German police arrest suspect in knife attack

A suspect in the knife attack on festival-goers in Solingen, Germany, which occurred on the evening of August 23, has been apprehended, according to Der Spiegel.
The alleged attacker turned himself into a patrolling police officers. The suspect has been identified as the Syrian Issa al H.
“Security sources said that his clothes were dirty and covered in blood,” Der Spiegel writes.

According to Der Spiegel, the suspect is 26 years old. Issa al H. was born in Deir ez-Zor, Syria, and arrived in Germany in late December 2022, applying for asylum in Bielefeld.
A year later, he received subsidiary protection, a status often granted to refugees from war-torn countries.
“He is a Sunni Muslim. According to SPIEGEL information, he was not previously known to the security authorities as an Islamist extremist,” the German publication reports.

Tren de Aragua (TDA) is a Venezuelan Prison gang that has set up shop in Aurora, a suburb or small neighbour town of Denver, Colorado.
There are hundreds of articles and videos on what is going on, with most official news outlets denying that this is happening. Yes, people are being evicted from various apartment complexes, but it is strictly because they are substandard units run by slumlords and has nothing to do with them being taken over by TDA.
I recently saw a Hodge Twins video (usually a reliable channel) of a lady with some knowledge of the situation who showed poor black families being evicted, saying it was due to their apartment complex having been taken over by TDA. Syrian Suspect in Solingen Terror Attack Was Set for Deportation to Bulgaria

The man arrested for a knife attack in Solingen, Germany, was a Syrian refugee who was scheduled to be deported to Bulgaria, according to reports from DPA and Die Welt. The deportation, planned for last year, was ultimately unsuccessful.
The incident occurred on Friday night when an unidentified individual indiscriminately stabbed concertgoers, resulting in three fatalities and eight injuries. The suspect, a 26-year-old Syrian man, turned himself in and was arrested on Sunday. He had entered Germany in December 2022 and applied for asylum. German authorities had no prior indications that he was involved in Islamic terrorism.
Under the Dublin agreement, asylum claims in the EU must be processed in the first EU country the refugee enters. In this case, the Syrian suspect initially entered the EU through Bulgaria, delaying his deportation to that country, which was scheduled for 2023. After going missing, he resurfaced and was relocated to Solingen by German authorities.
The attack in Solingen has been claimed by the Islamic State (ISIS), which described it as “revenge for Muslims in Palestine and everywhere” through their Telegram channel. However, no evidence has been presented linking the suspect to ISIS, and the connection is being investigated by the German prosecutor’s office.
German officials, including North Rhine-Westphalia’s Minister-President Hendrik Wüst, have acknowledged the possibility of terrorism. Wüst described the attack as being “directed against the way of life in North Rhine-Westphalia,” noting that the victims had no apparent connection to each other, further supporting the terrorism hypothesis.

I’m very good at what I do. When I bet, my track record is one of the best ever- in both sports and politics. And I just made a huge bet on President Trump to win the election- right in the middle of the DNC.
Numbers and odds tell you everything.
And the numbers this past week were moving in the wrong direction for Kamala Harris (aka “Commie Kamala”). During her DNC coronation, the odds of Kamala winning should have gone straight up, not down. I’ve never before seen a candidate’s odds go down in the middle of their own convention.
After a month of nonstop fake news, lies and propaganda, and then several nights of phony promotion, Kamala should have become a big favorite.
Instead, the odds reversed, and Kamala went from favorite to underdog.
That’s a monumental “tell.” This happened during her convention- with all the PR going her way. This means smart bettors (the kind who bet such big money they move the odds) watched the DNC and determined Kamala is a loser. One way of putting it is…
We’ve now seen “Peak Kamala.”
At UK sportsbooks, Trump moved into the pole position. Simply because all the smart money and biggest bets came in on Trump- during Kamala’s week!
At Pinnacle.com (the biggest offshore sportsbook in the world), where the biggest bettors in the world bet, Trump is the favorite to win it.
At famous US odds site Polymarket.com (where so far $170 million has been bet on this election), the odds reversed during DNC and Trump became the favorite.
I had been waiting for the perfect moment to bet on President Trump to win. The big betting on Trump all over the world during Kamala’s coronation, convinced me to make my move. People “in the know,” know Kamala’s a loser.
I also knew the RFK Jr’s endorsement was coming on Friday- which has the potential to dramatically change the race. So, I wanted to get out ahead of that announcement. I made my move and bet Trump.
But the really great news is my buddy Richie, one of the smartest and biggest bettors in Vegas, made his decision at the same time.
Richie bets millions of dollars on sports, poker and even on the golf course. He is best known as the highest stakes golf gambler in America. He’ll bet hundreds of thousands on himself to beat the best golfers in America. Richie sinks holes with hundreds of thousands on the line. Richie has ice in his veins.
I spoke to Richie many times over the past few weeks to get his “read” on the election. He had decided not to bet this presidential race, simply because he has no faith in the integrity of the vote. He believes Democrats would commit massive fraud and fix the outcome- just like in 2020. Richie’s words, “I don’t bet on rigged races.”

Then I had dinner with him Friday night. Richie shocked me when he announced he’d changed his mind after watching the DNC. He’s never seen such phonies, scammers and liars in one place in his life. And that’s saying something special when you’re a high stakes gambler in Vegas for decades!
Richie is one smart cookie. He watched Kamala (and her surrogates) and he realized a radical, extreme, unlikeable, incompetent, communist phony is running against the most brilliant billionaire business mogul and marketing genius in America. Richie said, “If this is the best Democrats have to offer, I’m betting the house on Trump- even if the rig is in.”
On Friday morning, Richie bet $1 million dollars on Trump to win the presidency.
This is the biggest bet he’s ever made on a political election.
Richie rarely ever loses. He is the definition of “smart money.” I’ve already made my huge bet on Trump. But because of my confidence in Richie and his $1 million bet, I’ve decided to add to my position.
The future of America is on the line. I can’t think of a better bet than President Donald J. Trump. I might as well make it the biggest of my life.

A United States Federal District Court Judge for the District of Kansas dismissed a case against a man accused of having two machine guns, claiming that these firearms are protected as bearable arms under the Second Amendment.
Prosecutors claim that on Oct. 17, 2022, Tamori Morgan possessed two machine guns. The first firearm was an Anderson Manufacturing AM-15 chambered in .300 blk that the man converted from semi-automatic to fully automatic. The second machine gun was a Glock 33 equipped with a Glock switch. A Glock switch converts a semi-automatic handgun to a machine gun. These switches are readily available on Chinese websites, and their numbers in the country have risen over the past few years.
In April 2023, a grand jury in the U.S. District Court in Wichita, Kansas, indicted Morgan for possession of the two machine guns. Mr. Morgan would be assigned federal public defender David Freund. Public defenders get a bad rap, but these are some of the most experienced trial lawyers in the country. Mr. Freund filed for a motion to dismiss in November of 2023, claiming that machine guns were protected arms under the Second Amendment.
Under the Bruen test, a law on guns is only constitutional if it is consistent with the text, tradition, and history of the Second Amendment. The first step is the original text of the Second Amendment. There is nothing in the Second Amendment that gives the government the right to ban machine guns. Once it is determined that a law isn’t consistent with the text, the burden falls to the government to provide historical analogues to show that the law is consistent with the history and tradition of the Second Amendment from the founding era.
“When the Second Amendment’s plain text covers an individual’s conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct,” Associate Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in Bruen. “The government must then justify its regulation by demonstrating that it is consistent with the Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation. Only then may a court conclude that the individual’s conduct falls outside the Second Amendment’s unqualified command.”
The government tried to argue that the Second Amendment only applies to arms that were around during the ratification of the Second Amendment. U.S. District Judge John Broomes rejected Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Smith’s arguments. The prosecutor also tried to use English common law. Prosecution also mentioned a case from North Carolina in 1829 that recognized an offense to arm oneself “with dangerous and unusual weapons, in such a manner as will naturally cause a terror to the people.” The judge dismissed both laws because they were not similar to the charges against Morgan. The Supreme Court’s Rahimi opinion said that an analogue doesn’t have to be a “historical twin.” SCOTUS went on to say it does have to resemble the law being defended.
The judge also called out the prosecutor for trying to use dicta from the Heller decision. Mr. Smith attempted to say that Heller allowed for banning machine guns because they are “dangerous and unusual.” The judge was quick to reject the argument because the Heller case had nothing to do with machine guns. He also pointed out that not all machine guns are illegal; only ones produced after May 1986 are forbidden for public transfer. Judge Broomes highlighted that there are 740,000 transferable machine guns in public circulation.
“Machineguns have been in existence for well over a century,” the judge wrote. “While the federal government has regulated transfer and possession of such weapons since passage of the National Firearms Act in 1934, it did not outright prohibit possession of machineguns until passage of the Firearms Owners Protection Act in 1986. Even then, the law did not prohibit the possession of all machineguns; rather, § 922(o) merely prohibits possession of machineguns that were not lawfully possessed as of the date that prohibition went into effect in 1986. § 922(o)(2)(B). Thus, even today, it is perfectly legal for a person who has not been divested of his firearm rights under some other provision of law to acquire and possess a machinegun, so long as it was lawfully possessed by someone before the relevant date in 1986, and so long as he complies with the National Firearms Act’s requirements to obtain and possess the weapon. In that sense, machineguns are not unusual.”
The government then tried to say the law was justified because machine guns were “military weapons.” To counter this point, the judge used United States v. Miller. In the 1939 Miller case, the Supreme Court rejected the idea that sawed-off shotguns were protected arms and couldn’t be regulated. The Supreme Court reasoned that sawed-off shotguns were not used on the battlefield and, therefore, not protected. The Supreme Court believed that the Second Amendment applied to military arms. The judge also highlighted laws from the founding era that required civilians to keep personal military arms in case the need arose for a militia to be formed.
The judge dismissed the case, but the prosecutor can appeal the judge’s decision. Most legal experts expect this appeal. The decision doesn’t knock down the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA) and doesn’t apply to anyone outside the case. Post-1986 machine guns remain illegal to own for private citizens. Mr. Morgan faced ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each offense if convicted.

This is a very nasty blow to the lefts gun control agenda, it is returning to the idea that the Second Amendment is meant to protect the People as a whole to own any firearm (including cannon) that are used by the military. Using this as the basis for the decision it threatens a very large portion of the gun laws in the US, however as is said in the article so far this is applied to only one person and it won’t spread unless the Appeals Court and then SCOTUS upholds it. The Constructionist Judges who are returning to the idea that the Judicial System is suppose to enforce the laws and the Constitution the way they are written and not be a Super Unelected Legislature that writes laws and adds things to the Constitution is one of the most important things President Trump has done. Now it he can appoint 2 more Justices to SCOTUS we will have a Court System restoring our rights for at least 2 decades and probably more.

From what I am hearing both the Clintons and the Obamas hate her and are quietly sticking knives in her back, I have noticed that they always talk about the Biden Harris administration insuring that the voters are reminded that she is part of the administration causing all of the problems.
Yes they are going to cause as much trouble for Trump as they can and this will continue into Vance administration (if he gets elected) this war will be a long and hard war but one we can win if we continue to fight. Former CNN host Chris Cuomo might be no longer employed by one of the country’s premier liberal propagandists, but he’s proving one thing:
He can’t handle the truth.
And conservative commentator Bill O’Reilly speaking the truth about Vice President Kamala Harris was a case in point.
In a clash after the close of Thursday’s Democratic convention — a clash that turned bitterly personal at points — O’Reilly and Cuomo, now with NewsNation, hammered at each other over the Democratic nominee’s wafer-thin keynote address, which O’Reilly graded a “C.”
Harris’ speech had no specifics, O’Reilly pointed out, offered no solutions to the problems facing the country, and amounted to basically a “liberal Democratic line.”
The former Fox News host then told the brutal truth about Harris:
“She wants power. She wants to be president. She doesn’t do press. She doesn’t answer questions,” he said.
In other words, she’s demanding power without designing to tell the American people what she intends to do with it, and how.
He also detailed how Harris’ speech was rife with untruths about her opponent, former President Donald Trump.
“I don’t want to be lied to, Cuomo,” O’Reilly said. “I don’t care where it is!”
Cuomo, whose look of bored irritation while O’Reilly was speaking showed all the inherent liberalism that made him such a star for CNN before he was ousted, went on the attack.
He implicitly accused O’Reilly of being both ignorant and naive for expecting anything different from a candidate’s convention speech and, on the subject Harris’ comments about the Supreme Court and abortion, basically called O’Reilly stupid.
O’Reilly shot back.
“Is that all you got?” he said. “That I sound like an idiot?”

Boiled down, the clash illustrated the 2024 campaign nicely.
On the Republican side, there are Trump supporters — and even non-Trump supporters who simply aren’t blinded by propaganda — who have watched while the Biden-Harris administration has played havoc with the country for the past four years on illegal immigration, on the economy, on foreign policy.
And they’ve watched that administration being cosseted by an establishment media more devoted to protecting the Democratic agenda than informing the American public.
On the Democratic side are the true believers (like the ones in Harris’ audience at Chicago’s United Center) and the leftist lie peddlers like Cuomo, who will seize virtually any opportunity to attack Trump while proffering no real defense of their candidate or her policies because they don’t think they need to.

Harris’ speech was so full of deception that it was called out by establishment media outlets like The Washington Post, USA Today and The New York Times (and it’s a rare occasion indeed when O’Reilly is on the same side as those publications).
Cuomo’s defense, such as it was, was to attack Trump — and by extension, O’Reilly — while pretending that a convention speech was no standard by which to judge a candidate.
Near the end of the video, O’Reilly summed up the conversation succinctly:
“This woman has no specifics, but you excuse it because she’s in party mode. Bull!” he said.
“We’re at a very serious point in our history. We need problem-solving,” he said. “This woman won’t answer a question from any journalist. That alone tells you what her capacity is.”
That it does.
And the whole exchange showed that Chris Cuomo’s capacity for the truth hasn’t changed even since he left the liberal bubble of CNN.
He still can’t handle it.
