already recognized as a con job by many researchers when it was first deployed in early 2018.

Judge Engoron on Thursday denied Trump’s request to delay enforcement of the $355 million in penalties as New York Attorney General Letitia James threatens to seize Trump’s buildings.
Engoron last Friday ordered Trump to pay more than a $355 million fine and barred Trump “from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for a period of three years.”
Engoron claimed Trump and each of the defendants “participated in aiding and abetting the conspiracy to commit insurance fraud by their individual acts in falsifying business records and valuations, causing materially fraudulent SFCs to be intentionally submitted to insurance companies.”
Eric Trump and Don Jr. were ordered to pay $4,013,024 each.
Trump’s attorney Robert Clifford requested a 30-day delay to allow for an “orderly post-judgment process.”
“To deprive Defendants of the opportunity to submit a proposed counter-judgment would be contrary to fundamental fairness and due process,” Robert Clifford argued to the Court on Wednesday.
