  1. The sad fact is that most people are truly hostages to their own lives and must make the decision between obeying the group-think or watching their family starve. Most choose survival except for the odd one like Dr. Patrick Moore who just can’t stand to let lies stand when he knows the truth so well. God bless him…

    The funny thing is that I’ve never actually heard much actual “climate debate” because the warmists always go straight to accusations of bribe-taking and being “in the back pocket of the oil companies” but they won’t talk about the Vostok ice core samples or the persistent existence of “The little ice age” and “The medieval warm period”. The thing is that I looked around for this oil company money and couldn’t find it anywhere so what the hell are they talking about? If I could get money for writing this stuff do you think I’d leave it sitting on the table?

    In short, they don’t act like “scientists” but they do act a lot like hard left-wing activists – always eschewing fact-based argument in favor of their beloved ad hominem attacks. In short, the “climate scientists” always seemed like so many “Bill Ayers” rather than a roomful of researchers. Like, why do they have to be such hostile pricks about somebody simply having a question or two about their “theories”? Why do they have to declare people corrupt bribe-taking fakers the minute they dare to question anything? They give themselves away with their own eager lack of civility…

  2. Unfortunately, lots of the scientists referred to by Moore never had their work proven, but established a new consensus in time.
