To be clear, I am speaking in official terms. Not street level reality. People who support Trump and individualism and liberty in Canada are mostly cowed into silence in social settings. Especially with strangers. It is of course, considered very impolite to bring up politics in new company. Curiously though, I find those on the left tend to bring it up within seconds of a fresh meeting because they don’t consider it politics. Just statements of obvious truth from their CBC inculcated perspective.
I really wasn’t feeling ‘Canada Day’ (Dominion Day in proper) yesterday so didn’t attend much of the official stuff. But walking around there were plenty of people who chatted, initially about Canadian banalities like the weather, but it didn’t take long to hit on “America” and how much they hated Donald Trump. Of course it’s rude of me to argue innit? But strangely not that rude to mention their personal hatred of Trump out of the blue to a stranger, gifted to them via the CBC and other COMINTERN propaganda outlets like CTV etc.as well as Mark Carney and his clear use of the Orwellian 3 Minutes of Hate to create unity in the one way Canada is allowed to. Profound hatred of the one liberty minded leader left in the West.
As a worthy mention, we have seen across the West, UK, US and Canada, political leaders excoriate or insist that “diversity is our strength” (Again, a purely Orwellian dialectic no less so than is “war is peace”, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength) and then go out into ethnic communities such as Sikh or Islamic ones and speak on the critical importance of unity and oneness of purpose. I mean the exact same politicians, not even just members of the same party.
So it is easy to see from one step removed, that the term, “Diversity is our strength” is in fact a dialectical narrative attack intended to get a people to accept being fractured beyond repair such that no form of resistance can be fomented against the coming tyranny. The groups meant to assist in that process, the one Stephen Coughlin refers to as deracination, are told to remain unified, and therefore strong. In fact, “Diversity is our strength” is the dialectical bomber used to destroy the truthful and once common phrase, “United we Stand, Divided We Fall”. The intention of course is to have us fall and it has worked very well in Canada.
This brings us to a comment by JU this morning in Reader’s Links that contained two videos. The dialectical narrative about Canada Day from the enemy-propaganda source, CBC, which shows a diverse Canada united only in whatever the state narrative of the day is, Vs. one by Canadians who are planning to take the one province not yet fully obliterated by mass immigration and communist indoctrination and who intends to become its own nation state.

The narrative attacks and Orwellian double think in this video is so astonishingly frequent we could make a game out of it. 1 point for each lie or misrepresentation or narrative enforcement. I had to stop and smirk at 44 seconds when Big Brother Mark Carney slowly enunciates that he “has never been prouder to be Canadian”. I guess his use of “prouder” instead of the English, “More Proud” comes from when he explained previously in other videos that he is in fact an American, [I cannot find the video where I believe I remember him declaring himself to be American, so I may be mistaken on that. He holds 3 passports. United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada but has not lived in Canada for ten years prior to his becoming the COMINTERN Viceroy there.] or when he explained that he was European. I imagine that at one point he must have exclaimed that he was British since he was governor of the Bank of England, (and they have NEVER had a governor of that institution who was not British) at one point, but I am pretty sure the British also would have said “more proud”. Note that literally the only unifying factor in this video is hatred of Trump, or things Trump has said. It is most magnificently CBC COMINTERN agitprop. The Diversity dialectic of course is raised as well.
The word “pride” is kicked around a lot in the CBC video although not totally sure about what. there is of course, a “Pride Flag” at the PMO, or was for all of June. Not sure if it is still there though as of July 2.
And now we get to what the few Canadians think who have not injected the Kool-Aid at three month intervals.
It’s hard to know if we are past the point of no return for Canada. Alberta appears to have a chance, but typically the enemies of Freedom and the nation state are a few steps ahead. So if there is to be a political solution to our problems at all in Canada, the one shot left at it will be if Alberta succeeds and then manages to create a stable Republic with enshrined individual rights similar to the US 1st and 2nd amendment. If they do, then maybe like minded people across Canada can follow suit.
It would be great if Ontario also succeeded from Canada and maybe left 100 yards around Parliament hill as all that is left of the Federal Government. We could make a museum of failed communist states across the road at the PMO if we did.

When I was still a child, I was raised on songs by the Raftsmen’s “Something To Sing About”, and Bobby Gimby’s Young Canada Singers “Canada” centenary tune back in the spring and summer of our buoyant Expo ’67 in Montreal. Are those days ever gone. And so too the sense of caring about ‘Canada Day’. I see the CTV is effusive about how the Maple Leaf has been taken back from the Freedom Convoy crowd, and returned to the ‘Elbows Up’ crowd who are trying their best to make “Canada Strong,” as PM Carney pretends. Our banker-prime minister is so excellent at all things financial that he apparently doesn’t need to have a budget (fiscal plan) for the year 2025. Or at least anytime soon. Talk about joining the EU, while Canadian exports remain over 77% going to the USA (with Canadian exports to the EU about 4.1% and UK about 3.8%). While our “historic economic and strategic relationship with the USA” may be over, according to Mark Carney, the geographic relationship with the world’s lone superpower along our southern border remains. The political rhetoric coming out of Ottawa leaves us as a nation living in the land of make believe.
Agreed about the left who have taken their TDS as a vigorous offshoot of the usual Cdn identity of being anything other than American. However, like some other problems we have, thats first order thinking to just “own the libs”. You have to ask what allowed the libs to do what they did and turn the tide so much on the election, and that was Trump himself. Sure swapping Trudope for Carnage would give the libs a small bump, but Cheeto man totally F’d in the A all the freedom convoy ppl he claimed to support when it was going on by back ing Carney and being butt hurt over PP hurting Trump’s fee fee’s. Couple that spooking of the same lib herd that lined up for shots with many of the “small fringe minority” types either going PPC or “voting’s not going to solve anything” and this was bound to happen. While the right agrees with a lot of Trump’s policies and I’d supported him since the beginning, the fact he couldnt keep his mouth shut and gave the libs another win, is a great reason Conservatives, PPC, etc. should dislike him as well.
Glad I’m not the only one who noticed this. Canada Day never used to annoy me as much as it does now. It always seemed like a knock-off version of the US Independence Day, but I don’t remember other Canadians being so obnoxious about it like they are now.
It seems now, like everything the bloody liberals have co-opted, it’s just an embarassing national display of figurative auto-fellatio put on by people who have absolutely nothing to be proud or haughty about. It’s fake and gay, like everything to the social/political left in Canada.

No longer am I proud of being Canadian. The Maple Leaf flag is now a symbol of weakness. And what to say about that backward slogan ‘Elbows Up’?
I say we have passed the point of no return. We are too divided, too much multiculti for a small population of 40 million. Economically, we are worthless. And the vast majority of Canadians are too stupid.
