US Election rigging post #24

Pennsylvania judge ruled in favor of the Trump campaign Thursday, ordering that the state may not count ballots where the voters needed to provide proof of identification and failed to do so by Nov. 9.

State law said that voters have until six days after the election — this year that was Nov. 9 — to cure problems regarding a lack of proof of identification. After the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots could be accepted three days after Election Day, Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar submitted guidance that said proof of identification could be provided up until Nov. 12, which is six days from the ballot acceptance deadline. That guidance was issued two days before Election Day.

7. Observers were NOT allowed to watch the counting of ballots

(Video at site well worth seeing)

Chair of the Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes voter fraud is taking place in states still counting ballots.

During a Friday appearance on Newsmax TV’s “National Report,” Trainor said locations not granting observers access to watch the ballot counting process could be involved in voter fraud.

“I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places,” he said. “Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in.”

Despite winning a court order, which allows the Trump campaign to send observers to watch ballot counting in Pennsylvania from six feet away, Trainor said ballot watchers “have not been allowed into the polling locations in a meaningful way.”

10. Tens of Thousands of Pennsylvania Ballots Returned Earlier Than Sent Date: Researcher

More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database.

Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.

The state’s voter records are being scrutinized as President Donald Trump is challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania and other states where his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots for Republicans were thrown away.

The analysis of the publicly available data was conducted by a data researcher who submitted it first to the Chinese-language edition of The Epoch Times. The researcher, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said he consulted about the matter with several USPS field engineers, who said the return dates shown in the database are “impossible.”

    • ya know, I’m not Catholic, don’t feel it’s my place to comment on internal affairs of the Catholic Church.

      But this Pope’s out-of-bounds.
He’s stepping on MY toes, MY country!

He takes the expression “bully pulpit” to an entirely different dimension.

The Church has survived bad Popes, thrived with good ones. This one, too, shall pass.

US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi calls on Congressional Republicans to “stop this circus” and focus their attention on combatting the pandemic instead of Joe Biden’s election victory, as several Republican lawmakers have stood firm with President Donald Trump by supporting his refusal to concede the election.

“Congressional Republicans are deliberately casting doubt on our elections for no other reason but fear of Donald Trump,” the US Senate’s top Democrat Chuck Schumer tells reporters during a joint press conference in Washington.

The dataset made public by Pennsylvania’s secretary of state was last updated on Nov. 10, and “describes a current state of mail ballot requests for the 2020 General Election.” The data includes the mailed-out and return dates.

In Pennsylvania, voters must request a ballot, which is sent to them via USPS. The voter then fills out the document and sends it back via mail or returns it in person. The process usually takes several days or even weeks, depending on the speed of delivery and response by the voter.

This year, Pennsylvania also allowed voters to “request, receive, mark and cast your mail-in or absentee ballot all in one visit to your county election office or other designated location.” That may explain the ballots with no sent date—they may have been received and cast in person.

While it could also explain the ballots with the same sent and returned date, that appears to clash with the description of the database, which says the sent date is “the date the county confirmed the application to queue a ballot label to mail the ballot materials to the voter.”

If the ballot was received by the voter in person, there would have been no need for a mailing label.

“Since October 1, the average time of delivery for First-Class Mail, including ballots, was 2.5 days,” USPS said in an Oct. 29 release.

Impossible and improbable return dates indicate there’s something wrong with either the database or the ballots.

The Office of Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State didn’t immediately respond to requests by The Epoch Times for comment.

In addition to the ballots described above, there were more than 43,000 ballots returned two days after being sent out, which is still remarkably fast, although still possible if the voter quickly delivered the ballot to an election office or a ballot drop box in person. The flagged ballots comprise almost 4 percent of all those issued by the state.

According to the data analyzed by the researcher, at least 31 people who appear to be older than the oldest known person in the state returned ballots. They were all born between 1900 and 1907, based on the state’s data. The oldest known person in the state is 113-year-old Ardith Grose.

About 20 of the voters shared the birth date of Jan. 1, 1900. The date corresponds to an allegation in Michigan, where a poll watcher said he saw operators adding people to the poll book while they were counting their mail-in ballots, raising concern that these voters weren’t properly registered and thus were eligible to vote. The operators input the names with fabricated birth dates, such as Jan. 1, 1900, according to a sworn affidavit by the poll watcher.

Another analysis of the Pennsylvania data showed that the extremely old voters were mostly registered Democrats.

Michigan GOP state senators requested a full audit of the 2020 election, citing “serious allegations” which cannot be ignored.

Michigan lawmakers said “Antrim County’s “glitch” caused thousands of Michigan ballots that were meant for some candidates to be wrongly counted for their opposing candidates.”

“Antrim is just one of the 47 counties in Michigan that used the software system at issue, Dominion Voting Systems, to process their ballots.”

The lawmakers also said there are allegations that election officials critically mishandled numerous ballots including:

    Counted ineligible ballots

Counted the same batches of ballots multiple times

Instructed poll workers to backdate absentee ballots

Counted late ballots after illicitly pre-dating them

Used false information to process ballots, such as using false or incorrect birthdays

    Duplicated ballots illegally

Counted ballots even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls

Ordered election workers to not verify voters’ signatures on absentee ballots

Barred poll challengers from observing the transposition and certification of absentee
ballots that need to be transposed, including military ballots

Coached voters to vote for a particular candidate and party

  6. the blaze – Republican legislators request a full audit of the Michigan 2020 election

“Now, we must take every possible step to ensure that all Michiganders, and all Americans, have confidence that the State of Michigan conducted this election with integrity and accuracy.”

Republican legislators in Michigan are requesting a full audit of the 2020 general election before any of the results are officially certified.

State senators Lana Theis and Tom Barrett on Wednesday sent letters to Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and the Michigan Board of Canvassers reviewing multiple allegations of voter fraud and elections crimes made in affidavits filed by the Trump campaign and others. The letters request that a “full audit” of the election be completed prior to any of the results being certified by the state.

“Every citizen deserves to have faith in the integrity of the election process and its outcome,” the letters state. “It is our responsibility, as elected public servants, to assure the people of Michigan of the process’s integrity through complete transparency and the faithful investigation of any allegations of wrongdoing, fraud, or abuse.”

The letter cites allegations of widespread irregularities in the Michigan vote-counting process made in an affidavit filed by the Trump campaign as part of a lawsuit challenging the results of the election. The allegations include counting ineligible ballots; counting late ballots after illicitly pre-dating them; illegal ballot duplication; barring Republican poll challengers from observing the transposition and certification of certain absentee ballots; and more.

“These claims deserve our full attention and diligent investigation to ensure fairness and transparency in our election process,” the letter states.

“As such, and due directly to these issues, we are requesting a full audit to be conducted of the 2020 General Election prior to the certification of any results.

“Now, we must take every possible step to ensure that all Michiganders, and all Americans, have confidence that the State of Michigan conducted this election with integrity and accuracy. That can best be accomplished by a thorough audit and a verification that our election law and processes were correctly administered. Any fraudulently processed votes and unfair obstacles placed in front of legal poll challengers and watchers disenfranchise voters of every citizen of Michigan, regardless of their political affiliation”

“Every legal vote must be counted,” the letter concludes.

Today, Senator Barrett and I sent a letter to the Michigan Secretary of State Joselyn Benson urging her to conduct an official audit of the November 3rd general election results before the State Board of Canvassers certifies the 2020 General Election results.

“Every citizen deserves to have faith in the integrity of the election process and its outcome,” we wrote. “It is our responsibility, as elected public servants, to assure the people of Michigan of the process’s integrity through complete transparency and the faithful investigation of any allegations of wrongdoing, fraud, or abuse.”

We must take every possible step to ensure that all Michiganders, and all Americans, have confidence that the State of Michigan conducted this election with integrity and accuracy. That can be best accomplished by a thorough audit and a verification that our election law and processes were correctly administered. Any fraudulently processed votes and unfair obstacles placed in front of legal poll challengers and watchers disenfranchise the lawful vote of every citizen of Michigan, regardless of their political affiliation.

    =====================================================
Some of the claims of voter fraud mentioned in the letters have been disputed by Michigan election officials.

Reports of a Dominion Voting Systems machines “glitch” in Antrim County that caused erroneous unofficial results to show Democrat Joe Biden leading President Donald Trump in a heavily Republican area were attributed to “human error” by Secretary of State Benson. Her office said the county failed to update its election management software, which was used to report unofficial results, Bridge Michigan reports. The error was identified and corrected by county officials and is not believed to be widespread, according to the State.

“As with other unofficial results reporting errors, this was an honest mistake and did not affect any actual vote totals,” the Department of State said. “Election clerks work extremely hard and do their work with integrity. They are human beings, and sometimes make mistakes. However, there are many checks and balances that ensure mistakes can be caught and corrected.”

Other county clerks who spoke to Bridge Michigan said they experienced no errors with Dominion voting equipment.

Additionally, the city of Detroit, Wayne County, and the Michigan Democratic Party have denied the allegations made in the Trump campaign’s lawsuit, claiming the affidavits rely on “hearsay, speculation and unfounded conspiracy theories.”

“Most of the objections raised in the submitted affidavits are grounded in an extraordinary failure to understand how elections function,” the city of Detroit said, according to MLive.

The defendants responded to several of the allegations made by plaintiffs, saying they are false or misunderstand Michigan election law.

Allegations, for example, that plaintiffs were told not to verify signatures on absentee ballots are true, the city of Detroit said, because the signatures were already verified by clerks before arriving at the counting center, as mandated by state law.

    More from MLive:

Claims that Republican poll challengers were denied meaningful access are false, as multiple witnesses said there were an abundance of them at the TCF Center. Once capacity was reached, officials did stop allowing in more challengers until a challenger of their party exited.

Plaintiffs also argue a bunch of unsecured ballots showed up at the TCF Center overnight. Those were not filled out ballots, but blank ballots delivered to the TCF Center for the purposes of processing ballots that were damaged or required duplication because the original couldn’t be processed.

The plaintiffs also claimed that ballots received late were being backdated. City and state officials said there was a “clerical error” where the date stamped on absentee ballot envelopes wasn’t entered into the system like it should have been.

Officials decided to have workers enter the date stamped onto the envelope into the system – all of which were from before the 8 p.m. Election Day deadline. Republican challengers were consulted and decided not to challenge the procedure at the time.

No late ballots could have been counted because no ballots received after 8 p.m. Tuesday were even delivered to the TCF Center, the city of Detroit said.
Democrat Joe Biden was declared the winner of the Michigan presidential election, leading President Trump by 146,123 votes.
