  1. You are asking why Spain instead of Cuba? Cuba is too close to the US and if/when things go kinetic Cuba may not be a safe place for anyone the US dislikes. The Cubans in Flordia would love to get the US to invade Cuba and they would then start pushing for Cuba to become a territory of the US.

    Territory’s don’t have Senators and Representatives in Congress, for this reason they don’t have to pay any US Taxes.

    Both our garbage media and the Russian version we get via Sputnik and ZeroHedge had something to chew on. Strawmen made tasty with distinctive spices. Posturing and noises.

    The recently elected Spanish PM is a beastly communist. There’s a large, wealthy Venezuelan community in Madrid, anxious to go home. I don’t know where they are politically. They may be the elite who salted away plenty of money under Chavez.
