His statement that worrying about throwing the Bill of Rights in the trash can is above his pay grade should scare everyone. The man is the chief law officer of his State who should be very worried about the civil rights of his people. The fact that he doesn’t seem to care about them should be grounds for kicking him out of office, I don’t know if he is up for re-election but if he is the clip of him saying this is above his pay grade should be shown many times during the campaign.
You are exactly right. If it is above his paygrade, then why did he do it at all?
Because he thinks the rules don’t apply to him, just like the Dems in Congress think the rules don’t apply to them.
