The discussions and final points have been approved by all parties involved, including the United States, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, and others.

A well-informed source close to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s negotiating team informed Fars News Agency that no text for an initial memorandum of understanding with the United States has been approved.
Earlier, the President of the United States claimed in a message on the social media platform Truth Social that Iran had agreed to a text for an initial memorandum of understanding at the highest level.
Minutes later, in similar remarks to the American newspaper New York Post, he stated that the aforementioned text had been finalized.
Trump’s claim comes as Iran and the United States endured one of their most intense confrontations since the ceasefire announcement early Thursday.”

The NYT reports that Pakistan had spoken with PT. The countries specified by the Prez as having agreed to the arrangement remain mystified.
They include “Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, and others.” [per Truth Social, July 11, 2016, 12:28 PM]

Then we will start bombing again, I am hoping that the down time in bombing is being spent in finding ways to arm the Iranian people.
PT has a plan that involves more then Iran, all we can do is wait and pray it works.
