Well… Let’s start with what was known hours and hours before this report:
The attacker yelled “Allah hu ackbar” -not mentioned by Global ‘News although they surely knew it
The Islamic State issued a letter of responsibility for the attack immediately after it happened. -Global ‘News’ also likely knew this because we all did.
UPDATE: Somebody has leaked an internal police report to Welt am Sonntag. The report contains this statement: “A witness who was injured in the attack stated that the unknown suspect was ‘familiar from Solingen’ and that he was also a visitor at a local mosque. One witness reported that the suspect shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ during the attack.”
UPDATE 2: The Amaq News Agency of the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the Solingen stabbings. They say they their “soldier” conducted the attack on a “gathering of Christians” in Solingen as revenge for Muslim victims in Palestine. Anything is possible but I would be sceptical of this report; IS can claim responsibility for anything that’s in the news, and it’s somewhat amusing that their press office thinks the Solingen Diversity Festival was a Christian event.
Global News, probably along with the Leni Riefenstahl Award winning CBC, are complicit. When news agencies fail to inform you of a persistent threat and you get killed by it, they are accomplices. It is worse because these agencies also tend to constantly warn you of things which are not threats. And worse because they go to pains to make sure you do not know who or why did these attacks. And perhaps worse again becuase they will report faitfully on anyone arrested or convicted for telling the truth about these attacks. Which should make people realize which side of the line the deterrence is on.
(For anyone planning and writing me up for this, I know the CBC has not won the LR award for Excellence In Public Programming because the society that presents the award has not been arsed yet to go down and tape it to their doors.)

Many Chinese Canadians believe Chinese agents work at Elections Canada offices and polling stations, a former Conservative MP told the ongoing foreign interference inquiry.
Leona Alleslev, who represented the Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill riding north of Toronto until 2021, said in a March 27 sworn affidavit for the Foreign Interference Commission that while campaigning door to door in 2021, Chinese Canadian constituents told her they were afraid of being identified by Chinese agents if they went to polling stations.
“Around half the Chinese-Canada [sic] constituents she canvassed would tell Ms. Alleslev they were afraid to vote for her because they feared repercussions against themselves or their family members both in Canada and China,” the affidavit said, as first reported by Blacklock’s Reporter.
5. Here is a headline of events which likely happen every day and had we been allowed to know about them, we would have had the information we needed to protect ourselves from islamic culture, laws and religious threat doctrines.
