This tweet needs a little context.
During the last mass migration invasion of Europe, most likely 2015, a possibly Syrian (They all claimed to be Syrian) human trafficker who charged a fortune to bring people into Europe in a rubber dingy, made a series of safety errors.
First, he overloaded the maximum number of people by over double the allowed amount.
Second, he was smuggling these people into a place he was not allowed to bring these people.
Third, he did not give his son, who he took along with him, a life jacket. So when the boat capsized his son inevitably drowned.
The boy was placed ass over tea kettle on a beach and photos were circulated of him and he became the reason it was made essentially illegal to criticize the migrant wave, even though in a nation of laws, the father would be in jail for LIFE for what he had done added up.
If it makes it easier to imagine, picture an American, overloading his boat with guns from the USA and smuggling them in to Canada at triple the rated weight of the boat and having his son drown cause no life jacket.
No difference except the guns will probably do less damage to Canada than these migrants will to wherever they land.

This time however, the parents are deliberately bringing harm to their child for the effect it might have. The father from 2015, if we give him the benefit of the doubt, simply placed his son, who he killed out of breach of safety and indifference to the boy’s life, after death in the most sympathetic position he could.
