At least can be absolutely sure that The Bernank won’t be on the list. That financial suicide terrorist is doing an excellent job taking the United States down. Al Qaida isn’t even coming close.
How about George Soros?
Assignation of important government, media and business officials has always been part of the inventory of the asymmetric fighters. While the threats aren’t a surprise any attempt to carry them out will be surprising, terrorists by definition are out to terrorize people into doing what they say. They don’t want to hit the hard targets that can fight back and high profile people in business, media and government can afford or are given competent bodyguards from the public or private services. Hard targets can and will fight back and terrorists don’t want targets that can fight back, with hard targets their kill numbers aren’t near as impressive.
