It is un-nerving to know, but each state sets its own bar for what it means to be so removed from reality as to fail to recognize right from wrong. Readers of this site may well feel that any deficiency in moral insight stems from a worldview shoved into a vulnerable brain. Who can take responsibility for protecting similarly fragile people from falling into such a gaping hole of a worldview (which celebrates Jewish murder)?
