  1. All I want, each time I use electronic information is an announcement from each government Agency to explain how my data may be used.

    That would be a real data protection Act.

    Not just protection from the number of tracking advertisers paying each other minute fractions of currency to snare the innocent, naive and the herds of addicted superior-selves.
