(5) The error of “free love.”
The exchange of love – this ‘give to get’ imperfection and stress – will end up with Altruism (pure love and the damage it causes) that leads to capitulation, to Socialism by the Bullet (pure lovelessness). All altruists seek the heaven of Communism where “free love” is eagerly put to slavery to assert abandoned love – as “free will” is enthusiastically put towards making hell to assert abandoned truth.

There is an episode of a sci-fi series, The Outer Limits, called “Final Exam”.

Germany: Syrian serial offender arrested for rape
Success of the Würzburg criminal police in their search for a sexual offence in the Zellerau district: As the Lower Franconian police headquarters and the Würzburg public prosecutor’s office reported on Friday afternoon, the investigators arrested a suspect on Thursday. The 15-year-old is now in custody.The teenager is accused of raping a 19-year-old girl who was on her way home on the night of the 7th of December. According to police, the young woman had got off a bus at the “Bürgerbräu” bus stop at about 2:40 a.m. A few meters further on, she had encountered the perpetrator in the street Mainaustrasse, who then pushed her against a wall. “Subsequently, he touched her indecently in the genital area and abused her sexually,” the report states further.The young woman had “vehemently defended herself” and “loudly shouted for help”. Only after she had bitten the perpetrator’s lip did he let go of her and fled. After an emergency call was received, several patrols immediately went to the scene of the crime, according to the police. A large-scale search for the perpetrator was initially unsuccessful.In the course of further investigations the 15-year-old came into focus of the investigators. “Because of the urgent suspicion of rape, an arrest warrant was issued against the teenager as late as Thursday,” the police and the public prosecutor’s office stated. The arrest took place at the Würzburg district court: there he was in the dock for another offence. During the arrest, the 15-year-old had offered “considerable resistance” and injured an officer of the criminal police.As a police spokesman confirmed to the press, the young Syrian is known to the police in connection with the investigation of juvenile delinquency in the downtown area of Würzburg.These crimes are usually committed by groups with an above-average proportion of refugees. “Mogadishu Mayor Omar Muhamoud earlier confirmed that at least 90 civilians, mostly students, were injured in the explosion. No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
More than 90 people have been killed in a car explosion in the Somali capital city of Mogadishu, lawmaker Abdirizak Mohamed reported via Twitter.
According to Mohamed, 17 police officers, 73 civilians and 4 foreign nationals were among the victims of the blast.
Meanwhile, an ambulance service official Abdikadir Abdirahman Haji Aden told AFP that the blast killed at least 76 people, leaving 70 injured. According to the official, the death toll is likely to go up.
Local media previously reported that fifty people, including four Turkish engineers, perished in the incident that occurred near a taxation office.
Radio Dalsan said quoting Somali security services that the engineers from Turkey who were killed in the blast could be the main target of attackers.?
Somalia has been embroiled in a violent conflict since 1991 and is regularly rocked by bomb attacks carried out by the al-Shabaab group affiliated with al-Qaeda*. The group is seeking to oust the UN-back Somali government.
While the group has been expelled from Mogadishu, it continues to carry out terror acts in the capital.

“The Taliban staged a complex attack that killed at least 10 Afghan soldiers in the southern Helmand province, an Afghan official said Saturday.
A powerful explosion first hit an army checkpoint late Friday, followed by an hourslong gunbattle, said Omar Zwak, a spokesman for the provincial governor. The attack also wounded four soldiers, he said.
Taliban spokesman Qari Yusouf Ahmadi claimed responsibility for the attack, saying the insurgents also seized weapons and ammunition. The insurgents have a strong presence in Helmand province, especially in Sangin district where the attack took place.
The Taliban have increased their attacks in recent days against Afghan army bases and checkpoints across different provinces.
A similar attack killed six Afghan soldiers on Thursday, when a suicide bomber detonated his car laden with explosives outside an army compound in the northern Balkh province. Militants then stormed the compound. The Taliban quickly claimed responsibility for the attack.
On Tuesday, another attack on a checkpoint in Balk province killed at least seven Afghan soldiers. At the time, the Taliban said they also captured four Afghan troops and seized weapons and ammunition.
On Monday, an American soldier was killed in combat in northern Kunduz province. The Taliban claimed they were behind a fatal roadside bombing that targeted American and Afghan forces in Kunduz.
The Taliban now control or hold sway over practically half of Afghanistan. The insurgents continue to stage near-daily attacks targeting Afghan and U.S. forces, as well as government officials, even as they hold peace talks with a U.S. envoy tasked with negotiating an end to the 18-year conflict, America’s longest war. Scores of Afghan civilians are also killed in the crossfire or by roadside bombs planted by militants.”

“Tina Gomez told no one in her family when she boarded a boat with more than 200 people here in Gambia last month, setting off in hopes of reaching Spain with her 2-year-old son. News of their journey came only once their boat capsized, killing 63 passengers.
The young mother who sold clothes had been living hand to mouth, her brother said. No one knows how she obtained the 35,000 dalasis (nearly $700) to book spots aboard the ill-fated vessel.
“What she was earning was just for what it took her to care for herself and her kid,” Edgar Gomez said. “We were totally left in the dark about her project to embark on this dangerous journey.”
Her story is all too common in West Africa, where rampant poverty pushes many to risk their lives in hope of prosperity in Europe. Thousands of Gambians fled for their lives during the brutal reign of dictator Yahya Jammeh until he flew into exile in 2017. Poverty continues to drive migration even after his ouster.
While Gambia has only 2 million people, some 35,000 have reached Europe by “irregular means” between 2014 and 2018, according to United Nations migration agency statistics. Others have never reached their destination.
Most would-be migrants have made their way in trucks across the Sahara desert in hopes of crossing the Mediterranean from North Africa to Europe. But some now set off by boat from this Gambian town. Observers attribute the shift to the harsh conditions many Africans have faced in Libya.
In this town where the 63 victims set off, there is no sign of the boat’s owner. Authorities have declined to comment on his whereabouts and whether he may face prosecution in connection with one of the deadliest disasters this year among young Africans trying to reach Europe.
The pain is felt throughout the region, where fishing boats these days carry migrants instead.
Mariatou Barry is inconsolable after the death of her 18-year-old sister in the shipwreck. Sofiatou Barry was a student at nearby Essau Senior Secondary School. She was described by neighbors as a promising student.
“She was my hope. I don’t understand what is happening to me,” Mariatou said as her eyes flooded with tears.
The families have learned painful details about their loved one’s final days from the dozens who survived by swimming through rough seas to Mauritania’s shore after the boat capsized on Dec. 4. Some 150 people had been aboard for a week en route to Spain’s Canary Islands but diverted toward Mauritania as fuel and food ran low.
Yet even with the disaster, some in Gambia are still making the dangerous voyage.
On Dec. 12, a second fishing boat was intercepted by the Mauritanian coast guard, according to the U.N. migration agency. More than 150 people were on board.
Ndey Fatou Jah Ngum was among those rescued. She won’t say much about how she got in touch with the smugglers who arranged the voyage or whether she would try again.
Every risk she took was for her children, she said.

Former Vice President Joe Biden said Friday that he would not comply with a subpoena to testify in the Senate impeachment trial against President Trump, should one be issued to him.
Any testimony from the 2020 Democratic contender for the White House before the Senate would draw attention away from Trump’s alleged wrongdoing and would effectively let the president off the hook, Biden claimed in an interview with the editorial board of the De Moines Register in Iowa.
“What are you going to cover?” Biden said to Register Executive Editor Carol Hunter in response to a question about the possibility of his participation in the trial. “You guys are going to cover for three weeks anything that I said. And (Trump’s) going to get away.”

Mark Tolson, a former FBI analyst, illegally accessed the emails of right wing activist Jack Burkman in order to protect Mueller. He admitted to doing so in federal court last week. He will serve seven days behind bars and has been ordered to pay a $500 fine.
“I did what I did to try to protect Director Mueller, who can protect himself,” Tolson told U.S. District Court Judge Leonie Brinkema.

Buttigieg’s Health-Care Plan Would Reinstate The Individual Mandate At 10 Times The Cost

2020 Democratic hopeful Pete Buttigieg is promoting a version of “Medicare for All.” It’s called “Medicare for All Who Want It.” Buttigieg proposed his plan as an alternative to the plans from Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., which aim to eliminate private health insurance at a hefty price tag of $30 trillion.
Buttigieg’s health care plan claims it will provide a government-run, affordable alternative to private health insurance without eliminating it. His plan aims to be a moderate alternative to “Medicare for All,” however, just like Sanders’s and Warren’s plans, it advocates for the complete overhaul of private insurance. Buttigieg’s plan would also end private insurance over time, instead of immediately, like the other radical plans put forth by Democratic presidential hopefuls.

Mexican official with suspected cartel ties arrested in connection to Mormon family Massacre
A Mexican official overseeing security in Chihuahua, Mexico was arrested Tuesday in connection to a massacre that left three American women and six children dead last month, according to the New York Post.
The group found itself ambushed by cartels as they were making their way through Sonora, Mexico to visit family in the United States.
Fidel Alejandro Villegas Villegas, the Director of Public Safety in Janos, was arrested by the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime Investigation (Seido) for his suspected connection to Juarez drug cartel, according to the Herald of Chihuahua.
The suspect is now being held in Mexico City, according to the Post. Mexican officials have made several other arrests in connection to last month’s attack.
President Donald Trump signaled last month that he would take action against the ruthless Mexican drug cartels by designating them “Foreign Terrorist Organizations,” in an interview with Bill O’Reilly. Earlier this month, however, the President wrote on Twitter that he’s not as ready to act on his earlier statement.
Virginia gun ‘sanctuary’ leaders urge resistance to gun laws, compare to American Revolution
The clash in Virginia over gun control has reached a new level, with proponents of a gun “sanctuary” movement urging active resistance to Democratic proposals in Richmond, citing the arguments that led to the American Revolution.
“Resistance to illegal and unauthorized government acts is not new,” said two leaders of the movement in noting the decisions by the Founding Fathers to sign the Declaration of Independence that challenged Great Britain and King George III.
“This doctrine is, in fact, foundational to our form of government. Indeed, the Declaration of Independence is a document of interposition, between the American colonists and a tyrannical King George III. Its signatories — the people’s representatives — pledged to one another ‘our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor,’ believing that they most likely would be tried and executed for treason against the crown,” said the new memo from the Virginia Citizens Defense League and the Virginia-based Gun Owners of America Inc.
Their 12-page memo was both in defense of the state gun sanctuary movement that has been adopted by 114 counties and communities and a challenge to the opinion of Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring that the sanctuaries have “no legal effect.”

Germans say Trump is the greatest threat to world peace

Donald Trump is the “greatest threat to world peace,” ahead of Russia’s Putin and Kim Jong Un, say Germans in a new poll. The poll by YouGov found that 41 percent of Germans feel Trump is the most dangerous of five globally important leaders.
The list also included Russian President Vladimir Putin, North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Kim was chosen as most dangerous by 17 percent of the Germans polled. Putin and Khamenei were each chosen by 8 percent, while Xi, who has committed massive human rights violations in Xinjiang, was chosen by only 7 percent.
Trump is not terribly popular at home, either. He trails most Democrats in polls. He is behind in surveys of likely voters, even though any other Republican President in his shoes would have a big lead over the Democrats. Trump benefits from both the growing economy, and the extremism of the Democrats’ policy positions. Yet he still trails Democrats like former Vice President Joe Biden.
Even Biden, the purported moderate running in the Democratic primary, is actually very liberal. Biden “is anything but moderate” compared to Hillary Clinton, notes McClatchy News Service. “Biden has proposed ideas more ambitious and liberal than policies supported by Hillary Clinton in the 2016 campaign, a McClatchy review of the candidates’ platforms found.”

Woman whose husband was killed in gun-free zone fights red-flag laws
A stalker shot and killed her husband in a so-called gun-free zone. Now Nikki Goeser is worried that another gun-control measure widely gaining popularity will result in other firearms owners being victimized.
Ms. Goeser recently headed to Congress to speak out against red-flag laws, arguing that allowing a judge to issue orders to temporarily confiscate firearms over mental health concerns could have jeopardized her safety at a time when she was most vulnerable.

And this is how Canada was turned into a nation of criminals. Import duties at times are so high that Canadians would lie on invoices in order not to have the costs made so exorbitant with taxes it would sink their business.
Crazy gun control laws and illegal actions by police (High River) make Canadians who believe in their own rights of self defence, if they get guns they would be obtained illegally, or some law broken that would likely get them more prison time than what we see actual violent criminals getting who are found in possession of illegal guns.

But the point is, the more authoritarian the government the more ‘criminal’ the population. In the Soviet union EVERYONE was a criminal as you could not get food without paying a bribe. In fact actual legal transactions probably represented 10% of the total amount of transactions, 90% of them being on the black market.
Canada already has made a nation of criminals in this way but mostly in small ways and having to do with taxation. The US was so awesome because it wasn’t. People found it easier overall to be honest because there wasn’t an actual penalty on honesty.

Good question, I wish I knew the answer.
One thing I do know and have commented on in many a conversation is that the US Code, the State Codes and both US and State Tax Codes are so complicated that all of us break several laws daily. Laws we don’t know are on the books and are never used except when some politician wants to punish someone.
As for the Tax Code if you know enough to hold tough and get above the first couple of layers of people paid to threaten you into paying money you may not owe you will get to the negotiators. Once you get high enough up the IRS good chain, and aren’t an out spoken well known Republicans then you can negotiate anything. Including your name, age, sex, hair and eye color.
I am not exaggerating that much, I was a good cost accountant but tried to stay away from tax work, in tax work there is nothing that is cut and dried and what you can and can’t deduct depends on which group in the IRS you are talking to.
We aren’t Canada, not yet but the Dems are trying to take us there real fast. Look at my comment on the gun control effort in Virginia in one of todays threads. As an accountant my training is to look for the pattern in the books, this will tell you a lot about what people do. My predictions on what is going to happen is based on the pattern of the action of the left and their opponents and what the historical pattern is in circumstances like those we are now experiencing.

Police used tear gas against Yellow Vest protesters who were marching through Paris on Saturday.
During scuffles with the police, prominent Yellow Vest Jerome Rodrigues fell to the ground and was hurt in the eye.
“We move forward, we don’t see, and suddenly they hit us with their shield in the face, in the eye, he [Yellow Vest Jerome Rodrigues] falls to the ground, I go to pick him up, they use the opportunity to use tear gas against us, at point blank. We ask for their registration number, they don’t give it to us,” said another protester who was present at the scene.
Yellow Vests were heard asking for the registration number of the police officer who allegedly injured Rodrigues.
“The guy hit me with a shield in the face, and the police captain refuses to give the registration number of this person. Here’s the reality of what is happening in France today. What did I do to them?” said Rodrigues while addressing the media.
Jerome Rodrigues had reportedly previously been severely injured in the eye too, during another Yellow Vest demonstration in Paris in January.
He posted a picture with his injured eye on his Twitter on Saturday, with the caption “Thanks Macron.”

Germany: A “Latent Sense of Insecurity”
“At least since the events at the Cologne cathedral square on New Year’s Eve in 2015 people apparently feel more and more unsafe,” said Oliver Malchow, the chairman of one of Germany’s two largest police unions. He was referring to the mass sexual assaults committed mainly by Arab and North African men at the Cologne cathedral square on New Year’s Eve more than four years ago. Malchow was also referring to new statistics, which show that approximately 640,000 Germans now have licenses for gas pistols — a large increase since 2014, when around 260,000 people had such a license. A gas pistol fires loud blanks or tear gas cartridges and is only potentially lethal at extremely close range.
The new statistics, according to Malchow, showed a “latent sense of insecurity” in the population. The number of real firearms owned privately also reportedly increased in 2018 — by 27,000 over the previous year. In Germany now, 5.4 million firearms are privately owned, most of them rifles.
A recent annual poll, conducted in September, confirms Malchow’s estimate: Every year since 1992, R+V, Germany’s largest insurance firm, has been asking Germans what they fear most. “This year, for the first time,” according to a report in Deutsche Welle, “a majority said they were most afraid that the country would be unable to deal with the aftermath of the migrant influx of 2015”. Fifty-six percent of those polled said they were scared that the country would not be able to deal with the number of migrants. This September marked exactly four years since Chancellor Angela Merkel opened Germany’s borders and allowed in almost a million migrants. Judge Rules Against Stacey Abrams’ Group and Allows Georgia to Purge Voter Rolls
Earlier this month a federal judge allowed Georgia to purge 309,000 names from its voter rolls but he also scheduled a second hearing to hear additional arguments.
Fair Fight Action, a voting rights group started by sore loser and 2018 failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, immediately filed an emergency motion to stop the purge.
“Georgians should not lose their right to vote simply because they have not expressed that right in recent elections, and Georgia’s practice of removing voters who have declined to participate in recent elections violates the United States Constitution,” Fair Fight Action CEO Lauren Groh-Wargo said in a statement.

“Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán has labelled the European Union’s mass migration-friendly policies as being one of the two gravest mistakes made by the political bloc going into 2020.
The Hungarian leader made his comments earlier this week, stating that both mass migration and the current state of the eurozone economy would be major issues that the European Union member-states would have to deal with in the coming year, Hungarian newspaper Magyar Nemzet reports.
“Every intelligent person knows that 2020 will be a difficult year for Europe. Two serious mistakes were made in Brussels. One was the admission of migrants and the other was the disruption of European economic policy,” Mr Orbán said.
“Immigration is a key issue for Europe. Not only today, this year or the next but for decades. It defines European politics and relations between European countries. In the Western countries to which they have been admitted, the Muslim population is growing year by year, and the Christian population is declining,” Orbán noted.
He went on to add that many pro-mass migration countries did not accept the Hungarian philosophy of restricting immigration and focusing on pro-family policies instead, saying, “Brussels is persistently attacking Hungarian legislation that guarantees the protection of our borders, while not giving a penny to our border fence.”
As part of Hungary’s 2019 pro-family budget, married couples are able to receive a 30,000 euro loan that is forgiven after the couple has three children.
The Hungarian leader mentioned the influence of Hungarian-American left-wing billionaire George Soros and his network of NGOs on EU migration policy, saying, “The Soros network is reaching the point where it wants to transform Europe into a mixed culture continent, possibly by eliminating nation-states. They will continue to push for this plan and will use all their tools.”
Fidesz, the party which Orbán leads, has led several campaigns against Soros, one of which led to complaints and the suspension of Fidesz from the European People’s Party (EPP) group in the European Parliament earlier in the year.
Orbán went on to note the achievements of the Hungarian government in recent years, stating, “Since 2010, the number of people experiencing severe material deprivation has decreased by one third. True, there are still hundreds of thousands, but I can also see how we will progress step by step.””

Moroccan police have arrested Moroccan YouTuber Mohammed Sekkaki, known as Moul Kaskita, for publishing a video on his channel that contains “insults to Moroccan citizens and public institutions,” according to the attorney general at Settat’s Court of First Instance.
The arrest took place on Saturday, November 30, only one day after the YouTuber posted his video online.
The charges include using degrading terms towards the Moroccan people and their dignity and expressing prejudice against public institutions. Moul Kaskita was also carrying a small quantity of drugs at the time of the arrest, according to the attorney general.
While the video that led to Sekkaki’s arrest disappeared from his channel on Tuesday, December 2, there are many re-uploads on several online channels.
In the 12-minute-long video, Sekkaki speaks to the camera criticizing Morocco, its people, government, and King. The segment that prompted the arrest is one where he calls Moroccan people “stupid,” according to the attorney general.
“Moroccan people are stupid and uneducated. Moroccans only care about buttocks. Moroccans do not know how to vote because they are ignorant,” said the YouTuber. Sekkaki referenced certain YouTube videos about body enhancement trending in Morocco.
The insults targeting Moroccan people came after Sekkaki criticized the government and accused its members of corruption. According to him, Moroccan people are culpable, too, because “they do not vote for qualified people to represent them.”
