Abu Hamza’s son found guilty of armed robbery

The son of Muslim cleric Abu Hamza has been found guilty of carrying out an armed robbery on a jewellers.

Imran Mostafa, 20, of Deverills Way, Slough, who it emerged is the son of the controversial preacher, had denied robbery and possessing a firearm with intent to commit an offence along with 17-year-old Jonathon Abdul from London.

But the men were convicted today at Norwich Crown Court after five hours of jury deliberations, a court spokesman said.

The raid happened at the Francis Wain store in King’s Lynn on January 31. Gems worth £83,000 were stolen in the smash and grab raid.

  1. Are they to be deported? i think not they “might” get a sentance of only six months or at the best a suspended sentance only to do the same again and agian and again

  2. I can’t understand why a pious holy man like Abu Hamza wouldn’t bring his son up to be a good man. After all “thou shalt not steal” and all that.
    Oh, yeah, I forgot, it’s a different scripture we’re talking about. These people are Muslims!
