1. Police officer is stabbed and left in serious condition after being called to home of knifeman during coronavirus lockdown

A police officer is in a serious condition after losing a litre and a half of blood when he was stabbed multiple times during a coronavirus call-out.

Sergeant Carl Blanks, 47, was responding to a call at a house near Newport, Wales, at 5.15am on Thursday when he was stabbed.

The house belonged to Sudan-born Mohammed Ibrahim, 33, who was found at the property.

Sergeant Blanks was stabbed several times in the abdomen before Ibrahim allegedly set fire to the house

2. Coronavirus: France bans online sales of nicotine products

France has banned the online sale of nicotine products and limited their sale in pharmacies, after researchers suggested that nicotine may play a role in protecting against coronavirus.

The new rules cover products like nicotine gum and patches, designed to help people stop smoking.

Last week, data from a Paris hospital indicated that smokers were statistically less likely to be admitted for treatment for Covid-19.

Trials are set to continue in France.

France has reported nearly 22,000 coronavirus-related deaths since the start of the outbreak earlier this year.

(I would like to make a brief observation on this story. First, it needs to be understood that I am *NOT* a doctor. But I used to play one as a child. And I believe there is something critically wrong with this story.

The assumption that nicotine is the benefit is not in evidence. Chances are it’s the smoking which stimulates the immune system to clean the lungs which offers an advantage to Covid patients where it advances into breathing difficulty. In an early interview we did with Brad Johnson, he noted that 2nd hand smokers did best in China whereas Smokers did worst and people not exposed at all are in the middle. Nicotine as a drug may have no effect at all so asking health care workers to wear a patch is patently stupid. It is the act of smoking which likely offers some protection so long as you have not overwhelmed the immune response by the quantity or nature of what you are smoking)

3. A: Coronavirus: First patients injected in UK vaccine trial

The first human trial in Europe of a coronavirus vaccine has begun in Oxford.

Two volunteers were injected, the first of more than 800 people recruited for the study.

Half will receive the Covid-19 vaccine, and half a control vaccine which protects against meningitis but not coronavirus.

The design of the trial means volunteers will not know which vaccine they are getting, though doctors will.

Elisa Granato, one of the two who received the jab, told the BBC: “I’m a scientist, so I wanted to try to support the scientific process wherever I can.”

The vaccine was developed in under three months by a team at Oxford University. Sarah Gilbert, professor of vaccinology at the Jenner Institute, led the pre-clinical research.

3C. 3B is fake news. She is doing fine. It seems to be possibly Russian disinformation.

4. Canada is releasing immigration detainees at ‘unprecedented’ rates amid COVID-19 fears

The number of immigration detainees held in provincial jails and immigration holding centres across Canada has dropped by more than half since COVID-19 was declared a global pandemic, according to data provided to Global News.

And recent decisions from the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), the administrative tribunal that presides over immigration refugee matters, show how fears over COVID-19 are playing a significant role in some rulings to release immigration detainees.

On March 17, there were 353 immigration detainees held in provincial jails and immigration holding centres across Canada, according to data from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

By April 19, that number dropped by more than half to 147 detainees, 117 of whom were being held in provincial jails. The remaining 30 were held in one of Canada’s three immigration holding centres located in Toronto, Laval, Que., and Surrey, B.C.

5. This one is a little odd. A politician and his son in India, attacked some journalists nearby because they were being tested for Wuhan Flu and the politician and his son felt that meant the infection was being brought close to them. Or something.

7. Now it is official: Corona lockdown does not apply to refugees in Germany, only to Germans

The Corona hysteria has ensured that fitness centres and sports facilities throughout Germany remain closed. Even joint training of football, handball and other teams is not possible because of the ban on physical contact.

Obviously, however, this only applies to Germans. Quite different in Elsterwerda in the state of Brandenburg, as the newspaper Lausitzer Allgemeine (article with a paywall) reports:There is standing – full of sadness and with proper distance to each other – a group of German recreational sportsmen in front of their supposedly closed sports hall.

They discuss how things could go on during and after the lockdown. The group couldn’t hardly believe it when all of a sudden the light inside turns on and the training starts:but only for “unaccompanied minor refugees”. Dozens of young people practice team sports, work out, play. No distance, no masks, fully physical contact. Germans, however, have to stay outside.

8. Watch a Journalist set Trudeau up with the perfect question so he can deflect all issues of Corona with his anti-racism narrative

  1. Last video of China infiltration: Justin Trudeau following China’s orders, remains in hiding.

  2. The Dems will end up running somone else but not until around time for the Convention, which proably won’t be held. The Party Bosses will openly pick someone (as opposed to rigging the primaries) and then face the wrath of the voters. Actually the wrath will be because the person chosen will be someone that hardly anyone has ever heard of, I am willing to bet they are doing major background checks on several State Governors or AGs to see if they have any secrets that will hurt them.

  3. 6 – Kim may or may not be dead or dying although past experience with North Korea when a leader dies says he is probably dead. The succession question is what is taking so long, his murderous sister is the most likely person to take his place but Korea *north or South) has never had a female leader so there will be resistance. One thing we can be sure of is that as long as the CCP rules China South Korea won’t be allowed to invade and conquer North Korea.

An interesting thought experiment is what will happen in the North if the CCP choses Kim un Jong (the sister) and then loses control of China and the Chinese Army because of the Flu and an economic crash? Another one is what will she do or where will she go if the CCP choses one of the Generals? If I were the General chosen I wouldn’t want the murderous little devil running around my country.

  4. Oh, I confess!
I’ve been chewing nicotine gum for more than 6 weeks. I ordered a lifetime supply in February.
    I couldn’t go out to find a witch-doctor, and I needed something…

    • Nicotine – not smoking – is sometimes recommended for Sjogren’s secondary to SLE. That’s the logic.

This Wuhan feels like an autoimmune disorder in its weirdness. MS is thought to be triggered by a virus in people who are genetically predisposed.

  5. https://www.foxnews.com/media/former-fda-commissioner-on-use-of-hydroxychloroquine-and-georgia-reopening

Could I be wrong about hydroxychloroquine? Could the Turks be fooling themselves? This guy is definitely not a leftist or an obvious Trump-hater and he seems impeccable and he’s saying that hydroxy is about as useful as a box of M&Ms… Is he lying because he really thinks Trump is worse than Adolf Hitler? To a climate change fanatic that almost makes sense… Or is hydroxychloroquine just one of life’s funny little stories and everybody was just imagining people getting better from the drug because it’s what they wanted to see…?

  6. I actually have TDS, which is “Trudeau Derangement Syndrome”. When that video started to play and the smooth fake sound of his voice started up I was physically unable to restrain myself from violently turning it off and shouting a curse toward heaven. I can’t stand the guy. I mean, literally. I am unable to listen to or watch Justin Trudeau without becoming quite ill and having to go and do something else. I have Trudeau Derangement Syndrome and have had since the terrible day he was elected by the misguided people of Canada…

    • I don’t even try.
The Boycott List is mainly global MSM, but there are a few individuals. JT is one of them.
(Plus Pelosi, Schumer, the Manchurian Prez, Federica Mogherini, the Hag-who-would-be POTUS, etc.)

      • Oh, and then there’s Eric Swalwell who has never said one word in his entire life that wasn’t disingenuous and poisonous. Don Lemon and Morning Joe are pretty hard to stand…:) Auntie Maxine, of course, and especially Ilhan Omar and her cute little teenage accent.

    • Dr. Hauser knew what he was doing, he wasn’t the only volunteer who developed the polio from the vaccine.

The discussion in the medical literature isn’t couched in
subjunctive mood, lawerly “would”, “could”, “might”. Unlike 1976 with Guillain-Barre subsequent to Swine Flu vaccine.

    • MARCH 2014 – Brain-Damaged UK Victims of Swine Flu Vaccine to Get £60 Million Compensation

Following the swine flu outbreak of 2009, about 60 million people, most of them children, received the vaccine.

[…]”There has never been a case like this before. The victims of this vaccine have an incurable and lifelong condition and will require extensive medication.”

[…]It was subsequently revealed that the vaccine, Pandemrix, can cause narcolepsy and cataplexy in about one in 16,000 people, and many more are expected to come forward with the symptoms.

[…]Among those affected are NHS medical staff, many of whom are now unable to do their jobs because of the symptoms brought on by the vaccine. They will be suing the government for millions in lost earnings.

However, the vast majority of patients affected – around 80% – are children.

      • How could they do it AGAIN ?!
Their lawyers managed to slough it off last time. Horrific.
These immediate victims, plus those who will oppose ALL immunizations. Hello smallpox, polio, measles…
