Doctor Indicted For Exposing Secret Child Transgender Program
U.S. President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday signed a 10-year bilateral security deal between the two countries in a move applauded enthusiastically by Kyiv as “historic.”
The BBC reports the pact envisages U.S. military and training aid to Ukraine – but falls short of binding Washington to send troops to fight alongside its ally.
According to the White House, the security deal will see Washington and Kyiv work in tandem to build and maintain Ukraine’s defence and deterrence capability, bolster the country’s defense industrial base, and support economic recovery and energy security.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) revealed that it was declining to prosecute Attorney General Merrick Garland after the House of Representatives voted to hold Garland in contempt of Congress concerning his refusal to comply with Congressional subpoenas.
In a letter addressed to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) on Friday, Carlos Felipe Uriarte, the Assistant Attorney General, explained that President Joe Biden had “asserted executive privilege and directed” Garland not to “release materials” that were subpoenaed by the House Oversight and Accountability Committee and the House Judiciary Committee in February, according to CNN.

No it isn’t a machine gun but the main part of the decision was that the ATF unilaterally changed the regulation/law, the regulatory agencies don’t have this right this is a Congressional right. The insistence that the administrative portion of the US Government obey the law and that Congress must be the one that writes the laws and regulations is the main nightmare of the left. We on the right have gained enough power and support to insist that the left stop breaking the law to strip our rights from us.

Hunter Biden is a convicted felon.
I don’t mind repeating that mostly because so many people can’t help but say it about Trump. Yes, it’s true, but so is the term’s application toward Hunter Biden.

The truth is, though, that the law he’s convicted of breaking probably shouldn’t exist. That’s especially true following Bruen.
Like Friday’s Cargill decision, Bruen was written by Justice Clarence Thomas, who might be the most vilified member of the Supreme Court these days.
And he just might be Hunter’s best hope.

Typically, the Supreme Court wraps up its session at the end of June, delivering many important and sometimes life-changing decisions at the end of the month. In the coming days, the Court is expected to decide on U.S. v. Rahimi, a case that could alter how Hunter Biden’s felony gun case is viewed.
The case focuses on whether domestic violence abusers can be barred from owning guns or if that is a violation of the Second Amendment. It reaches the Supreme Court two years after it ruled on New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, a case that expanded gun rights.
In Bruen, the Court ruled that both the Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual’s right to carry a gun for self-defense outside the home and that New York’s requirement for a “special need for self-defense” to obtain a public-carry license is unconstitutional.
Justice Thomas wrote the 6-3 majority opinion, stating, “the government must demonstrate that the regulation is consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.”
If the Supreme Court rules in favor of Zackey Rahimi, who argues that a federal law limiting individuals under domestic violence restraining orders from owning guns is unconstitutional, Hunter Biden would have “a lot of ammunition” when challenging his conviction, Andrew Willinger, executive director of the Duke Center for Firearms Law, told CNN in an article Wednesday.
Another case pending before the Court, U.S. v. Daniels, mirrors Hunter Biden’s crime, as police found marijuana and two guns in his car. Given the petition is pending, it is likely that after ruling on Rahimi, that the Court will send Daniels back to lower courts with the new precedent from Rahimi.

Of course, this was written before Cargill was announced, which means that it’s unlikely the writer had a clue who was going to write that decision. With Thomas having written that one, it’s unlikely he’ll write both Rahimi and Daniels.
But I suppose it’s not out of the realm of possibility he could write at least one of them, and if it’s Daniels, one would expect it to be consistent with Bruen.
If so, that basically opens the door for Hunter Biden to walk free.
At least on these charges.
We know, for example, that while colonial America has laws against walking around with a gun while drunk, there were no prohibitions on people who were habitual users of anything. Had the law barred carrying a gun while high, it would be consistent with the laws of that time, thus passing the history, text, and tradition standard laid out in Bruen.
But that’s not what Hunter was convicted of. His sin was being a drug user when he bought the gun–more accurately, it was him lying about it, but had there been no prohibition, the lying wouldn’t have occurred.
Should Daniels come down in Hunter’s favor, including being written by Thomas, then the Biden family would actually have a positive resolution to their family drama written by a man they despise.
Of course, Thomas could, in theory, write a decision in such a way that it wouldn’t benefit Hunter at all, though I doubt we’d see that without firm legal reasoning as to why that’s the case. Why? Integrity, and contrary to the narrative being spun, all real indications are that Thomas has it.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) – Iran and Sweden carried out a prisoner swap Saturday that saw Tehran release a European Union diplomat and another man for an Iranian convicted in Stockholm of committing war crimes over his part in 1988 mass executions in the Islamic Republic.
The arrest of Hamid Nouri by Sweden in 2019 as he traveled there as a tourist likely sparked the detentions of the two Swedes, part of a long-running strategy by Iran since its 1979 Islamic Revolution to use those with ties abroad as chip in negotiations with the West.

PARIS (AP) – Water in the Seine River had unsafe elevated levels of E. coli less than two months before swimming competitions are scheduled to take place in it during the Paris Olympics, according to test results published Friday.
Contamination levels in the first eight days of June, after persistent heavy rain in Paris, showed bacteria such as E. coli and enterococci beyond limits judged safe for athletes.

A Florida man was fatally shot by police while holding his roommate’s dismembered torso on Sunday.
Willy Lumaine, 33, was holding a knife and climbing out a window while holding the body part.
The Fort Myers Police Department said in a statement about the shooting:
On June 9, 2024, at approximately 11:32 pm, the Fort Myers Police Department responded to the area of Grand Avenue and Waltman Street in reference to a female and (2) small children hiding in a carport.
When Officers arrived, they spoke to the female who alleged her husband, Willy Lumaine (1/19/91) was actively killing their roommate at 2948 Grand Avenue.

On Friday, the Financial Times reported that Boeing acknowledged some parts of their jets contain counterfeit titanium from China.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reported that Boeing had told officials they had received titanium parts containing counterfeit documentation.
Boeing bought the counterfeit components from Kansas-based aerostructure manufacturer Spirit AeroSystems.
In the past, Spirit AeroSystems has had problems with quality issues.

It started when I first started paying taxes. I remember working 60 to 70 hour weeks only to get 30 to 40% of my paycheck cut from me. Realistically speaking, that’s out of those 60 hours, I worked 20 of those for somebody else. And then my hate for Democrats got a lot worse when I started looking into government spending and I realized how they spent our money.
For example, did you know that over the last 5 years, California spent over $20 billion on the homeless crisis.
Now if you live in LA, you’re wondering, hey. Where does that money go? Because it’s only gotten worse. Right? It hasn’t gotten any better.
When you ask the government, they can’t tell you how those $20 billion were spent. They don’t know where they went. They can’t even tell you if those $20 billion were effective because they’re incapable of balancing a budget instead of reining in their spending.
Do you know what they’re doing? They’re increasing taxes on the average American, meaning that more of the hours you work aren’t gonna be for you or your family, they’re gonna be for someone else.
And you know who’s getting screwed the most? Middle class hardworking Americans.
And that’s the tip of the iceberg. That’s just a financial side, and it does get worse. When when it comes to what Democrats how they’re trying to groom children in schools, it’s disturbing.
Doesn’t matter to me if you’re gay, straight, or a fucking unicorn. I don’t think the government should be involved in your everyday life or who you’re attracted to at all. But there’s absolutely no reason why the government should be trying to force sexuality into the curriculum and exposing young children and minors to sexuality at such a young age when it can actually harm their development.
There’s absolutely no reason that the government and the school system should be transitioning a young minor, encouraging them to get surgeries, encouraging to get medical treatments that they can’t take back without the consent or knowledge from the parents. Actually, they help hide this from the parents.
When I was a kid, when an adult said, hey, don’t tell your parents, that was a giant red flag. Why are we just glossing it over now and acting like all of this is okay? California everyday tries to pass more laws to try and take away parental rights from their children.
And don’t take this as me saying, hey, go be a Republican. I’m saying, hey, go vote for what you believe in because I don’t believe in anything that the democratic party stands for anymore.
It’s wrong. It’s disturbing on so many levels.

Attendees at the Nova Music Festival exhibition were harassed in Manhattan, my colleague was mobbed while trying to report at a protest, and a masked thug on the subway barked in a train, “Raise your hand if you’re a Zionist. This is your chance to get out.” And that’s only what made the news. In New York. That was all Monday.
Yesterday, I woke up to a text from an old source. He sent me pictures of the outside of his apartment building in Brooklyn Heights: it was covered in red paint, including red arrows meant to symbolize that the people inside are targets. A sign, punctuated with red handprints, was addressed to his neighbor, the director of the Brooklyn Museum. It read, “Anne Pasternak Brooklyn Museum White Supremacist Zionist.” He told me the act of vandalism happened around 2:30 in the morning, and that there was now an NYPD squad car stationed outside the building. “It’s pretty disgusting,” he texted. Other Jewish members of the museum’s board live in the building too.
From AOC to Brad Lander—the liberal comptroller who once defended the antisemite Linda Sarsour—New York’s leading progressives finally seem to realize they have a problem on their hands. As they issue condemnations of antisemitism, it’s tempting to dismiss it as too little too late.
“You built this, @bradlander! Enjoy the fruits of the Jew-hatred you harvested,” wrote my old colleague Karol Markowicz. Noah Pollak wrote, “This is 100% the fault of the Democratic Party.”
The attack on Pasternak’s home was doubly irresistible. “I hate that this is happening but I hate even more that the progressives who run the Brooklyn Museum advocated for the rise of woke that led directly to this moment,” The Post Millennial’s Libby Emmons posted on X. Anne Pasternak is a liberal Jew, director of one of New York’s great cultural establishments who once told New York magazine, “white staff and trustees have to do the work of learning about our nation’s history and looking at their own education, conditioning, and biases, before we can lead meaningful change. That work is deep, hard, and essential.” She’s championed exhibits on themes of gender and race, lynching, and one that examined Picasso’s misogyny through the critical eye of comedian Hannah Gadsby. Her programming is like a woke Mad Lib.
Even so, her own museum has been mobbed twice since her tenure began, by members of the Decolonize This Place movement in 2018 and by pro-Palestine protesters affiliated with Within Our Lifetime just last month. They stormed the lobby of the building and scaled the facade to hang a banner from the roof. Instead of repudiating the bullies literally storming the gates, museum officials were quick to tell CBS they did not call the police, even though 34 people were arrested by the NYPD that day. They offered this frankly surreal response to the mobbing: “Displaying banners inside the building or affixed to the building is against museum policy and security protocol.”
Today, we see that the revolution Pasternak and Lander and AOC fomented is eating its own. But that doesn’t mean it’s deserved.
Putting on woke exhibitions at the Brooklyn Museum and mouthing woke platitudes doesn’t mean Pasternak signed off on her own doxxing. No one deserves antisemitism—no matter how dumb their politics.
There should have been plenty of wake-up calls for the progressive left that the antisemitism was coming from inside the house. Often, they’re footing the phone bill. But if the alarm is finally rousing them out of their slumber, we shouldn’t pour cold water on their heads. We should welcome them back to reality. But an apology would be nice.

Crew Abandons Sinking Bulk Carrier In Red Sea After Kamikaze Drone Boat Attack

Turmoil in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden intensified this week as Iran-backed Houthi rebels launched a series of attacks on commercial vessels traversing the critical maritime chokepoint. In a bold new move, the rebels deployed a suicide drone boat that slammed into the stern of a bulk carrier, paralyzing the vessel and forcing the crew to abandon the ship.
The drone boat attack on commodity-hauling bulk carrier “Tutor” was first reported on Wednesday. By Friday, the crew of the vessel was “evacuated by military authorities,” according to the British military’s United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations.
UKMTO said, “The vessel has been abandoned and is drifting in the vicinity of the last reported position 14°20’00” N 041°56’00” E.”
Filipino-based media outlet ABS-CBN News spoke with Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Cacdac, who said 21 of the 22 Filipino seafarers aboard the Liberian-flagged, Greek-owned, and operated bulk carrier were rescued. He did not specify which military rescued the crew. However, Bloomberg reports that a US Navy ship conducted an extraction operation at the end of the week.
“The ship was adrift in the southern Red Sea,” Cacdac told reporters, adding one missing crew member is likely dead in the engine room. This is the area where the drone boat struck the bulk carrier.
Bloomberg said the ship is taking on water, and a salvage company has dispatched two tugboats to rescue it.
ABS-CBN News posted a video onboard the vessel before the extraction.
Like security firm Ambrey, we have told readers this was the first time Houthis used remote-controlled, water-borne explosives.
One commodity research firm with a high focus on oil/gas flows in the Middle East told us this won’t be the last time the Houthis use kamikaze drone boats against commercial vessels.
In a separate report, Bloomberg cites US officials who believe Houthis are expanding “international partnerships with other militant groups as part of their campaign to disrupt global shipping and protest the Israel-Hamas war.”
Houthi’s aim in disrupting maritime chokepoints is to create a supply shock for the global economy.
The Houthis have only been emboldened by a weak Biden administration whose disastrous foreign policy decisions have unleashed fires across the world.

There are too many mass shootings occurring, I wonder how many of the shooters are caused by someone recruited from social media because of suicidal tendencies? Brad Johnson said that ANTIFA was doing that, they are probably trying to spread chaos and make people ready for the Strong Man to take over and stop the chaos.
