  1. Where are the women? Can we not see Islam for what it is? It’s right there before our very eyes. Oh!Canada. ??

    • In times of crisis people return to their faith, they may have dropped out decades ago but they return when major wars occur, this is the beginning of a major war and the Christians are returning to their faith.

    • I’ve always strongly suspected that no secular ideology could stand up to Islam in the end. But a revitalized Catholicism or Christianity … could. I don’t doubt that Muslims and Leftists in France do indeed fear the possibility of a resurgent Catholic Church, however remote that possibility actually is.

      • It could however the left has spent so much time trying to destroy Christianity to not try and stop any resurgence that would stop not only Islam but also Marxism.

  6. Dreadful as it is to consider, at some time in the near future, there will likely be sufficiently any number of sufficiently frustrated Europeans to where they may begin viewing large clusters of illegally assembled, praying Muslims as an ideal parking spot for speeding, heavy duty lorries.

    Sadly, it’s more than difficult to believe that mass media will ever arrive at the conclusion that such future acts as these were, “Sauce for Nice the gander” … and all that.

  7. And the French leaders wonder why tourism is down. What amazes me is that this obstruction is tolerated. Obviously, such obstruction is politically correct and expedient, but it can only lead to further and more violent situations. This is not a peaceful act. It is an act of open warfare.

Whilst I understand the vacuum that the demise of christianity is leaving in Europe and that support of the church is ultimately a good thing, reading the article from the priest reminded me of how off their rockers some catholics are and I come from a very Catholic background.I sm an ex- catholic and I have no doubt Catholicism is preferable to Islam but it is like choosing the slow continous monotone whine of an incurable bore over getting your throat cut.

    • I can’t get past transubstantiation. Its as bad a trans as all the rest of them and just as imaginary. Other than that, the Catholic religion is by far the most reason oriented and enlightened. They have supported science over superstition for centuries and more. They fully endorse Darwinian evolution and have a clear statement against any sort of hybridized version like “intelligent design”. Although the actual process of evolution even as its understood is clearly pretty smart. Just not designed other than conforming to natural rules which work, as rules which don’t work tend not to enjoy continuity.
