This interview was done on June 17, 2020 on what is going on inside the occupied zone called, “CHAZ” but there is a lot of relevant and not otherwise known information here.
We did another one today about the killings inside that occupied zone which will be posted today.
How much leeway will investigators have in finding courts willing to issue subpoenas and search warrants? Which municipal governments will detain people arrested long enough for Federal law enforcement to arrive? Where can evidence be stored so it isn’t destroyed? Where can witnesses safely reside before and after trials? It’s not like you can suddenly decide to move all legal proceedings to North Dakota.
A lot more then most people expect, all of the US Attorneys that are chosen to investigate the crimes are from outside DC and are working through Judges in their home districts. This means the investigators get to chose which Judge they go to for a subpoena and a warrant. The trials are where the problems will start to happen and it will be hard for the higher courts to not recuse Judges that are showing bias.
