A GP has revealed he is planning to quit medicine over an investigation by the doctors watchdog into claims he ‘discriminated’ against a Muslim woman for asking her to remove her veil.

 

Dr Keith Wolverson said he ‘politely’ asked the woman to take off the garment for patient safety reasons during a consultation last year because he was unable to hear her explain her sick daughter’s symptoms.

 

He was then ‘deeply upset’ when last week he received a letter from the General Medical Council, the professional regulator, informing him that he was subject to an inquiry over allegations of racial discrimination which could result in him being struck off.

(Just this short intro is an outrage. Discrimination? To ask someone to remove some cloth? If a Jew was in for hair plugs and they asked him to remove the kippa, would that be discrimination? And it gets worse from there. She DID! Her husband filed the charges post hoc!)

MILAN (AP) – Italy’s interior minister says an immigrant from North Africa has been arrested for an arson fire at a police station in northern Italy that killed two and injured more than a dozen.

Matteo Salvini announced the arrest on Twitter Tuesday, adding that “eliminating illegal immigration to Italy and Europe is a moral duty: Everyone home.”

 

The news agency ANSA reported that the fire overnight killed two people living in apartments above the ground-floor police station in Mirandola, north of Bologna, and injuring more than a dozen others, two seriously. The victims, a 74-year-old woman and her live-in caretaker, were killed in an explosion.

 

ANSA said the suspect broke into the police station and set the fire. A motive was not clear.

I suspect this is video of the fire. At some point, quite a few subtitled videos should be available.

Populists are the “enemy” of Europe and seek to destroy the continent’s globalist “values”, Angela Merkel has warned ahead of European Parliament elections this week.

Speaking in Zagreb at the weekend, the German Chancellor urged Croatians and other voters in Europe to shun pro-sovereignty, anti-mass migration political forces at the ballot boxes this week.

 

Patriotism and support for a federal European superstate in which national sovereignty has been transferred to Brussels are “not opposites”, said the chancellor, insisting: “Our values mean we can be proud of our own country and at the same time work to build Europe.

    If this is ever shown by the mainstream media it will be so cut up that nothing will be recognizable and the perpetrators will be labeled simply as, “teens”. It will never be shown as the anti-white racist attack that it actually is. They’ve been doing that since the ’60s making us picture Richie Cunningham and Potsie down at “Arnold’s Diner” putting dimes in the jukebox. Somebody’s gotta do something about those darn “teens”…

  3. Funny how that man never says what he means by diversity. A special place for Islam and no other faith, perhaps? Why does he assume ‘our values’ – undefined again – are somehow ‘for’ this unknown. The ? past didn’t exist, we always were diverse. So, then what is this new diversity we have to have? Why does he want his race to be replaced, his culture to be destroyed? He demands that ‘our values’ destroy our value.

  4. “Values” is such a noble, empty word when uttered by Trudeaus, Merkels, Macrons and this nimrod, isn’t it? But remarkably it has enough feelgood pablum attached to compel millions to gobble it up.
