SPD Planning on Going After Pegida for Being Anti-Constitutional

[Ed: Germany has become a fascist state again where the state monopoly on force will be used to crush any dissent against a horrible and destructive ideology. There is no democracy when only one side of an issue, one that was never voted on, can be allowed]

From Die Welt:

According to the SPD Secretary General Yasmin Fahimi, supporters and followers of Pegida need to be pursued to the “fullest power of the police under the protection of the Constitution”, as there is the threat of ‘rightwing Terror’ emerging.

The SPD demands a strict crackdown of the police under the Constitution against the xenophobic Pegida movement. Last Saturday, SPD General Secretary Yasmin Fahimi said, ‘gatherings of Pegida are meant to show concerned angry citizens’. But in reality Pegida is nothing more than an accumulation of “petty, hypocritical arsonists and seditionist hate mongers.” And as such, “to protect our constitution, they have to be pursued by the police to the fullest extent.”

Fahimi made these comments at a small party convention of the Bavarian SPD in front of a crowd of 1500 people. She said there are an average of two attacks per day on refugee camps and homes. “This is how right wing terror grows, and we cannot underestimate this.”

The integration of refugee will last years. “We have a decade of integration to organize (…) And that is why we have to transform Chancellor Merkel’s “we can do it” into “that’s how we will do it” in our government.” Therefore new teachers, new educators and new apartments on a massive scale are necessary. The SPD General Secretary emphasized, that not all refugees will be able to stay in Germany. “We have to be honest to be able to say, not everyone is entitled to a positive decision.”

  1. “send in the clowns, don’t bother, they’re here” Who the hell does Fahima think she is? It is not Pegida that is violent, it is the anti-fascists. Merkel did this, on her own, without consultation WITH ANYONE. Not her citizens, not her governors, not the EC, not anyone. The citizens must rise up and remove her from power, and Fahima goes down with her.

    • Germany

Main article: Gun legislation in Germany
Gun ownership in Germany is regulated by the Federal Weapons Act (German: Waffengesetz), 1972; it extends previous gun legislation. It is considered a restrictive law.[97] Under this act Germany maintains a two-tier policy to firearm ownership.

A firearms ownership license allows for the purchasing of weapons by those over the age of 18 who meet various competency/trustworthiness guidelines. Convicted felons, those with a mental disability or those deemed unreliable are denied licenses. To get a license issued it is also required to prove the necessity of owning a gun, while self-defense is not an accepted reason to own a gun. Owners of multiple firearms need separate ownership licenses for every single firearm they own. For shooters it is necessary to be a member of a shooting club for more than one year. Furthermore, within the last 12 months, a visit to a shooting club must be recorded no fewer than 18 times.

The second tier is a firearms carry permit which allows concealed carry in public. The permits are usually only issued to individuals with a particular need; such as persons at risk, money couriers, etc.

The laws apply to any weapons with a fire energy exceeding 7.5 Joule.

Several weapons and special ammunitions are completely prohibited. To these belong for example automatic firearms and weapons of war, as well as weapons like Brass knuckles, Switchblades, Balisongs, Nunchakus or Tasers. Buying, possessing, lending, using, carrying, crafting, altering and trading of these weapons is illegal and punishable by up to five years imprisonment, confiscation of the weapon and a fine of up to €10,000. Using an illegal weapon for crime of any kind is punishable by from 1 to 10 years imprisonment.

Germany’s National Gun Registry introduced at the end of 2012 counted 5.5 million firearms legally owned by 1.4 million people. (31. December 2013) people in the country.[98]

It will be harder for the Germans then for the Austrians.

  2. With a self-hating fake conservative in Merkel, and that one at least “half” Iranian by her father (I dont know if she is closet muslim, open muslim or not muslim), both obviously hating patriotic, middle-class Germans, what chance has the country, formerly of Goethe, Schiller and Heine (Die Lorelei) got ! And so we seem to reap already the fruits of Immigrants (if that’s what her Iranian father was) in power. 🙁

“Denk’ ich an Deutschland in der Nacht
dann bin ich um den Schlaf gebracht”
    (Heine – ein Wintermaerchen).

  3. The delusional leftists – “we have a decade of integration to organize” – hang on to their suicidal policies.

In ten years time, with the same foolish policies, Germany will look like Lebanon.

How’s things working out in Lebanon?

  4. In the big picture, this is a good thing if you wish for western survival. Up until now the frogs were content to deny that the water in the pot seemed to be getting warmer. Now Islam in its limited intelligence has foolishly raised the heat of the fire to where the frogs are feeling a little blanched. Islam should have been patient and more “peaceful” for another decade. As is, having Muslims grope your ass and shit on your doorstep on your very street will force the issue. Islam wants violent rioting and will provide it. The government will attack and oppress its own while protecting Muslims. And then the Saint Merkels Massacres will ignite and the necessary unpleasantness will overwhelm all.

    • You are right, the governments actions are going to create a series if civil wars that will spread to every socialist controlled nation on earth.

Wanna be Dictators usually move too soon and in wars dictators do the same thing, if Hitler had waited until he had 100 or so U boats in operat9oin before starting WWII he would have starved Britain out of the war before theJapanese brought the US into the war, long before.

Having said that just because they moved too quickly doesn’t mean that the war will be easy or short.

      • Also don’t get so tied up watching the fighting in Europe to forget to watch Russia and what they are doing, a war will be a good time for Putin to grab some territory around the world. China also.
