He is talking about concentration of the media. It is not exactly connected with Soros. Majority of press in Poland (70%) is owned by German and Swiss corporations, majority of popular websites is owned by German corporations, majority of radio stations are owned by German corporations. Also some of the (theoretically) Polish media are owned by people who are collaborating with Soros. Media in Poland often supports German policy, even when it is contrary to Polish interest. So no wonder that present government wants to change that situation. And no wonder that media are so against the changes.
