The enemies of the West who fund the migration wish to obscure this fact.
Make no mistake: Europeans are being played and had better wise up before it’s game over.

Leftists around the world want to do away with cash and force all transactions onto Debit Cards. This will shut down the underground cash only economy where most transactions don’t get reported and sales taxes aren’t paid. This and the war on drugs are the main points being pushed but the 3rd unmentioned point of the program is that this would allow the government to get access to all of your purchases and thus know who has bought legal items the politicians don’t like. The main one will be guns but there are others including eventually computers and other items.

People should know that this is nothing new. Back in the early nineties, American politicians were already suggesting that all paper currency should be labeled with unique bar codes that would enable detailed tracing of transactions.
The “cashless society” is a controlled surveilled society.
A ray of hope. Remember all the talk about a “paperless office”? Contrary to glowing predictions, the advent of computer documentation, in some ways, only made things worse. Fear of computer crashes caused people to make even more hard-copy backups (on paper).
At the very least, attempts to eliminate cash will immediately result in the emergence of a barter economy (not, as yet, illegal). Also, it will drive the increased use of precious metals as a de facto “scrip”.
Clearly, ownership of precious metals will have to be outlawed (along with any barter system) and such an act would be a clear signal to America’s citizens that their government has become a tyranny (even if that message is not successfully conveyed by installation of a universal debit card system).
When the euro was adopted in 2002, the UK, Denmark, and Sweden chose not to join the Eurozone. Besides economic reasons, they believed their currencies symbolised their nation and giving them up was tantamount to relinquishing national sovereignty to the European Union.
The idea was first floated in the early 1960s and discarded it resurfaced in the 1990s and since them some leftist have hoped to use the underground economy (black market) and the massive amounts of money in the drug trade to get their goal of being able to see what everyone is buying put into effect. The problem they have is that too many people are opposed to the idea in the States and it will never happen.

Everyone, please try to remember that Thomas Edison’s first invention was a reliable voting machine. The ballot-box-stuffing politicians of that era absolutely hated this all-too-honest electoral arrangement. His novel and useful innovation went extinct faster than the dodo bird and passenger pigeon, combined.
After that initial, and rather discouraging, episode—Edison vowed to NEVER AGAIN invent something that did not already have, a pre-existing market. Despite not actually having originated it himself, he then went on to inventperfect the electric light bulb.

Hundreds of U.S. Marines land in Norway, irking Russia
Some 300 U.S. Marines landed in Norway on Monday for a six-month deployment, the first time since World War Two that foreign troops have been allowed to be stationed there, in a deployment which has irked Norway’s Arctic neighbor Russia.

China will ‘take off the gloves’ if Trump continues on Taiwan, state media warns
BEIJING (Reuters) – China will “take off the gloves” and take strong action if U.S. President-elect Donald Trump continues to provoke Beijing over Taiwan once he assumes office, two leading state-run newspapers said on Monday.
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal published on Friday, Trump said the “One China” policy was up for negotiation. China’s foreign ministry, in response, said “One China” was the foundation of China-U.S. ties and was non-negotiable.
Trump broke with decades of precedent last month by taking a congratulatory telephone call from Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen, angering Beijing which sees Taiwan as part of China.
“If Trump is determined to use this gambit in taking office, a period of fierce, damaging interactions will be unavoidable, as Beijing will have no choice but to take off the gloves,” the English-language China Daily said.
The Global Times, an influential state-run tabloid, echoed the China Daily, saying Beijing would take “strong countermeasures” against Trump’s attempt to “impair” the “One China” principle.
We initially set up the one China policy to be able to draw China away from the Soviets and make the Soviets feel less secure. Now Trump is working to establish better relationship with Russia which means they will be drawn away from China and hopefully we will need less troops to watch the Bear and can spare more to watch the Tiger.

LONDON (Reuters) – U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said NATO was obsolete because it had not defended against terror attacks, but that the military alliance was still very important to him, The Times of London reported.
“I took such heat, when I said NATO was obsolete,” Trump told the newspaper in an interview. “It’s obsolete because it wasn’t taking care of terror. I took a lot of heat for two days. And then they started saying Trump is right.”
Trump added that many NATO members were not paying their fair share for U.S. protection.
“A lot of these countries aren’t paying what they’re supposed to be paying, which I think is very unfair to the United States,” Trump said. “With that being said, NATO is very important to me. There’s five countries that are paying what they’re supposed to. Five. It’s not much.”
NATO is an organization in search of a mission, the politicians have been blocking it from the logical mission of fighting the terrorists and Islamic invaders because they want to use the invaders to establish a socialist Europe that isn’t even remotely Democratic. Things are going to get interesting because as the civil wars start NATO will be on the sidelines, the NATO charter says it has to set out all civil wars.

In final ruling, Egypt court rejects transfer of Red Sea islands to Saudi Arabia
CAIRO (Reuters) – An Egyptian court rejected on Monday a government plan to transfer two uninhabited Red Sea islands to Saudi Arabia, in a final ruling that prompted cheers in the courtroom but could deepen tensions with the country’s erstwhile financial backer.
Egypt’s government announced during a visit by the Saudi king in April a maritime demarcation accord that would see it cede control of Tiran and Sanafir.
The deal prompted protests from Egyptians who said they had been taught in school that the islands belonged to them.
It has become a source of tension between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which showered its ally with tens of billions of dollars in aid in recent years but suspended petroleum supplies in September amid growing differences.
The court’s decision was based on “irrefutable evidence” as well as local and international practices which removed any doubt that the islands’ sovereignty belonged to Egypt alone, state news agency MENA said.
Philadelphia teachers plan a full week of Black Lives Matter lessons

A Philadelphia teachers’ organization urged educators to instruct students about Black Lives Matter (BLM) in the classroom.
The Caucus of Working Educators, a branch of a teachers union, wants educators to wear Black Lives Matter gear in the classroom and teach lessons based on the movement, reports ABC News.
The organization has already written lesson plans for the week of Jan 23-Jan 28, many of which are based on BLM’s calls for diversity and globalism.
“The vast majority of students that we serve are black, and it’s important to affirm the lives of our students,” Charlie McGeehan, a co-organizer, said.
The themes for the lessons vary day to day. Jan. 23’s lessons are supposed to cover ideas of “restorative justice, empathy and loving engagement,” while Jan. 24 will deal with diversity and globalism.
One teacher, Amy Roat, said that the point of the lessons is to teach students about current events.
“We are a school that is very inclusive and we talk about a lot of good, juicy stuff.Black Lives Matter functions with 13 principles that I think are good and healthy for kids to learn about,” Roat said, who teaches mostly Latin, Arab, and Asian students.
F.B.I. Arrests Wife of Killer in Orlando Mass Shooting
WASHINGTON — The wife of the man who carried out a deadly terrorist attack in Orlando, Fla., has been arrested in connection with the mass shooting, a law enforcement official said Monday.
Noor Salman was taken into custody by F.B.I. agents at her home outside of San Francisco. Prosecutors had been weighing charges against her in the aftermath of the attack that killed 49 people and wounded dozens. A person familiar with details of the arrest said Ms. Salman was charged with obstruction.
Ms. Salman’s husband, Omar Mateen, was killed in a shootout with police during the rampage in a gay club on June 12, 2016. Investigators interviewed Ms. Salman for hours after the attack and came to believe she was not telling the truth about her husband’s plans to carry out the rampage.
She is expected to make an initial appearance Tuesday in federal court in San Francisco.

John Kerry: Trump’s comments ‘inappropriate’
US Secretary of State John Kerry has criticized President-elect Donald Trump for a newspaper interview in which he branded NATO “obsolete” and said Germany had pursued a “catastrophic” policy on refugees.
Kerry told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour it was “inappropriate” for Trump to “be stepping in to the politics of other countries in a quite direct manner.”
Trump’s interview in the Times of London and the German publication Bild had rattled allies. The German foreign minister said it had caused “astonishment and agitation” within NATO.
As well as repeating his criticism of NATO, Trump said the German Chancellor Angela Merkel had made a “catastrophic” mistake in accepting one million refugees. He also said sanctions on Russia for its annexation of Crimea could be eased in return for a deal to reduce nuclear weapons, and suggested his son-in-law Jared Kushner could lead a Middle East peace effort.
In his CNN interview, Kerry defended Merkel as “one of the strongest leaders in Europe” and “most important players with respect to where we are heading.”
Trump would have to deal with the consequences of his remarks after his inauguration later this week, Kerry said. “He’ll have to speak to that — as of Friday, he’s responsible for that relationship,” Kerry told CNN.
Merkel shrugged off the criticism on Monday. “We have known what his position is for some time, and my position is also known,” she told reporters in Berlin.
But her foreign minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, suggested NATO was rattled by Trump’s comments. Steinmeier said he had spoken with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, “who is concerned that President-elect Trump regards NATO as obsolete.”
He noted Trump’s position was “in contradiction” to that of James Mattis, Trump’s nominee for defense secretary.
Trump used the interview to suggest a new deal with Russia, saying sanctions imposed on Russia after it seized Crimea from Ukraine in 2014 could be eased in return for a nuclear weapons deal.
He also heaped praise on Kushner, saying he could play a peacemaker role in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Trump Elevates Cybersecurity: Rudy Giuliani Appointed as Ramrod
President-elect has announced that he has selected the former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani to form a cybersecurity team.
Giuliani has previous experience in the private sector cybersecurity industry and he will be “be sharing his expertise and insight as a trusted friend” on these matters, according to Trump’s team.
There was some speculation that Giuliani, who was an adviser to Trump during his campaign, would be selected as Secretary of State.
But, it looks as though he will be assisting in the private sector and will be especially valuable due to his “long and very successful government career in law enforcement, and his now 16 years of work providing security solutions in the private sector,” according to Trump’s transition office.
Trump is making cybersecurity a major priority and has announced plans to have a team in place in his first 90 days in office.
This announcement comes after Trump publically accepted that Russian hackers were behind the U.S. election cyber breach in November, but he also said it “could have been others” responsible.
Czech President defies EU, tells citizens to arm themselves
As Europe is confronted with a sustained and escalating threat of jihadist terrorism, the EU is seeking ways to curb the violence. As Dimitris Avramopoulos, European Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship, states: “Today we deliver on our promise to be firm on terrorism. Our proposal targets not only those who commit terrorist atrocities, but also those who help with travelling, financing or supporting terrorism. One man, however, begs to differ, and insists pursuing a policy that seemingly empowers European citizens, instead of Brussels’ bureaucracy. Czech president Milos Zeman (Czech Social Democratic Party – CSDP), warning of the possibility of terrorist attacks in the Czech Republic, urges the Czechs to arm themselves.
Leading the opposition to the EU’s plans on gun control, the Czech Republic was the only country to vote against the EU directive, claiming it is too strict. A leaked report shows crime in the Netherlands to be severely more prevalent than reported. The reliability of statistics that were previously used to paint a less gloomy picture are called into question. The report was supposed to be presented to the Dutch government after the parliamentary elections of March 2017, but it is now in the hands of the Dutch newspaper Trouw.
The researchers behind the report fear a continuing downward trend of public trust in the rule of law within society. Criminals are now “acting like there’s no chance of getting caught“.
This leak is in sharp contrast with statements made by the country’s Justice Minister, Ard van der Steur. He closed prisons in early 2016, and recently noted the number of burglaries to have dropped significantly. Van der Steur’s view seems to be supported by the chief economist of the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Peter van Mulligen. The research he mentions shows a consistent downward trend in crime rates, and reports that people now feel safer than before.
However, statistics are only as good as the data that is used. The newly leaked report shows great insight into the statistical workings of these favourable downward trends portrayed by the government.
‘Don’t you DARE!’ EU warns Britain there can be NO trade talks with US until after Brexit
A TOP eurocrat today grilled Boris Johnson over a possible trade deal between Britain and the United States and told him there can be NO talks on an agreement until Brexit has been fully completed.
In a series of blunt remarks, Brussels’ foreign minister Federica Mogherini said it was “absolutely clear” that the UK cannot negotiate with Donald Trump’s administration on even an informal basis until it has fully left the bloc.
And she got in a sly dig at Theresa May over how long it has taken the Government to trigger Article 50, questioning why Britain was “still here” seven months after voters chose to quit the troubled bloc.
The Italian eurocrat made the remarks as she gave a press conference on the outcomes of today’s meeting of foreign ministers in Brussels, where discussions were dominated by the ongoing conflicts in Syria and Gaza.

European Union foreign ministers on Monday opposed any plan by President-elect Donald Trump to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and warned that it could ratchet up tensions with the Arab world.

Shachar Pinsker, an Associate Professor of Judaic Studies and Near Eastern Studies at the University of Michigan, was a big fan of “free speech” when it came to anti-Semitism and celebrating the murder of Jews. At +972, an anti-Israel site, Pinsker wrote in defense of Steven Salaita, a vile bigot who made no secret of his anti-Semitism, but wants to see David Friedman, Trump’s pick for Ambassador to Israel, punished for his free speech.
Pinsker is among the signatories of a letter to Senator Schumer opposing Ambassador David Friedman. Among the complaints is that, “He has written that members of J Street, a strong supporter of the two-state solution, are ‘worse than Kapos’, and that ‘the Anti-Defamation League… is comprised of a bunch of “morons'” Such language, the letter insists is “most undiplomatic” and the letter complains that one, “expects to hear such language from anti-Semites, not a Jew who fashions himself a supporter of Israel”.
Ambassador David Friedman is a supporter of Israel. That’s why this letter was written to oppose him. And he was a private citizen at the time he made those comments.
Remembering Rich Blumenthal’s Vietnam Deception
Senate smear never paid a price for claiming he served.
In the confirmation hearings for Jeff Sessions, president-elect Donald Trump’s choice for Attorney General, Senator Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut Democrat, proceeded as though David Horowitz had been the AG choice.
David Horowitz was not present but Blumenthal cited his statements that all the major Muslim organizations are connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, that 80 percent of the mosques in America are filled with hate against Jews, and that too many blacks are in prison because too many blacks commit crimes.
Senator Blumenthal, an attorney, had not taken the trouble to investigate these statements, which are all true and accurate. Instead he called them “apparently racist” and demanded that Jeff Sessions denounce David Horowitz and give back an award he had received from the David Horowitz Freedom Center.
By any standard, this was the most loathsome and gutless performance many had seen since the hearings for Clarence Thomas and Robert Bork, where smear artists Howard Metzenbaum (D-Ohio) and Ted Kennedy (D-Mass) respectively held forth. In the Sessions hearings it failed to emerge that Blumenthal, 70, bears a history of problems with truth and courage alike.
A Farcical ‘Peace’ Conference in Paris
Last gasp of an old era?
The 70-nation conference on the Israeli-Palestinian issue in Paris on Sunday included neither Israeli nor Palestinian representatives and was a farce and a fraud—but could have been still worse.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the conference represented the “last twitches of yesterday’s world. Tomorrow’s world will be different—and it is very near.”
It was, of course, one of the reasons the conference was farcical: although Secretary of State John Kerry was in attendance, he was representing an administration that is in its last five days in office, and whose policy of harassing Israel was—among much else—repudiated in the U.S. elections two months ago.
France, the host and convener of the conference, was hardly in a stronger position: the Socialist government of François Hollande is on its last leg and its path, too, is expected to be jettisoned in the upcoming French elections.
Israeli columnist Prof. Eyal Zisser notes that “in the actual Middle East…no one gives France a second thought and no one is taking its peace initiative seriously.” It was, after all, France that led the misguided Western assault on the defanged Qaddafi regime in Libya and reduced that country to jihadist chaos; and it is France that has sat impotently while its former colonies, Lebanon and Syria, have fallen under Hizballah rule in one case and into Hobbesian mayhem in the other.

A teenage “sharia patrol” responsible for a brutal beating of a Polish girl is believed to be behind a series of attacks in Vienna.
The attack against the Polish school girl, identified only as Patricia, which was taped by the gang, shocked Austria when the footage was posted and it went viral.
The “sharia patrol” is made of up six young people, some originally from Chechnya, ranging in age from 16 to 21. They have all been identified. In the taped attack, which took place in a shopping center, Patricia faces her accusers defiantly with her hands in her pockets. She takes 22 hits to her face and head. At one point, she can be seen spitting out blood.
After the attack, Patricia was taken to the hospital and treated for a double jaw fracture.

Seattle Mosque Torched in Arson Attack
Police have confirmed the attack was arson but say they have not yet determined the motive for the crime.
A mosque in Seattle was badly burned in what police believe was an arson attack, as reported by CNN. Isaac Wayne Wilson, 37, has been charged with malicious mischief and is being investigated for arson for setting the fire that burned down half of the Islamic Center of Eastside in Bellevue, Washington State.
Police are not yet treating as a hate crime.
“We have confirmed it was arson, but do not know a motive,” Bellevue Police Chief Steve Mylett.
Local prosecutors said the suspect, who was found by police lying on the ground at the scene, was previously known to the mosque.
The Muslim Brotherhood-linked Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has urged people “not to jump to conclusions about the motive” and instead to “please give authorities time to investigate.”
The center has launched an online crowdfunding campaign to raise money for the reconstruction.

The 7th of this month marked two years to the day since two gunmen walked into the offices of the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris and murdered twelve people. This period also therefore marks the second anniversary of the period of about an hour during which much of the free world proclaimed itself to be “Charlie” and attempted, by walking through the street, standing for moments of silence or re-tweeting the hashtag “Je Suis Charlie” to show the whole world that freedom cannot be suppressed and that the pen is mightier than the Kalashnikov.
So two years on is a good time to take stock of the situation. How did that go? Did all those “Je Suis” statements amount to anything more than a blip on the Twitter-sphere? Anyone trying to answer such a question might start by looking at the condition of the journal everyone was so concerned about. How has it fared in the two years since most of its senior editorial staff were gunned down by the blasphemy police?
In a familiar fable ascribed to Aesop, a shepherd boy finds fun in making all the villagers run out in alarm by crying “Wolf!” After this happens several times, the villagers ignore him, so when a wolf really appears, it can devour the sheep undisturbed.
A similar result was the consequence of the international attitude to the settlements that Israeli governments created in the so-called “West Bank” after the Six Day War of 1967. Foreign ministries around the world would always brand any Israeli plan to add a few more houses to some settlement “a violation of international law,” but Israel quietly ignored such statements and their authors did nothing more about them.
Reporting on such cases, the BBC routinely remarked that “settlements are illegal under international law although Israel disputes this.” This kowtow to the principle of accuracy in reporting is indeed officially prescribed among the BBC’s “Key Terms” for reporting on “Israel and the Palestinians.” Wikipedia, too, uses a similar formula in its articles on settlements. Other media either followed the BBC’s example or simply omitted the “although.”
In fact, as an earlier article explained, almost all of Israel’s settlement activity has not been illegal. Israel’s Supreme Court has been vigilant in forbidding any violations. Decades ago, Menachem Begin made it his policy to fulfil the decisions of the Supreme Court to the letter. Subsequent Israeli governments have done the same, although sometimes more grudgingly than he ever countenanced. It is only in the last few weeks that real reason arose for crying wolf, also on Israel’s own behalf, but the cry was disregarded as usual. Now the wolf has arrived.
CBC -Ethics watchdog launches investigation into Trudeau’s vacation in the Bahamas
Mary Dawson to review prime minister’s use of the Aga Khan’s helicopter to ferry him to private island
Canada’s ethics commissioner has launched an investigation into Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s family vacation to the Aga Khan’s private island home in the Bahamas.
In a letter to Conservative ethics critic Blain Calkins that is stamped “Confidential” and was obtained by CBC News, Mary Dawson said she is “satisfied” the issues he has raised about Trudeau’s travel meet the requirements for an investigation.
Last week, the MP wrote to Dawson pointing to potential violations of the Conflict of Interest Act related to the prime minister’s use of the billionaire [ Muslim ] philanthropist’s private helicopter and his acceptance of hospitality from a “friend” whose foundation receives millions of dollars in funds from the federal government.
“I have therefore commenced an examination under subsection 44(3) of the Act to determine whether Mr. Trudeau has contravened sections 11 and 12 of the Act in connection with his recent stay at and travel to the Aga Khan’s privately owned island. I will also examine whether Mr. Trudeau may have contravened his obligations under sections 6 and 21 of the Act.”
As first reported by the National Post, Trudeau and his family stayed at the Aga Khan’s home on Bell Island in the Bahamas for a post-Christmas family vacation. He publicly confirmed last week they were taken there by the Aga Khan’s private helicopter.
The PMO has also confirmed that Liberal MP Seamus O’Regan and his husband, Steve Doussis, as well as Liberal Party president Anna Gainey and her husband, Tom Pitfield, were guests on the trip.
Section 11 of the Conflict of Interest Act prohibits office holders from accepting gifts that might be seen to influence the recipient in an official power, duty or function, unless the gift is part of protocol or is from a relative or friend.
Section 12 bars ministers from accepting travel on non-commercial chartered or private aircraft for any purpose unless it is required in his or her capacity as a public office holder or in exceptional circumstances or with prior approval of the Commissioner.
Sections 6 and 21 require public office holders to recuse themselves from discussion, decision, debate or vote on any matter in which they may be in conflict of interest.
The prime minister’s own Open and Accountable Government guidelines also restrict sponsored travel unless it is “exceptional circumstances and only with the prior approval” of the ethics commissioner.
The prime minister said he did not go to the ethics commissioner before his trip.
Reimbursement for use of government plane
Last week, the Canadian Armed Forces said Trudeau had reimbursed $4,895.94 for personal use of the Challenger aircraft on Dec. 26, 2016, to fly to Nassau. That is standard practice for personal use of the government plane.
The reimbursement was to cover travel for Trudeau, his wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, their three children and nanny Nancy Peuyo.
NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair and NDP ethics critic Alexandre Boulerice wrote a letter to Dawson, calling the developments “deeply disturbing” and asking her to expedite part of the investigation to defend the importance of the act.
“We recognize that a full investigation of the inappropriate trip may take some time, but the use of private aircraft is a clear-cut violation that could be addressed more swiftly,” the letter reads.
“We are therefore requesting that you fast track this piece of your investigation and that you make a clear declaration that the Prime Minister has broken the law.”
No penalty for potential ethics violations
Provisions which allow for a $500 fine for violations of the act do not apply to the sections in question. That means the maximum penalty Trudeau could face is a “notice of violation,” though a finding of a breach of the act would provide ammunition for the opposition parties to question the prime minister’s commitment to transparency and ethical conduct.
Trudeau is the second prime minister to face a review by the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner of Canada, which was established in 2007 under then Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
In October 2009, the commissioner received a letter from then Liberal MP Martha Hall Findlay that asked her to investigate alleged ethics breaches by Harper, various ministers, parliamentary secretaries and ministerial staff. The allegations were in connection with the publicity and communication strategy to promote the government’s Economic Action Plan.
That led to a report in January 2010, according to Dawson’s office.
One proposal on dealing with the media that was pitched to President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team calls for drug testing the White House press corps.
Trump’s attacks on the mainstream media were a cornerstone of his campaign and last week he called BuzzFeed a “failing pile of garbage,” but forcing reporters to undergo random drug tests would provoke a media meltdown.
The pee-in-a-cup proposal (yellow journalism indeed) was one of 13 ideas one candidate for White House press secretary wrote in November in a confidential memo to members of the Presidential Transition Team’s Executive Committee.
He didn’t get the job, and I am not naming him because his proposal could harsh the mellow of his fellow journalists.
Sean Spicer, who was spokesman for the Republican National Committee, is Trump’s press secretary, and told me, “I support whatever security measures are recommended by the Secret Service.”
“Journalists who are at the White House more than one day per week should be subject to drug screenings to occur no more than twice a year at random times,” the memo states. “Refusal to comply should exclude them from credentialing entirely.”
The job applicant also proposed taking away the right of the White House Correspondents’ Association to control reporters’ seating arrangements in the press briefing room.
The current system favors TV networks and certain newspapers at the expense of more ideologically diverse Web sites, bloggers and podcasters.
The Trump administration, the candidate wrote, “should clear a path to communicate more directly with the people and end White House press practices that serve no useful purpose other than feeding the beast.”

He is said to have been operating on behalf of ISIS for at least six years both in person and on the internet.
It is claimed he used social networks to make a “call to do the Jihad” and reiterated the “need to join the terrorist organisation,” urging his followers to travel to areas of conflict.
According to police the man arrested was responsible for brainwashing his flatmate over a five month period when he began posting terrorist activity online.
The brainwashed man withdrew from public life, dropped out of college and was instructed to travel from Guipúzcoa to Turkey.
He was given enough money to remain in Turkey before travelling back to Morocco where he was picked up by police.
The Moroccan man arrested in San Sebastián has been confirmed to be linked to another man who was arrested by French authorities on 20 November 2016 in Strasbourg.
The arrest came after a joint operation by the General Information Office of the National Police in collaboration with the Provincial Information Brigade of San Sebastián, the National Intelligence Centre (CNI) and the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST) of Morocco.”

The conservative government, lead by 53-year-old Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, has outlined new proposals which look likely to put it on a direct collision course with the European Union.
Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office János Lázár, 41, has announced the move which will deny refugees free movement within the country while their case is being decided.
Under the current system of “open camps” asylum seekers are free to leave, go on walks, attend religious services and go to pre-approved Hungarian national events.
But Mr Lázár’s office has now announced it intends to make changes to the system that will see free movement strictly forbidden.
However, no detailed policy on how exactly this will be achieved has not been released.
The controversial move will put it in direct contravention of EU law.
Marta Pardavi, co-chair of the Hungarian Helsinki Committee a human rights organisation, said: “Automatic detention for the full length of the asylum procedure is absolutely not in accordance with EU law or the Strasbourg case law.”
EU law dictates that the detention of applicants should be applied in accordance with the “underlying principle that a person should not be held in detention for the sole reason that he or she is seeking international protection”.
The ruling also adds that in cases where detention is pessary during the application process, countries must take “concrete and meaningful steps to ensure that the time needed to verify the grounds for detention is as short as possible”.
Detention must “not exceed the time reasonably needed to complete the relevant procedures”.
Mr Orbán has taken a hardline and controversial stance over migrants and asylum seekers, overseeing a huge crackdown on the issue and has described them as “poison” and a “terror risk”.
One suggestion Mr Orbán had for helping the migrant situation in Europe was to send every one of them to camps outside Hungary, such as “a coastal area in north Africa”.
He constructed a huge border wall to prevent people from travelling north from Greece and is currently taking Brussels to court over an attempt to impose fines due to him refusing to accept migrant quotas…”

The Raina nightclub attacker, Abdulgadir Masharipov, who killed 39 people in a nightclub attack in Istanbul on New Year’s Eve, was captured by Turkish security forces late Monday according to Turkey’s Hurryiet and Daily Sabah.
The Uzbek attacker was caught in his friend’s house in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul. The terrorist, who according to the Turkish press is a member of the Islamic State, is now being transferred to Istanbul Police Headquarters.

Leftists around the world want to do away with cash and force all transactions onto Debit Cards. This will shut down the underground cash only economy where most transactions don’t get reported and sales taxes aren’t paid. This and the war on drugs are the main points being pushed but the 3rd unmentioned point of the program is that this would allow the government to get access to all of your purchases and thus know who has bought legal items the politicians don’t like. The main one will be guns but there are others including eventually computers and other items.

People should know that this is nothing new. Back in the early nineties, American politicians were already suggesting that all paper currency should be labeled with unique bar codes that would enable detailed tracing of transactions.
The “cashless society” is a
controlledsurveilled society.A ray of hope. Remember all the talk about a “paperless office”? Contrary to glowing predictions, the advent of computer documentation, in some ways, only made things worse. Fear of computer crashes caused people to make even more hard-copy backups (on paper).
At the very least, attempts to eliminate cash will immediately result in the emergence of a barter economy (not, as yet, illegal). Also, it will drive the increased use of precious metals as a de facto “scrip”.
Clearly, ownership of precious metals will have to be outlawed (along with any barter system) and such an act would be a clear signal to America’s citizens that their government has become a tyranny (even if that message is not successfully conveyed by installation of a universal debit card system).
If you want an example of this thinking, closely examine India’s dramatic move to scrap 500 ($7.60) and 1,000 rupee notes. A similar-but-different case is happening in Venezuela as well.

BEIJING (Reuters) – China will “take off the gloves” and take strong action if U.S. President-elect Donald Trump continues to provoke Beijing over Taiwan once he assumes office, two leading state-run newspapers said on Monday.
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal published on Friday, Trump said the “One China” policy was up for negotiation. China’s foreign ministry, in response, said “One China” was the foundation of China-U.S. ties and was non-negotiable.
Trump broke with decades of precedent last month by taking a congratulatory telephone call from Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen, angering Beijing which sees Taiwan as part of China.
“If Trump is determined to use this gambit in taking office, a period of fierce, damaging interactions will be unavoidable, as Beijing will have no choice but to take off the gloves,” the English-language China Daily said.
The Global Times, an influential state-run tabloid, echoed the China Daily, saying Beijing would take “strong countermeasures” against Trump’s attempt to “impair” the “One China” principle.

We initially set up the one China policy to be able to draw China away from the Soviets and make the Soviets feel less secure. Now Trump is working to establish better relationship with Russia which means they will be drawn away from China and hopefully we will need less troops to watch the Bear and can spare more to watch the Tiger.

Trump added that many NATO members were not paying their fair share for U.S. protection.

In final ruling, Egypt court rejects transfer of Red Sea islands to Saudi Arabia
CAIRO (Reuters) – An Egyptian court rejected on Monday a government plan to transfer two uninhabited Red Sea islands to Saudi Arabia, in a final ruling that prompted cheers in the courtroom but could deepen tensions with the country’s erstwhile financial backer.
Egypt’s government announced during a visit by the Saudi king in April a maritime demarcation accord that would see it cede control of Tiran and Sanafir.
The deal prompted protests from Egyptians who said they had been taught in school that the islands belonged to them.
It has become a source of tension between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which showered its ally with tens of billions of dollars in aid in recent years but suspended petroleum supplies in September amid growing differences.
The court’s decision was based on “irrefutable evidence” as well as local and international practices which removed any doubt that the islands’ sovereignty belonged to Egypt alone, state news agency MENA said.

Philadelphia teachers plan a full week of Black Lives Matter lessons

A Philadelphia teachers’ organization urged educators to instruct students about Black Lives Matter (BLM) in the classroom.
The Caucus of Working Educators, a branch of a teachers union, wants educators to wear Black Lives Matter gear in the classroom and teach lessons based on the movement, reports ABC News.
The organization has already written lesson plans for the week of Jan 23-Jan 28, many of which are based on BLM’s calls for diversity and globalism.
“The vast majority of students that we serve are black, and it’s important to affirm the lives of our students,” Charlie McGeehan, a co-organizer, said.
The themes for the lessons vary day to day. Jan. 23’s lessons are supposed to cover ideas of “restorative justice, empathy and loving engagement,” while Jan. 24 will deal with diversity and globalism.
One teacher, Amy Roat, said that the point of the lessons is to teach students about current events.
“We are a school that is very inclusive and we talk about a lot of good, juicy stuff.Black Lives Matter functions with 13 principles that I think are good and healthy for kids to learn about,” Roat said, who teaches mostly Latin, Arab, and Asian students.

F.B.I. Arrests Wife of Killer in Orlando Mass Shooting
WASHINGTON — The wife of the man who carried out a deadly terrorist attack in Orlando, Fla., has been arrested in connection with the mass shooting, a law enforcement official said Monday.
Noor Salman was taken into custody by F.B.I. agents at her home outside of San Francisco. Prosecutors had been weighing charges against her in the aftermath of the attack that killed 49 people and wounded dozens. A person familiar with details of the arrest said Ms. Salman was charged with obstruction.
Ms. Salman’s husband, Omar Mateen, was killed in a shootout with police during the rampage in a gay club on June 12, 2016. Investigators interviewed Ms. Salman for hours after the attack and came to believe she was not telling the truth about her husband’s plans to carry out the rampage.

John Kerry: Trump’s comments ‘inappropriate’
US Secretary of State John Kerry has criticized President-elect Donald Trump for a newspaper interview in which he branded NATO “obsolete” and said Germany had pursued a “catastrophic” policy on refugees.
Kerry told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour it was “inappropriate” for Trump to “be stepping in to the politics of other countries in a quite direct manner.”
Trump’s interview in the Times of London and the German publication Bild had rattled allies. The German foreign minister said it had caused “astonishment and agitation” within NATO.
As well as repeating his criticism of NATO, Trump said the German Chancellor Angela Merkel had made a “catastrophic” mistake in accepting one million refugees. He also said sanctions on Russia for its annexation of Crimea could be eased in return for a deal to reduce nuclear weapons, and suggested his son-in-law Jared Kushner could lead a Middle East peace effort.
In his CNN interview, Kerry defended Merkel as “one of the strongest leaders in Europe” and “most important players with respect to where we are heading.”
Trump would have to deal with the consequences of his remarks after his inauguration later this week, Kerry said. “He’ll have to speak to that — as of Friday, he’s responsible for that relationship,” Kerry told CNN.
Merkel shrugged off the criticism on Monday. “We have known what his position is for some time, and my position is also known,” she told reporters in Berlin.
But her foreign minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, suggested NATO was rattled by Trump’s comments. Steinmeier said he had spoken with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, “who is concerned that President-elect Trump regards NATO as obsolete.”
He noted Trump’s position was “in contradiction” to that of James Mattis, Trump’s nominee for defense secretary.
Trump used the interview to suggest a new deal with Russia, saying sanctions imposed on Russia after it seized Crimea from Ukraine in 2014 could be eased in return for a nuclear weapons deal.
He also heaped praise on Kushner, saying he could play a peacemaker role in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
“Do you know what? Jared is such a good guy; he will conclude an Israel agreement that no one else can do. You know, he is a natural talent, he is amazing, he is a natural talent,” Trump said, according to Bild.

Trump Elevates Cybersecurity: Rudy Giuliani Appointed as Ramrod
President-elect has announced that he has selected the former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani to form a cybersecurity team.
Giuliani has previous experience in the private sector cybersecurity industry and he will be “be sharing his expertise and insight as a trusted friend” on these matters, according to Trump’s team.
There was some speculation that Giuliani, who was an adviser to Trump during his campaign, would be selected as Secretary of State.
But, it looks as though he will be assisting in the private sector and will be especially valuable due to his “long and very successful government career in law enforcement, and his now 16 years of work providing security solutions in the private sector,” according to Trump’s transition office.
Trump is making cybersecurity a major priority and has announced plans to have a team in place in his first 90 days in office.
This announcement comes after Trump publically accepted that Russian hackers were behind the U.S. election cyber breach in November, but he also said it “could have been others” responsible.

A leaked report shows crime in the Netherlands to be severely more prevalent than reported. The reliability of statistics that were previously used to paint a less gloomy picture are called into question. The report was supposed to be presented to the Dutch government after the parliamentary elections of March 2017, but it is now in the hands of the Dutch newspaper Trouw.
The researchers behind the report fear a continuing downward trend of public trust in the rule of law within society. Criminals are now “acting like there’s no chance of getting caught“.
This leak is in sharp contrast with statements made by the country’s Justice Minister, Ard van der Steur. He closed prisons in early 2016, and recently noted the number of burglaries to have dropped significantly. Van der Steur’s view seems to be supported by the chief economist of the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Peter van Mulligen. The research he mentions shows a consistent downward trend in crime rates, and reports that people now feel safer than before.
However, statistics are only as good as the data that is used. The newly leaked report shows great insight into the statistical workings of these favourable downward trends portrayed by the government.

Pinsker is among the signatories of a letter to Senator Schumer opposing Ambassador David Friedman. Among the complaints is that, “He has written that members of J Street, a strong supporter of the two-state solution, are ‘worse than Kapos’, and that ‘the Anti-Defamation League… is comprised of a bunch of “morons'” Such language, the letter insists is “most undiplomatic” and the letter complains that one, “expects to hear such language from anti-Semites, not a Jew who fashions himself a supporter of Israel”.
Ambassador David Friedman is a supporter of Israel. That’s why this letter was written to oppose him. And he was a private citizen at the time he made those comments.

In the confirmation hearings for Jeff Sessions, president-elect Donald Trump’s choice for Attorney General, Senator Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut Democrat, proceeded as though David Horowitz had been the AG choice.
David Horowitz was not present but Blumenthal cited his statements that all the major Muslim organizations are connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, that 80 percent of the mosques in America are filled with hate against Jews, and that too many blacks are in prison because too many blacks commit crimes.
Senator Blumenthal, an attorney, had not taken the trouble to investigate these statements, which are all true and accurate. Instead he called them “apparently racist” and demanded that Jeff Sessions denounce David Horowitz and give back an award he had received from the David Horowitz Freedom Center.
By any standard, this was the most loathsome and gutless performance many had seen since the hearings for Clarence Thomas and Robert Bork, where smear artists Howard Metzenbaum (D-Ohio) and Ted Kennedy (D-Mass) respectively held forth. In the Sessions hearings it failed to emerge that Blumenthal, 70, bears a history of problems with truth and courage alike.

A Farcical ‘Peace’ Conference in Paris

The 70-nation conference on the Israeli-Palestinian issue in Paris on Sunday included neither Israeli nor Palestinian representatives and was a farce and a fraud—but could have been still worse.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the conference represented the “last twitches of yesterday’s world. Tomorrow’s world will be different—and it is very near.”
It was, of course, one of the reasons the conference was farcical: although Secretary of State John Kerry was in attendance, he was representing an administration that is in its last five days in office, and whose policy of harassing Israel was—among much else—repudiated in the U.S. elections two months ago.
France, the host and convener of the conference, was hardly in a stronger position: the Socialist government of François Hollande is on its last leg and its path, too, is expected to be jettisoned in the upcoming French elections.
Israeli columnist Prof. Eyal Zisser notes that “in the actual Middle East…no one gives France a second thought and no one is taking its peace initiative seriously.” It was, after all, France that led the misguided Western assault on the defanged Qaddafi regime in Libya and reduced that country to jihadist chaos; and it is France that has sat impotently while its former colonies, Lebanon and Syria, have fallen under Hizballah rule in one case and into Hobbesian mayhem in the other.

The attack against the Polish school girl, identified only as Patricia, which was taped by the gang, shocked Austria when the footage was posted and it went viral.
The “sharia patrol” is made of up six young people, some originally from Chechnya, ranging in age from 16 to 21. They have all been identified. In the taped attack, which took place in a shopping center, Patricia faces her accusers defiantly with her hands in her pockets. She takes 22 hits to her face and head. At one point, she can be seen spitting out blood.
After the attack, Patricia was taken to the hospital and treated for a double jaw fracture.

Seattle Mosque Torched in Arson Attack
Police have confirmed the attack was arson but say they have not yet determined the motive for the crime.
A mosque in Seattle was badly burned in what police believe was an arson attack, as reported by CNN. Isaac Wayne Wilson, 37, has been charged with malicious mischief and is being investigated for arson for setting the fire that burned down half of the Islamic Center of Eastside in Bellevue, Washington State.
Police are not yet treating as a hate crime.
“We have confirmed it was arson, but do not know a motive,” Bellevue Police Chief Steve Mylett.
Local prosecutors said the suspect, who was found by police lying on the ground at the scene, was previously known to the mosque.
The Muslim Brotherhood-linked Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has urged people “not to jump to conclusions about the motive” and instead to “please give authorities time to investigate.”
The center has launched an online crowdfunding campaign to raise money for the reconstruction.

The 7th of this month marked two years to the day since two gunmen walked into the offices of the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris and murdered twelve people. This period also therefore marks the second anniversary of the period of about an hour during which much of the free world proclaimed itself to be “Charlie” and attempted, by walking through the street, standing for moments of silence or re-tweeting the hashtag “Je Suis Charlie” to show the whole world that freedom cannot be suppressed and that the pen is mightier than the Kalashnikov.
So two years on is a good time to take stock of the situation. How did that go? Did all those “Je Suis” statements amount to anything more than a blip on the Twitter-sphere? Anyone trying to answer such a question might start by looking at the condition of the journal everyone was so concerned about. How has it fared in the two years since most of its senior editorial staff were gunned down by the blasphemy police?
Crying “Wolf” over Israeli Settlements

In a familiar fable ascribed to Aesop, a shepherd boy finds fun in making all the villagers run out in alarm by crying “Wolf!” After this happens several times, the villagers ignore him, so when a wolf really appears, it can devour the sheep undisturbed.
A similar result was the consequence of the international attitude to the settlements that Israeli governments created in the so-called “West Bank” after the Six Day War of 1967. Foreign ministries around the world would always brand any Israeli plan to add a few more houses to some settlement “a violation of international law,” but Israel quietly ignored such statements and their authors did nothing more about them.
Reporting on such cases, the BBC routinely remarked that “settlements are illegal under international law although Israel disputes this.” This kowtow to the principle of accuracy in reporting is indeed officially prescribed among the BBC’s “Key Terms” for reporting on “Israel and the Palestinians.” Wikipedia, too, uses a similar formula in its articles on settlements. Other media either followed the BBC’s example or simply omitted the “although.”
In fact, as an earlier article explained, almost all of Israel’s settlement activity has not been illegal. Israel’s Supreme Court has been vigilant in forbidding any violations. Decades ago, Menachem Begin made it his policy to fulfil the decisions of the Supreme Court to the letter. Subsequent Israeli governments have done the same, although sometimes more grudgingly than he ever countenanced. It is only in the last few weeks that real reason arose for crying wolf, also on Israel’s own behalf, but the cry was disregarded as usual. Now the wolf has arrived.
CBC -Ethics watchdog launches investigation into Trudeau’s vacation in the Bahamas
Mary Dawson to review prime minister’s use of the Aga Khan’s helicopter to ferry him to private island
Canada’s ethics commissioner has launched an investigation into Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s family vacation to the Aga Khan’s private island home in the Bahamas.
In a letter to Conservative ethics critic Blain Calkins that is stamped “Confidential” and was obtained by CBC News, Mary Dawson said she is “satisfied” the issues he has raised about Trudeau’s travel meet the requirements for an investigation.
Last week, the MP wrote to Dawson pointing to potential violations of the Conflict of Interest Act related to the prime minister’s use of the billionaire
[ Muslim ]philanthropist’s private helicopter and his acceptance of hospitality from a “friend” whose foundation receives millions of dollars in funds from the federal government.“I have therefore commenced an examination under subsection 44(3) of the Act to determine whether Mr. Trudeau has contravened sections 11 and 12 of the Act in connection with his recent stay at and travel to the Aga Khan’s privately owned island. I will also examine whether Mr. Trudeau may have contravened his obligations under sections 6 and 21 of the Act.”
As first reported by the National Post, Trudeau and his family stayed at the Aga Khan’s home on Bell Island in the Bahamas for a post-Christmas family vacation. He publicly confirmed last week they were taken there by the Aga Khan’s private helicopter.
The PMO has also confirmed that Liberal MP Seamus O’Regan and his husband, Steve Doussis, as well as Liberal Party president Anna Gainey and her husband, Tom Pitfield, were guests on the trip.
Section 11 of the Conflict of Interest Act prohibits office holders from accepting gifts that might be seen to influence the recipient in an official power, duty or function, unless the gift is part of protocol or is from a relative or friend.
Section 12 bars ministers from accepting travel on non-commercial chartered or private aircraft for any purpose unless it is required in his or her capacity as a public office holder or in exceptional circumstances or with prior approval of the Commissioner.
Sections 6 and 21 require public office holders to recuse themselves from discussion, decision, debate or vote on any matter in which they may be in conflict of interest.
The prime minister’s own Open and Accountable Government guidelines also restrict sponsored travel unless it is “exceptional circumstances and only with the prior approval” of the ethics commissioner.
The prime minister said he did not go to the ethics commissioner before his trip.
Reimbursement for use of government plane
Last week, the Canadian Armed Forces said Trudeau had reimbursed $4,895.94 for personal use of the Challenger aircraft on Dec. 26, 2016, to fly to Nassau. That is standard practice for personal use of the government plane.
The reimbursement was to cover travel for Trudeau, his wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, their three children and nanny Nancy Peuyo.
NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair and NDP ethics critic Alexandre Boulerice wrote a letter to Dawson, calling the developments “deeply disturbing” and asking her to expedite part of the investigation to defend the importance of the act.
“We recognize that a full investigation of the inappropriate trip may take some time, but the use of private aircraft is a clear-cut violation that could be addressed more swiftly,” the letter reads.
“We are therefore requesting that you fast track this piece of your investigation and that you make a clear declaration that the Prime Minister has broken the law.”
No penalty for potential ethics violations
Provisions which allow for a $500 fine for violations of the act do not apply to the sections in question. That means the maximum penalty Trudeau could face is a “notice of violation,” though a finding of a breach of the act would provide ammunition for the opposition parties to question the prime minister’s commitment to transparency and ethical conduct.
Trudeau is the second prime minister to face a review by the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner of Canada, which was established in 2007 under then Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
In October 2009, the commissioner received a letter from then Liberal MP Martha Hall Findlay that asked her to investigate alleged ethics breaches by Harper, various ministers, parliamentary secretaries and ministerial staff. The allegations were in connection with the publicity and communication strategy to promote the government’s Economic Action Plan.
That led to a report in January 2010, according to Dawson’s office.

Drug testing floated for White House press corps
One proposal on dealing with the media that was pitched to President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team calls for drug testing the White House press corps.
Trump’s attacks on the mainstream media were a cornerstone of his campaign and last week he called BuzzFeed a “failing pile of garbage,” but forcing reporters to undergo random drug tests would provoke a media meltdown.
The pee-in-a-cup proposal (yellow journalism indeed) was one of 13 ideas one candidate for White House press secretary wrote in November in a confidential memo to members of the Presidential Transition Team’s Executive Committee.
He didn’t get the job, and I am not naming him because his proposal could harsh the mellow of his fellow journalists.
Sean Spicer, who was spokesman for the Republican National Committee, is Trump’s press secretary, and told me, “I support whatever security measures are recommended by the Secret Service.”
“Journalists who are at the White House more than one day per week should be subject to drug screenings to occur no more than twice a year at random times,” the memo states. “Refusal to comply should exclude them from credentialing entirely.”
The job applicant also proposed taking away the right of the White House Correspondents’ Association to control reporters’ seating arrangements in the press briefing room.
The current system favors TV networks and certain newspapers at the expense of more ideologically diverse Web sites, bloggers and podcasters.
The Trump administration, the candidate wrote, “should clear a path to communicate more directly with the people and end White House press practices that serve no useful purpose other than feeding the beast.”

But perhaps most surprising was a surge in support for embattled Angela Merkel, who has recovered slightly after performing a number of significant U-turns over her open door migration policies to shore up her crumbling reputation.
The Chancellor endured a tough time in the polls in the immediate aftermath to last month’s Berlin terror attack, which was carried out by a failed Tunisian asylum seeker.

From January to November 2015, show that 19,660 positive asylum decisions were issued while 11,275 applications were rejected.
Yet a staggering 10,261 procedures had to be discontinued because the applicants could no longer be found.
Spokesman of the Interior Ministry Karl-Heinz Grundboeck said: “We assume that the majority of these people have applied for asylum in Austria, but then moved to another target country.”
Increasingly, asylum seekers also change their whereabouts between different Austrian cities without informing authorities, leading to “chaotic situations”, according to local media…”

It is claimed he used social networks to make a “call to do the Jihad” and reiterated the “need to join the terrorist organisation,” urging his followers to travel to areas of conflict.
According to police the man arrested was responsible for brainwashing his flatmate over a five month period when he began posting terrorist activity online.
The brainwashed man withdrew from public life, dropped out of college and was instructed to travel from Guipúzcoa to Turkey.
He was given enough money to remain in Turkey before travelling back to Morocco where he was picked up by police.
The Moroccan man arrested in San Sebastián has been confirmed to be linked to another man who was arrested by French authorities on 20 November 2016 in Strasbourg.
The arrest came after a joint operation by the General Information Office of the National Police in collaboration with the Provincial Information Brigade of San Sebastián, the National Intelligence Centre (CNI) and the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST) of Morocco.”

“HUNGARY has announced plans to introduce restrictive “detention camps” for asylum seekers while their application is processed.
The conservative government, lead by 53-year-old Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, has outlined new proposals which look likely to put it on a direct collision course with the European Union.
Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office János Lázár, 41, has announced the move which will deny refugees free movement within the country while their case is being decided.
Under the current system of “open camps” asylum seekers are free to leave, go on walks, attend religious services and go to pre-approved Hungarian national events.
But Mr Lázár’s office has now announced it intends to make changes to the system that will see free movement strictly forbidden.
However, no detailed policy on how exactly this will be achieved has not been released.
The controversial move will put it in direct contravention of EU law.
Marta Pardavi, co-chair of the Hungarian Helsinki Committee a human rights organisation, said: “Automatic detention for the full length of the asylum procedure is absolutely not in accordance with EU law or the Strasbourg case law.”
EU law dictates that the detention of applicants should be applied in accordance with the “underlying principle that a person should not be held in detention for the sole reason that he or she is seeking international protection”.
The ruling also adds that in cases where detention is pessary during the application process, countries must take “concrete and meaningful steps to ensure that the time needed to verify the grounds for detention is as short as possible”.
Detention must “not exceed the time reasonably needed to complete the relevant procedures”.
Mr Orbán has taken a hardline and controversial stance over migrants and asylum seekers, overseeing a huge crackdown on the issue and has described them as “poison” and a “terror risk”.
One suggestion Mr Orbán had for helping the migrant situation in Europe was to send every one of them to camps outside Hungary, such as “a coastal area in north Africa”.
He constructed a huge border wall to prevent people from travelling north from Greece and is currently taking Brussels to court over an attempt to impose fines due to him refusing to accept migrant quotas…”

Istanbul Nightclub Attacker Who Killed 39 On New Year’s Day Has Been Captured
The Raina nightclub attacker, Abdulgadir Masharipov, who killed 39 people in a nightclub attack in Istanbul on New Year’s Eve, was captured by Turkish security forces late Monday according to Turkey’s Hurryiet and Daily Sabah.
The Uzbek attacker was caught in his friend’s house in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul. The terrorist, who according to the Turkish press is a member of the Islamic State, is now being transferred to Istanbul Police Headquarters.
[…]Previous reports have said that after attacking Reina, Masharipov went to Zeytinburnu with a taxi and asked workers at a local Uighur restaurant to give money to the driver. Uighurs were among those detained after the attack, while the owner of the restaurant, identified as Semsettin Dursun, has denied any connection to the attack.
The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it was revenge for Turkish military involvement in Syria.

According to reports, Masharipov’s 4-year-old son was with him in the cell during the arrest.
The Daesh terrorist is now being transferred to Istanbul Police Headquarters. The moment when the terrorist and his Kyrgyz friend sheltering him was caught on camera.

“The leader of Austria’s Freedom Party (FPÖ), Heinz-Christian Strache, described Islam as “misogynistic,” “anti-liberal,” and as having “a fascistic worldview” during an almost two-hour speech at the FPÖ’s New Year gathering in the city of Salzburg.
Strache told around 4,000 party loyalists that Austria should “quickly put an end to this policy of Islamization… otherwise we Austrians, we Europeans will come to an abrupt end”. Asked to clarify what this meant, an FPÖ spokesperson said that any law against extreme Islam would mirror those introduced after World War II, which banned Nazi symbols and political affiliation.
Around 600,000 Muslims live in Austria, some of whom arrived during the recent migration crisis.
The FPÖ has campaigned using a strong anti-Muslim message that includes calling for a ban on face veils.
Strache also said he plans to improve Austria’s social economic standing, with a minimum wage of €1,300 a month and a minimum pension of €1,100. He called for access to Austria’s labour market to be restricted for Eastern Europeans, and made a clear commitment to staying in the EU – insisting however that the EU must reform because of what he said were failures in its migration policies.
The Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) recently announced that it wants to introduce an upper limit on the number of asylum applications this year. “MADINAH – Several former employees of King Fahd Qur’an Printing Complex have approached the Labor Office here seeking its intervention for the payment of their dues by the company, which retrenched them four months ago as part of an austerity program.
The company promised that the employees would be paid their full dues while settling their accounts but it did not fulfill that promise. “We are badly in need of these financial dues after the company has ended our services,” Abu Rakan told Okaz/Saudi Gazette“We are now jobless and we cannot manage our affairs without money and we await the company’s end of service benefits to meet oThe complex terminated the service of 1,300 workers effective Sept. 3, 2016 and asked them to contact their company Saudi Oger to complete their end of service procedures.
Abu Ibrahim Al-Harbi spoke about his deteriorating financial condition after he lost the job at the complex. “My children are going to school without any money,” he explained.
Abu Abdullah has a similar story to tell. His car is still in the workshop for repair works following an accident and could not take it back due to lack of funds.
