1. Thai leader cancels vacation at last minute as nation delays Astra Zeneca mRNA gene therapy roll out
Any Canadian though who suffers an ill effect after taking the AZ gene therapy may want to sue the CBC
(See now that is “journalism”. Providing the necessary “convincing” to get reluctant Canadians to just, go along with the program and take the experimental mRNA gene therapy shot to help reduce the effects of a disease that kills 1/1000 people who actually get infected with it. Far less if you go by positive PCR tests done on healthy people.)
2. Canada’s Theresa Tam insists Canadians remain in fear and isolation in case of dreaded THIRD WAVE!
(CTV is part of the Narrative tacit collusion group along with Global and CBC)
3. About the new EU Vaccine passport, or more accurately, the restriction of rights for all who refuse to take the experimental mRNA Gene therapy injection
4. This guy is a true Canadian hero and he called it all right many months ago. September 2020 was the record time on this one.
5. Gab really could have done a great thing. But instead they modified a Mastodon instance, and created something that couldn’t really scale and then got hacked and lost all its user-data. Now all those who used it as a free speech platform are exposed to what are increasingly dangerous forces and groups.
A data breach at the fringe social media site Gab has for the first time offered a picture of the user base and inner workings of a platform that has been opaque about its operation.
The breach, news of which first emerged in late February, allowed hackers to extract Gab databases that appear to show user accounts and a history of public posts and direct messages.
The user lists appear to mark 500 accounts, including neo-Nazis, QAnon influencers, cryptocurrency advocates and conspiracy theorists, as investors. They also appear to give an overview of verified users of the platform, including prominent rightwing commentators and activists. And they mark hundreds of active users on the site as “automated”, appearing to indicate administrators knew the accounts were bots but let them continue on the platform regardless.
Finally, the data appears to contain direct messages between the Gab CEO, Andrew Torba, and a user who has been identified as a high-profile QAnon influencer, showing the entrepreneur seeking direct feedback on site design from a member of a group that promotes a “spiderweb of rightwing internet conspiracy theories with antisemitic and anti-LGBTQ elements”, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Personally the contempt the SPLC shows Gab I consider an endorsement. SPLC is a far left wing extremist think tank who’s stated goal is not to expose people they don’t like, but distort the reality of anyone right of Stalin to focus hatred on them, and then destroy them. Also you cannot have a freedom of speech platform and not have some odious people on it. One of the reasons I admire the USA so much, is because they allowed Nazis to march in Skokie in 1977. Not because I like Nazis, but because I dislike them enough to not want to be like them in the ways that make them bad. Nonetheless, Gab had a shot at greatness and blew it in a few ways it seems.
6. Biden’s flights of fantasy: President WRONGLY claimed that Covid-19 cost more lives ‘than WWI, WWII, Vietnam and 9/11 combined’ and MISLED the public on timelines of Trump’s response to the virus and number of vaccine doses he ordered
President Biden addressed the nation Thursday night and made some claims that weren’t entirely true.
In his speech, Biden claimed that Covid-19 has taken more American lives ‘than World War I, World War II, the Vietnam War and 9/11 combined.’
According to the CDC, 527,726 Americans have so far died from coronavirus – a number that is less than the 580,000 lives lost during the events mentioned by Biden.
Throughout the 24 minute address, Biden touted his administration’s vaccine rollout and made misleading claims of the timeliness of Trump’s response to the virus and the number of vaccines the former president’s administration ordered.
‘As of now, total deaths in America, 527,726. That’s more deaths than in World War I, World War II, the Vietnam War and 9/11 combined.’
Biden’s claim of a high death rate was among his biggest blunder in the speech.
Worldwide, in World War I there were 116,516 deaths, World War II saw 405,399, Vietnam had 58,220 and about 3,000 people died in the 9/11 attacks.
If Biden would have specified American casualties in all four events, then his math would have been correct.
‘We’re actually on track to reach this goal of 100 million shots in arms on my 60th day in office. No other country in the world has done this. None,’ he said.
The president went on to tout the number of vaccinated Americans.
While it is true that no other country has vaccinated as many people as the U.S., smaller countries have vaccines more of their total population.
Thank you M., Richard, ML., ET., EB., Yucki, PC., Johnny U., and many more. There is a great deal more crazy out there today. In a very real sense, the Nazis have won. They did so by calling themselves “Anti-Nazi” and using weaponized rhetoric, but they now can fail high school students for failing to be racist. It is a sickness that will kill orders of magnitude than Covid ever did.
