When the courts go bad, the jig is up.
That’s the problem in isreal. Judges appoint their successors, the attorney-general has more power than the Knesset. An old left, elitist cabal that’s in sync with the enemedia.
Such disfunction certainly helps explain 10/7. That it continues today, given a 7-front existential war, chills the blood.

Late yesterday a Judge in the Northern District of California – San Fran – issued a TRO that bars DOJ from doing several things in connection with investigating allegations of voter fraud in seven states.
She did so without “Notice” to DOJ. This is allowed but it is supposed to be extraordinarily rare. She is also supposed to hold an immediate hearing after doing so.
In reading what she has barred, it is extremely broad – but only to an extent. It bars what I’ll generically call “intimidation” or “threats” to prosecute.
It does not bar the issuance of GJ subpoenas or search warrants – it says DOJ must “inform” her of any pending search warrant applications, grand jury subpoenas, or other “demands” to access election materials or ballots.
She doesn’t make them part of her “ban” -because that is a whole different kind of mess she knows she can’t manage.
Search warrants are signed by other federal judges. Does she think she has the authority to tell the U.S. Attorney in San Diego that he can’t seek a search warrant from a Southern District of California judge?
Same for GJ subpoenas. She has ZERO authority to tell the U.S. Attorney Sacramento that he can’t send out GJ subpoenas if he thinks there is a sufficient basis to believe a crime has been committed.
So she didn’t really stop DOJ from going forward aggressively with investigative steps justified based on the information it possesses — which she is unaware of.
That’s why she didn’t do it.
She’s only trying to “intimidate” DOJ into NOT doing what it is lawfully permitted to do in the next 72 hours.
Who is acting illegally? DOJ or her?
