2. Speaking of deceptions, it has just come to our attention that the playboy millionaire communist, David Suzuki was given an honorary science degree by the University of Alberta. Which cost them a lot of support by the way. The question now is, did he not already have one? Since he is the most quoted scientist on CBC?

3. A rational and intelligent young German woman concerned about actual climate science.

4. ORIGIN OF THE SPECIES Scientists discovered 71 new species in 2019 including goblin spiders, sea slugs and a fish called Wakanda

“When we thought about the secretive and isolated nature of these unexplored African reefs, we knew we had to name this new species after Wakanda,” Yi-Kai Tea, lead author of the study, told CNN.

 

Another discovery, a rare white-blossomed plant named Trembleya altoparaisensis, had proven especially difficult to find in the wild, Emeritus Curator of Botany Frank Almeda said.

 

“People don’t think plants move but they do,” he said. “When an environment changes, plants will move to areas that better suit them.”

 

Another find was the myrmecicultor chihuahuensis arachnid — an ant-loving spider that calls the Chihuahuan Desert in Mexico home, while researchers also uncovered a striking cat-eyed cardinalfish that swims in the waters of Papua New Guinea.

6. I do not have a link to the story this relates to yet, but it is mighty consistent with what we have seen the UK transform into over the last several years. 7. Edmonton man gets 28 years in prison for attempted murder of policeman, pedestrians

A man who tried to kill an Edmonton police officer and four civilians on a chaotic night two years ago has been sentenced to 28 years in prison.

 

Abdulahi Sharif, 32, showed no emotion Friday afternoon as Justice Paul Belzil delivered his verdict.

 

“Although no sentence can repair the terrible harm done, hopefully the conclusion of this case will allow those impacted to have some measure of closure,” Belzil said.

Belzil said Sharif’s actions had to be denounced “in the strongest of terms.” He said Sharif targeted Const. Mike Chernyk because Chernyk was a police officer, adding Sharif has shown no remorse nor “any insight into the terrible harm he has caused.”

 

Belzil’s verdict concludes a case that featured one of the largest police investigations in Edmonton’s history, and one of its stranger trials.

 

Many questions remain unanswered. Why did Sharif do what he did? Why did he choose to fire his defence lawyers, and offer no defence at trial?

And why did investigators choose not to lay terrorism charges, despite the presence of an ISIS flag in Sharif’s car?
