1. I wondered if the photo had been edited… but because the qibla direction from London is 119 degrees from North… and London Bridge runs along the line of approximately 29 degrees from north… It seems to be halal.

   I’d call it a miracle.

   That there were no Shia/Ahmadiyya driving that day.

2. Assuming this is not photo-shopped, they are probably taxi drivers, who have left their parked cabs to do this because there’s no mosque in the vicinity when the prayer time comes. They do this on the green outside Westminster Abbey too.
