1. THREE cases of locally acquired Malaria now confirmed in the USA
(Rule of thumb. Once is a freak, twice is coincidence and three times is policy. Also, Hydroxychloroquine is much more tightly controlled than it used to be, innit? Also, Isn’t Bill Gates breeding mosquitoes for some reason?)
In late May, Sarasota County, Florida, health officials confirmed they had identified a case of locally transmitted malaria. In mid-June, they confirmed the second. On June 23, Texas joined in: its state health department announced it had confirmed a case of local malaria transmission in Cameron County.
This is all highly unusual. The US hasn’t documented a locally acquired malaria case in 20 years.
Although about 2,000 people infected with malaria turn up in the US health care system every year, those cases are all linked to travel outside the US. Neither those involved in the Florida cases nor the Texas case had traveled. That means in both states, the infection was acquired within US borders.

Sports commentator Héctor Gómez first broke the news on Instagram that the 28-year-old Dominican player, who plays in the Spanish professional league, had been undergoing a stress test when he died.
It is unclear, according to reports, whether the stress test — designed to examine heart functioning during physical activity — precipitated the heart attack.
Cabrera Adames previously was hospitalized after collapsing on the court during a December 2021 game. At the time, he blamed his collapse on COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis, posting on social media:
“I got a damn Myocarditis from taking a f—ing vaccine. (I got 2 doses of Pfizer) And I knew it! Many people warned me.”
Cabrera Adames wrote that he was required to get the vaccine in order to continue playing professionally.
It’s extra frightening that he died during a stress test. This means he was surrounded by people and equipment that are specifically for heart patients. When doing a stress test, it is expected that should it trigger an event, there are people there that can save you. I hope his relatives find satisfaction somehow at the expense of those who made him take the shots.
3. Many years ago, I remember having a discussion with a gentleman at a pub about Nazism. It was, I contended, socialist/communist and not right wing in any way. He argued. I asked one question: “Was Hitler’s Germany more centrally planned than pre Hitler?” That just made him angry but he couldn’t argue points back. Just rhetoric. The State is shutting us down, and has been working on this project for quite awhile, and it is now supercharged, beginning 3-4 years ago.

Your observations regarding national socialism being a phenomenon of the political left are right on the money. I have studied the totalitarian movements of the 20th century all of my life – and I am no longer young by any means – and one of the biggest lies perpetuated about the Second World War is that fascism of the right and communism of the left. In other words, that they were opposites.
In reality, national socialism (Nazism) and communism, had a great deal more in common with one another than not.
Most historians who study this field acknowledge Benito Mussolini of Italy as the founder of modern fascism. And Mussolini himself had been a devoted revolutionary socialist before founding what came to be fascism, which he regarded as the final and “best” iteration of socialism.
He later opined that he wished he’d termed his ideology “corporatism” for the seamless manner in which it melded the state and the corporation, but I digress.
The bald-faced lie that fascism is of the political right originated early on during the Cold War when the East Germans were at pains to put as much distance between themselves and their former countrymen in West Germany. The Stasi and other intelligence operations spread this “big lie” into the West – especially via the conduit of universities and colleges, and later on in the 1960s, the anti-war movement in the U.S. and Europe. Once inside these organs of western leftist thought, the lie become the truth as far as they were concerned.
There are many ways of comparing WW2-era fascism (whether of the German or Italian varieties) and communism, but one of the most-useful is to plot political systems on a line graph, a continuum from the total presence and power of the central government on the far-left extreme, to its opposite, the total absence of government, which is correctly termed anarchy. By this method, communism and national socialism are near-neighbors on the far left of the continuum.
Stalin and Hitler fought not because they were different, but because they were so alike, and because the ideologies they followed were so alike. Although they were allies of convenience during the 1930s when Germany and the USSR were international pariahs, both men knew that it was only a matter of time before their ideologies and nations came into conflict. Hitler ended up attacking the USSR first in June, 1941, but only barely – since emerging evidence seems to suggest that Stalin had planned to hit Germany himself, but was beaten to the punch.
Of course, the left in the U.S. screams “You’re a fascist!” at anyone with whom they disagree, but armed with the truth of history, that label can easily be proven to be false. As the left knows deep down, they are the ones with the Nazi problem, not their opponents.
And if your leftist pals dispute that, ask them if they know about the Azov Brigade in the current-day Ukraine, or why that unit reveres Stepan Bandera, a prominent Ukrainian fascist during WW2. When Putin in Russia spoke of “de-Nazifying” Ukraine, this was one of the things to which he was making reference. Or about the fascist leanings of their new “hero,” the current puppet leader of Ukraine, Zelensky.
