A quick note before the list of items on some of this week’s posts concerning Nazism V communism. A reader left this very worthwhile comment on how the lie that Nazis are far right wing got started. Another explanation can be found in the book, “Explaining Postmodernism”, by Stephen Hicks, the entire audiobook of which can be found on the sidebar here on any individual post, although not on the main front page for some reason I cannot understand. In it, I think it is chapter four, he explains that in pre WW2 Germany, there was essentially three political factions. International Socialism, said to be left, and National Socialism which felt the means of production and some property could remain in private hands albeit under the control of the state. This was called the political right because it allowed some private involvement. The third was actual liberalism that held that the individual had rights and the state should protect those rights. Both other factions of course hated them, and still do. But the comment this morning explains how calling the Nazis far right wing was a more deliberate plot to associate what the left always does in power, with the right in order to foment contempt for the right. Personally it feels like this worked all to well with even knowledgable Conservative talk show hosts referring to communists as “liberals’ when they are opposites. Liberals are those from the European philosophical tradition of individual agency and rights to be protected by and from the state. Jefferson was a liberal. The current crop of Democrats are communists. They may have been for some time. If I was RFK Jr. I would invest in some new clothes for public appearances to protect him from his fellow Democrats.
Also there is this phrase. Aufheben Der Kultur. It appears to be the Hegelian German phrase from which the now familiar, “Cancel Culture” was extracted. When one thinks about it, you can see it here and there on the streets. Canada is approaching quickly and posters advertising some utterly synthetic holiday named after an Amer-Indian ‘chief’ are up in some neighbourhoods. The information warfare slogan, ‘simulate the unreal and dissimulate the real’ also seems to be in play as, ‘create fake occasions with which to diminish occasions that strengthen the state. We can push all this back. But we have to know what we are seeing.

3. Serbia threatens armed intervention in Kosovo as tension escalates
Serbia has reiterated a threat to intervene militarily in its former province of Kosovo if Nato-led peacekeepers there fail to protect minority Serbs from what Belgrade called the terrorist threat of Kosovo’s ethnic Albanian authorities.
In a brief televised address, the Serbian army chief-of-staff, General Milan Mojsilovic, said Kosovo Serbs can no longer “tolerate the terror” of the Kosovo government, and that Serbia’s military stands ready to fulfil its tasks “in accordance” with the Serbian constitution and any orders from President Aleksandar Vucic.
Serbia has put its troops on the border with Kosovo on the highest state of alert amid a series of recent clashes between Kosovo Serbs on one side and Kosovo police and Nato-led peacekeepers, known as KFOR, on the other. In recent weeks, Nato has sent in reinforcements amid fears of an open clash between ethnic Albanians and Serbs.
(NATO and the West is extremely selective about who is allowed to exercise the right of defence and who is not.)
4. VERY hard to get anything true from anywhere about the war in Ukraine. This thread is interesting though and since the stories about an underground NATO bunker in Ukraine destroyed by Russian hypersonic missiles appear to be true, this could well be also.

5. Nice of them to mark this hell on Earth in part of Vancouver with an upside down cross inside some kind of logo. If anyone knows what it is, please leave a comment. Pretty sure its not a cross of St. Peter though, but a submission to the demonic.

I spent four months there in 2008. There was a small area in the east that looked seedy, but the whole region was flush with East Asian money. Governed by horrid perverts who discriminated against non-perverts. Not friendly.

And Zelensky reported the elections to be held next year. What does that mean? He knows this conflict ain’t over and he will make sure it isn’t. And so will Biden, as US elections will also be held next year.
