WASHINGTON: In a 2012 article titled “Of Elephants and Men,” Wade Horn, Ph.D., President of The National Fatherhood Initiative describes some disturbing events on an elephant preserve in Africa. Horn, intentionally or not, creates a parallel between young bachelor pachyderms and the hoards of fatherless, masked antifa protestors.
The preserve was separating young male elephants from the older, male bull elephants. Once they were free from mature male influence, the junior males wreaked havoc on their new environment, particularly the endangered white rhinos.
The article is striking in its revelations:
The natural order of things is for ill-disciplined males to confront and attack.
Horn’s article is not an oversimplification. The details supporting the material most certainly offer the concept of a destructive male bent absent other, and older, male authority and sway. In contemporary jargon, it is what it is.
A young male is a young male
Like the elephants, Antifa is composed mostly of fatherless young men. Children who become uncivil and violent. What and whom these young protesting men oppose matters little to them. They have no real ideological focus. They are simply pushed to confrontation, not unlike the angry young pachyderm in the above video.
Young human males influenced not by mothers and fathers living together but by mothers alone, are like nitroglycerine before Alfred Nobel and his inventive dynamite. That is, an unstable, dangerous and powerful compound before its natural composition is made stable. To complete the analogy, Nobel would stand for the father.
Approximately one-third of young men grow up fatherless
According to any number of statistical surveys, approximately a third of young men grow up in fatherless homes. Additionally, even more, youth are in homes without their biological fathers or a father-figure in attendance. The new boyfriend or step-father might just as well not be there.
When a mature adult male is not present in the home, there is no anchor. Young boys grow to young men without a base of support that gives clear directions, thinking, and discipline. Females forced into these roles as a male substitute are forced to abbreviate their full-time natural nurturement. Young males brought up without such guidance are easily drawn into gangs that are no more than mobs. They have heard the call of the wild.
Antifa is 90% young males
According to the Daily Wire, Antifa is 90% young males (Study: 9 In 10 Antifa Protesters Still Living In Mom’s Basement). That is, mostly young males, undisciplined by authority figures and still living on the maternal tit. The result is young males ready to aim their natural pent-up nitro against anyone, in the name of any cause.
Hence, random and dangerous explosions take place.
Antifa members claim they oppose white supremacists, but the fact is they rampage through any meeting, assembly, or faction whenever, and wherever, the mood strikes them. Moreover, like the junior elephants who kill white rhinos, Antifa appears to have a blood-lust. They aren’t fighting against an opposing point of view. They are fighting against a natural result of a spiritual failing.
However, Antifa is not the only “boys” club on the contemporary political scene. Recent groups such as Proud Boys and Patriot Prayer also seem to have the magic touch of members that mostly male and mostly undisciplined by senior males. The results are much the same as the Antifa protests of attack and destroy, whatever is in the line of fire.
So how much worse will it get?
With much of society’s disdain for manhood as evidenced in the media, Hollywood, and even the modern military, the acceptance of men as fathers and life guides will lessen.
The elephant reserve in Africa had its younger bull elephants separated from the older males as a matter of expediency. It is a solution by the government over nature. It was cheaper and easier to separate by size and weight as opposed to proportionate family reduction and dispersion.
Contemporary politics probably will continue along the lines of protesting street groups manned by boys, with chaos breaking out at demonstrations. The politicians have created these monsters with the many-varied solutions of many-varied social problems.
They did sow the wind. Moreover, now they are reaping the whirlwind.

Two Hollywood actresses have come out this week to explain why they will not permit their daughters to watch a number of classic Disney animated films. Kristen Bell correctly pointed out that Snow White is kissed non-consensually by a necrophilic prince who sexually assaults a corpse. Keira Knightly took issue with “Cinderella” and “The Little Mermaid,” complaining that both stories reinforce the sexist “damsel in distress” theme.
I applaud both women for protecting their children from this highly-objectionable material. I only fear that our conversation about problematic cartoons has not gone far enough. There are several other Disney films that should be thrown on the ash heap of history alongside the ones mentioned by Bell and Knightly. Indeed, I would argue that it is actual child abuse to let your son or daughter watch any of the following:
1) “Pocahontas”
I cannot for the life of me understand why “Pocahontas” hasn’t been banned and all of the people involved in its production sent to prison camps. The film was terribly offensive well before President Trump used it as a racist taunt against Native American Senator Elizabeth Warren. “Pocahontas” features extremely harmful and retrograde Native American stereotypes and a deeply troubling White Savior storyline. The character Pocahontas is not only sexualized and objectified but reduced to an outdated caricature of an Indian woman who sings about the wind and talks to trees. This is not historically accurate, despite what they may teach in schools. Instead of letting your child watch “Pocahontas,” why not cut to the chase and just enlist him in the Nazi Party? It will have the same result either way.
2) “Aladdin”
Where to begin? Shall we discuss the Middle Eastern stereotypes, the eroticized female character, or the titular Arabic boy who looks and sounds suspiciously white? My three-year-old son saw “Aladdin” at a friend’s house and came home in tears. “It was Euro-colonialist propaganda that utterly trivialized and finally erased the lived experience of actual Arabs,” he cried. He was right, but I had to scold him sharply for failing to notice the troubling and blatantly speciesist ways that the film treats its animal characters. And of course this is all to say nothing of the Genie, a person of color who is caged in a lamp and forced to serve Aladdin as a literal slave. Euro-colonialist, indeed.
3) “Pinocchio”
“Pinocchio” is a transphobic river of bigoted filth gushing down a mountain of sexism and racism. My daughter watched “Pinocchio” and I immediately disowned her. The damage was done. There was nothing I could do. Notice how Pinocchio spends the whole film pining to become “a real boy.” A more progressive and enlightened movie would send Pinocchio out on a quest to become a polyamorous lesbian or an androgynous genderqueer asexual. Instead, Pinocchio is assigned his gender by his deranged puppet master and he never once questions it or even considers whether the very idea of “real boyhood” might in fact be a primitive philosophical artifact of a backward and binary age. The film skips that question entirely, and yet we are supposed to let our children watch it? I would rather die.
4) “The Lion King”
Set in Africa yet almost all of the characters are voiced by white actors. One of the only black characters in the whole film is Mufasa, and guess what happens to him? He’s trampled to death by wildebeests in one of the most racist moments in Hollywood history. Notice that the wildebeests are also black, which is a not-so-subtle reference to the bigoted “black on black crime” motif. I watched “The Lion King” once when I was a child and I felt like I was at a Klan rally in Alabama in the 1930’s. Oh, but there is one other prominent black actor in the film. Whoopie Goldberg voices a hyena who acts a servant to Scar, played by a white British actor. My hands shake with rage even as I type these words. The movie should be rated X for xenophobic.
I could continue this list but it is causing me to relive the trauma I experienced when I first saw these movies. Certainly, “Winnie the Pooh” is out because of its harmful portrayal of overweight people and its pseudoscientific insistence that obesity is linked to sugar consumption. “Toy Story” is problematic because the boy only owns gender-typical toys. “Peter Pan” and “Dumbo” and “The Jungle Book” are notoriously racist. “Lady and the Tramp” makes light of sexual assault when the boy dog non-consensually kisses the girl dog as they share a plate of spaghetti. “Bambi” sends a troubling message about animal rights. “The Sword in the Stone” is 90 minutes of toxic masculinity. “Tarzan” features a man who thinks he’s a monkey, which is clearly meant to mock and trivialize body dysmorphia.
Perhaps the only acceptable and even halfway progressive Disney movie is “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” The straight white male is a hideous, deformed virgin beast rightly exiled from polite society. This, indeed, is how all white men ought to be portrayed. If only they could all be locked in a bell tower and forgotten. Then perhaps the rest of us could finally live in peace.
That does it: It’s no longer safe to raise a child in the West.

Libya and its North African neighbors are opposed to the EU’s plan for migrants to apply for asylum from regional disembarkation platforms, in a bid to stem the flow asylum seekers entering the bloc, Libyan Foreign Minister Mohamed al-Taher Siala said in an interview with an Austrian newspaper published on Friday.
“All North African countries reject this proposal — Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Libya, as well,” Siala told Die Presse during an official visit to Vienna this week.
“So with which countries does the EU want to agree these disembarkation platforms?” he added.
In July, the European Council summit agreed on several aspects of EU migration policy, including the establishment of “regional disembarkation platforms in close cooperation with relevant third countries” and controlled centers in the EU member states to process asylum applications to decide which are refugees in need of protection and which are economic migrants who should be returned to their home countries.
The resettlement or relocation of migrants across the bloc is expected to be done on a voluntary basis amid the lack of consensus.
According to Mohamed al-Taher Siala, there are around 30,000 illegal migrants currently held in detention centers in Libya “and around 750,000 outside.”
He said that while Tripoli was cooperating with Brussels to send the migrants to their home countries, some of these countries, many West African ones, “refuse to take them back.”
He added that in its effort to reduce the number of migrants, Libya had reached an agreement with Chad, Niger and Sudan to ensure better protection of its southern border.
“That’s actually where the European border begins, not the Mediterranean,” he emphasized, adding that the EU could provide “logistical (aid): Land Cruisers, drones, helicopters and perhaps a few light weapons.”
In July, Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz criticized the idea of setting up regional disembarkation platforms, warning that they would further encourage potential migrants to seek asylum in Europe.
Kurz argued that it would be more reasonable to first evacuate such people from crisis-hit regions rather than spur them to embark on a risky travel across the Mediterranean.
EU and Arab leaders will be meeting in Egypt in February to forge a new European-African alliance and fight migrant smuggling.
European countries have been experiencing a severe migration crisis since 2015 due to the influx of thousands of migrants and refugees fleeing crises and poverty in the Middle East and North Africa.”

A guaranteed monthly income of £686 (€780) for poor families, tax deductions and pension reforms are among their controversial pledges.
Rome has been locked in a fierce row with Brussels over their budget deficit, which Italy’s populist coalition government wants raised to 2.4 per cent in 2019.
Italy’s debt burden is second only to Greece in the EU at 132 percent of GDP.
The previous Italian government submitted plans to slash the deficit to 1.6 per cent this year and then to 0.9 percent and 0.2 percent, Mr Kurz and other EU leaders are demanding Rome’s new government gets in line.
On Thursday, the European Commission said in a letter to Italian Economy Minister Giovanni Tria, that planned government spending was too high, and could now reject Italy’s fiscal plan.

UK: Radical cleric Anjem Choudary released on probation
British Muslim political activist Anjem Choudary appeared in public in London on Friday, for the first time since his release from jail, where he served time for allegedly ‘rallying support for ISIS’ on social media.
Choudary spent half of his five-and-a-half year sentence in prison, and is now due to live in a probation hostel under strict conditions, such as restrictions on internet access and media appearances.
Choudary was tried for some of his lectures that were published online between June 29, 2014, and March 6, 2015.

Pentagon spokesman, Commander Sean Robertson said in a statement: ‘While we have confirmed there was an attack on an IDP (internally displaced persons) camp near (Deir ez-Zor) last week, we have no information supporting the large number of hostages alleged by President Putin and we are sceptical of its accuracy.’
SOHR images show the plight of people in the Al-Bahra refugee camp, which is in an area of eastern Syria controlled by U.S.-backed forces.
According to Putin, some 700 refugees were abducted on October 13, with ISIS kidnapping around 130 families before taking them to the nearby city of Hajin. He claimed that the hostages included several U.S. and European nationals.
Speaking at the Valdai discussion forum in the Black Sea resort city of Sochi, Putin said yesterday that ISIS leaders had made demands, but did not specify what they were.
However, The Observatory reported this week that negotiations have begun, and that ISIS are demanding ‘food and medical supplies’ in exchange for the hostages’ safe return.
‘They have issued ultimatums, specific demands and warned that if these ultimatums are not met they will execute ten people every day.
‘The day before yesterday they executed ten people,’ Putin said, adding: ‘This is just horrible, it is a catastrophe.’

“Hungarian leader Viktor Orbán has described the EU’s latest migration proposals as “like a collection of horror stories”.
In a post on the Hungarian government’s official About Hungary website, Orbán spokesman Zoltán Kovács describes a looming battle of “globalists versus defenders of the nation”, with an EU establishment facing serious electoral reverses in the European Parliament elections in 2019 in the former camp and Prime Minister Orbán very firmly in the latter.
“On the one hand, the pro-migration forces continue their relentless drive to push for more immigration and denigrate anyone who dares to oppose them. On the other hand, we see the battle lines being drawn in the conflict between globalists and nationalists and, in particular, a clear picture of who stands where,” Kovács said.
Orbán himself told Kossuth Rádió’s Good Morning Hungary programme that he believes the EU is pushing its migration policies “at full steam” because it fears that “after the [European Parliament] elections, there might be an anti-migration majority on the continent”.
His primary concern with the “horror story” proposals is the way they are framed as border management measures rather than border protection measures — “The phrase border protection means that there is a border that we should protect, while the word border management means that there is a border, and we have to find a way through it,” he explained.
According to Kovács, the measures “the liberal EU elite” are proposing include a “permanent pro-migration programme, opening up new avenues for legal immigration, experimental migration deals with African countries and a so-called ‘humanitarian visa’.”
One of the EU’s proposed measures for bringing the migrant crisis under control which Hungary is particularly wary of is a plan to significantly expand the EU Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) and increase its powers, ostensibly so it can help relieve the pressure on countries at the bloc’s common external border.
Orbán believes that the EU intends to take control of border control not to help with burden-sharing, but to prevent anti-mass migration like Hungary — which slashed illegal migration by over 99 percent after rapidly constructing a double-lined border barrier manned by a newly expanded border guard — from enforcing strict controls.
“They want to take away from us the keys to the gate… [T]hey were unable to persuade Hungary to let migrants in, [so] the plan now is that they will take border protection rights away from us,” he told Hungarian radio.
“They want no less than to send their mercenaries from Brussels to replace our Hungarians who are defending the border… Let us not be under any illusion… they will allow in migrants,” he warned.”

Greek police have arrested five suspected people-smugglers from Georgia, a European country outside the EU bloc in the Caucasus, who they believe to be part of a more substantial and only partly dismantled criminal network, Ekathimerini reports.
The Athens-based newspaper describes the smugglers as transporting illegal migrants through Turkey in limos and other luxury cars fitted with licence plates from Bulgaria — which joined the European Union in 2007 — with the plates being switched for Greek ones near the Islamist-led country’s land border with the EU in East Thrace.

“A Berlin anti-violence project has claimed that attacks on homosexuals have never been so common in the German capital, with most of the attackers being young migrant-background men.
In 2017 alone, 324 violent incidents and threats toward homosexuals was reported to the Berlin anti-homophobic violence group Project Maneo which claimed that around a third of the complaints involved bodily injury, Berliner Zeitung reports.
The vast majority of the homophobic assaults in the city have occurred in the districts of Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, and Neukölln. Almost all of the perpetrators of violence are men from migrant backgrounds, according to the head of Project Maneo Bastian Finke.
“We are still living in a male-dominated society in which the public space is a male-dominated space,” Finke said.
The figures collected by Project Maneo were much higher than those reported to Berlin police which reported only 164 crimes against homosexuals and transsexuals during the same period.

“Italy has deported an Albanian woman who was convicted of recruiting women for Islamic State as part of a cell operating in southern Tuscany.
Arta Kacabuni was deported to Albania on Wednesday, October 17 after a Milan court found her guilty of belonging to a terrorist association and recruiting women and girls for ISIS, ANSA reported the interior ministry as saying.
Kacabuni, who also used the name Anila, was arrested along with nine other people in a series of raids in July 2015.
Her nephew Albo Kobuzi trained in Iraq, according to police. Arrested along with Kacabuni were the parents and sister of Kobuzi’s wife, Maria Giulia Sergio.
Kobuzi’s mother, Coku Donika, and his sister Serjola Kobuzi also traveled to Syria to join ISIS.
Sergio, then 29, and Kobuzi were convicted in absentia in 2016. Sergio’s parents and sister tried to join her in Syria before their arrests. Her mother died in 2015, and both her sister and father have been sentenced to prison terms.
Kacabuni was released from custody and immediately deported, the daily Corriere Fiorentino reported on Wednesday. The 44-year-old had lived in Italy since 2003.
Italy has deported 105 people this year for state security reasons.

Texas Dems ask noncitizens to register to vote, send applications with citizenship box pre-checked
The Texas Democratic Party asked non-citizens to register to vote, sending out applications to immigrants with the box citizenship already checked “Yes,” according to new complaints filed Thursday asking prosecutors to see what laws may have been broken.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who aren’t citizens, received the mailing.
“This is how the Texas Democratic Party is inviting foreign influence in an election in a federal election cycle,” said Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the PILF, a group that’s made its mark policing states’ voter registration practices.
The Texas secretary of state’s office said it, too, had gotten complaints both from immigrants and from relatives of dead people who said they got mailings asking them to register.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott vowed to investigate.
“If true there will be serious consequences,” he said.

Kelly, Bolton Get in Profane Shouting Match Outside the Oval Office
(Bloomberg) — President Donald Trump’s chief of staff and his national security adviser engaged in a heated argument outside the Oval Office on Thursday, according to three people familiar with the episode.
The chief of staff, John Kelly, and the national security adviser, John Bolton, fought over immigration and border crossings, including the performance of the Homeland Security Department under Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, one person familiar with the matter said. She was at the White House for meetings on Thursday, but the people disagreed about whether she witnessed the argument.
Bolton criticized DHS, and Kelly defended Nielsen, a former deputy whom he supported to replace him at the department. Two people described the exchange as less a shouting match than an intense argument. Kelly then stormed away, so upset that he uttered some profanities.
Bolton and Nielsen had a good conversation after Kelly and Bolton’s argument, a White House official said. Both believe the goal is to protect the border, the official said.
Trump has lately expressed fury about a large group of migrants who are traveling from Honduras toward the U.S. border. He vowed Thursday to deploy the military and shut down the Mexican border unless the migrants are turned back.

Starbucks selling stores, closing office in Europe
SEATTLE (AP) — Starbucks is restructuring its European operations after several years of slowing sales.
The Seattle-based coffee chain is selling 83 company-owned stores in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg to its longtime partner, Alsea. Alsea will also provide services to 177 other Starbucks locations in those countries which are owned by franchisees.
Mexico City-based Alsea already operates more than 900 Starbucks stores in Mexico and South America.
The deal is similar to one Starbucks made in 2016, when it sold off its stores in Germany.
Starbucks also plans to close offices in Amsterdam and consolidate its European headquarters in London. The closure will impact 186 employees, who will be encouraged to apply to open jobs in London.
Starbucks will retain a roasting plant in the Netherlands which employs 80 people.

Italy’s model migrant town struggles to survive

The artisan shops in Riace’s historic centre are shuttered and its alleyways quiet as locals wait to see what will happen to Italy’s world-renowned model of migrant integration.
The mayor of the hilltop hamlet in Calabria was hounded out of town earlier this week for favouring illegal immigration, but Domenico Lucano has vowed to fight on to protect the way of life here.
He will have to do it from afar as he is banned from Riace, once a ghost town before Lucano, 60, opened the door to migrants and asylum-seekers.

South African city set to seize land in national ‘test case’
EKURHULENI, South Africa (AP) — As South Africa’s passionate debate over land redistribution grows, one city outside Johannesburg is preparing what the mayor calls a “test case” for the nation — the seizure of hundreds of acres of land from private owners, without paying for it, to build low-cost housing.
Like other South African cities, Ekurhuleni faces a dire housing crunch, with some 600,000 of its nearly 4 million people living in “informal settlements” and a shortage of land to build homes.
Last month, Ekurhuleni’s city council voted in favor of forging ahead with “expropriation without compensation,” a legal tool that the ruling African National Congress says is necessary to correct the historic injustices of apartheid and distribute land more equitably.

A campaign against a planned statue of Indian independence leader Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi on charges of “racism” has attracted thousands of signatures in Malawi, Voice of America reported Thursday.
The activists allege that Gandhi has a history of using racial slurs in his use.
An online campaign in the East African country, entitled “Gandhi Must Fall,” outlines its opposition to government plans to erect a statue of Gandhi and has already attracted over 4,000 signatures based on letters he wrote from South Africa as a young man.
In 1893, Gandhi wrote to the Natal parliament explaining that a “general belief seems to prevail in the Colony that the Indians are a little better, if at all, than savages or the Natives of Africa.”
In another letter written in 1904 to a health officer in Johannesburg, he declared that the council “must withdraw Kaffirs” from an unsanitary slum known as “Coolie Location,” where many Africans lived alongside Indians.
“About the mixing of the Kaffirs with the Indians, I must confess I feel most strongly,” he wrote at the time.

Saudi who arrived in Turkey day of Khashoggi disappearance dies in ‘traffic accident’
One of the 15 Saudis who arrived in Turkey the same day Jamal Khashoggi disappeared has died in a “suspicious traffic accident” and the Saudi consul in Istanbul could be the “next execution,” according to Turkish media reports.
Mashal Saad al-Bostani, 31, a lieutenant in the Saudi Royal Air Forces, was among the 15-member “hit team” that landed in Istanbul in two private jets from Riyadh on Oct. 2 and headed to the Saudi consulate.
He died in a car crash in Riyadh, but few details have emerged, the newspaper Yeni Safak reported, adding that his role in the “murder” was not clear.
The Saudi consul, Mohammad al-Otaibi, who was heard on a video recording of Khashoggi being killed and dismembered in the consulate, could be the “next execution,” as Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman “would do anything to get rid of the evidence,” the Hurriyet Daily News said Thursday.

DUBAI (Reuters) – So grave is the fallout from the disappearance of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi that King Salman has felt compelled to intervene, five sources with links to the Saudi royal family said.
Last Thursday, Oct. 11, the king dispatched his most trusted aide, Prince Khaled al-Faisal, governor of Mecca, to Istanbul to try to defuse the crisis.
World leaders were demanding an explanation and concern was growing in parts of the royal court that the king’s son Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to whom he has delegated vast powers, was struggling to contain the fallout, the sources said.
During Prince Khaled’s visit, Turkey and Saudi Arabia agreed to form a joint working group to investigate Khashoggi’s disappearance. The king subsequently ordered the Saudi public prosecutor to open an inquiry based on its findings.

Let’s assume the terrible rumors are true, that an unsuspecting Jamal Khashoggi walked into a Saudi consulate in Istanbul only to be tortured and killed.
While there is no question that is an awful thing and we should all feel terrible for him and his family, in the overall, existential scheme of things, it is time to turn off CNN and stop playing pretend.
These things happen pretty much every day in that part of the world, and now we are being conned… Conned by the establishment media with a shiny piece of fake news.
According to the media, over the likely death of Khashoggi, we are now supposed to get twisted into all sorts of knots and drop our support of Donald Trump and want to blow up America’s relationship with Saudi Arabia (our most important ally in the fight against Iran) and give up a $100 billion arms sale that will benefit America and Americans because … a non-American was killed not on American soil.
Again, I am not trying to downplay the horror of what probably happened to Khashoggi. But this is life in the modern Middle East. What’s more, Khashoggi knew the stakes and still he played with fire with his support of the Muslim Brotherhood and other sensitive political activities — not to mention a palsy walsy relationship with Osama bin Laden.
So why are we supposed to care so much about this particular human life that our extreme caring will blow up Trump’s Middle East policy, a policy that actually seems to be working…?

Because Khashoggi was a journalist, a sacred journalist practicing the sacred art of journalism at the sacred left-wing temple of the Washington Post — and this is why his life matters so much more than any other.

Call me a monster, but I do not put any additional moral weight on the life of a journalist. Alternately, as much as I despise the media, I do not put any less moral weight on the life of a journalist. When it comes to such things, a life is a life, an individual is an individual, and every human life matters.
And again, I am not here to downplay the terrible and tragic murder of an individual. That is the furthest thing from my point here.
What is flat-out immoral, though, is the establishment media trying to gaslight us into believing a journalist’s life is more sacred than that of a truck driver, construction worker, schoolteacher, or — God forbid — a child.
And yet, in a terrible world where every day in this country innocent children go missing, young black men are gunned down in Chicago, women are raped and murdered, the media demand we pour all of emotional energy and empathy, not to mention our government’s diplomatic resources, into the murder of a journalist because … journalism.
Again — sorry, but no.
I will not be emotionally blackmailed by an arrogant and provincial media abusing its wicked power to place the life of one of their own above the life of all the children who will go missing today, all the women who will be assaulted, all the service men and women currently serving in harm’s way, all the murder victims, all the gunshot victims.
And then there is this simple fact…
Listen close, because this is important…
The media are playing us, are only pretending to care about Khashoggi.
Remember, the establishment media is almost entirely made up of truly awful people who care only about one thing — the left-wing cause. They do not care about you or me, they do not even care about one another, and they sure as hell don’t care about Khashoggi. To them his life is a tool, a prop, a means to a political end.
While I do not doubt that the journalists who actually knew Khashoggi are truly concerned, almost all the hand-wringing you are seeing in the news media over the life of a journalist is fake news.

Albania: Cavusoglu denies giving Khashoggi case recordings to US officials
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu denied having given US officials any audio recordings in relation to Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi’s disappearance, speaking from Tirana on Friday.
“We have read an article saying that Trump has requested audio recordings from Turkey. Turkey has not given any audio recording; neither to Pompeo, nor to any other US officials,” he said.
Cavusoglu also added that Turkey would transparently “share with the world” the findings of the ongoing investigation.
Khashoggi had gone to the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on October 2, to prepare documents for his upcoming marriage but has not been seen since. His fiancee claims to have waited outside for 11 hours but says he did not return. Saudi authorities maintain that Khashoggi left the building on the same afternoon as his visit.

Saudi Arabia claims Khashoggi was killed in a fight, contrary to other accounts
Saudi Arabia says dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi died in a fight at its consulate in Istanbul, Turkey.
Its account contradicts its own earlier claim that Khashoggi left shortly after arriving the consulate.
Previous media reports, citing Turkish officials, said Khashoggi was tortured, killed and dismembered.
Missing journalist Jamal Khashoggi is dead, Saudi Arabia’s general prosecutor said early Saturday morning local time.
The government said that Khashoggi got into a fight with the people he met at the consulate in Istanbul, Turkey on Oct. 2. The kingdom alleged that Khashoggi died in that clash.
That explanation counters multiple reports of how Khashoggi died. Turkish officials told The New York Times that it has audio evidence which proves Khashoggi was tortured, killed and subsequently dismembered by a hit team of Saudi agents.
It also contradicts the Saudi government’s earlier account of events. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman previously told Bloomberg that the dissident journalist left the consulate shortly after he arrived.
“My understanding is he entered and he got out after a few minutes or one hour. I’m not sure. We are investigating this through the foreign ministry to see exactly what happened at that time,” he told Bloomberg at the time.
When asked to confirm that Khashoggi is not inside the consulate, the crown prince told Bloomberg, “Yes, he’s not inside.”
The kingdom also fired Deputy Chief of General Intelligence Ahmad bin Hassan Asiri and royal court advisor Abdullah Al-Qahtani. The kingdom also said a committee would be formed to restructure its intelligence agency under the supervision of Prince Mohammed, “to modernize its regulations and define its powers precisely.”
On Thursday, The New York Times reported that Saudi officials close to the crown prince planned on blaming Asiri for Khashoggi’s death. The Times said by making Asiri a scapegoat, the government could help shield the crown prince from blame.
Through its state press, the kingdom said it has detained 18 Saudi nationals after preliminary investigations linked them to the case.
Saudi Arabia said it “is taking the necessary measures to clarify the circumstances in the case of Saudi citizen Jamal Khashoggi” and that “all those involved will be brought to justice.”
In the weeks following Khashoggi’s disappearance, the international community increasingly pressed Saudi Arabia for the dissident’s whereabouts. U.S. President Donald Trump also faced mounting criticism for being too soft in his response. On Thursday, Trump acknowledged Khashoggi was likely dead and said he would consider “very severe consequences” if Saudi Arabia is found responsible.
But Trump’s resistance to act swiftly sparked comparisons to how he has spoken deferentially about other autocratic leaders accused of human rights abuses, such as Russia’s Vladimir Putin and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un. On Tuesday, the president told The Associated Press that he saw a case of “you’re guilty until proven innocent.”
Vice President Mike Pence said that the U.S. will not “solely rely” on information provided by Saudi Arabia, a longtime U.S. ally in the Middle East.
Several members of Congress have called for swift sanctions on oil-rich Saudi Arabia in the uproar over Khashoggi. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., quickly expressed his doubts about the Saudi explanation for the journalist’s death.
The announcement comes more than two weeks after Khashoggi was last seen in public, entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. Khashoggi was a frequent critic of Saudi Arabia’s royal family and wrote columns for The Washington Post.

18 Saudi citizens have been detained pending final results of investigation
Saudi Arabia’s government acknowledged that journalist Jamal Khashoggi was killed inside its consulate in Istanbul, saying he died after a brawl.
In a statement carried by Saudi state television early Saturday, the government’s attorney general said 18 Saudi citizens have been detained pending the final results of a continuing investigation into the death of Mr. Khashoggi, a prominent Saudi journalist and government critic.
“Discussions between citizen Jamal Khashoggi and those who met him while he was in the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul led to a brawl and a fist fight, which led to his death,” the statement said, citing the preliminary findings of the investigation.
Mr. Khashoggi was last seen entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on Oct. 2. He was accompanied to the entrance by his fiancée, Hatice Cengiz, who first raised the alarm of his disappearance.
The Saudi monarch, King Salman, ordered the formation of a new committee responsible for overhauling the country’s intelligence agency to be led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. That was a clear indication that the crown prince won’t face immediate repercussions for Mr. Khashoggi’s death.
In a royal order carried by state-run media, King Salman also announced that two senior government officials—both close aides of the crown prince—have been relieved of their posts. They are Maj. Gen. Ahmed al-Assiri, the deputy chief of Saudi Arabia’s intelligence, and Saud al-Qahtani, who was in charge of media affairs at the royal court.
Gen. Assiri was directly involved in the operation targeting Mr. Khashoggi, according to people familiar with the matter. Three other senior intelligence officers were also dismissed from their posts.
It’s unclear what role, if any, Mr. Qahtani had in the incident. In his role as media adviser, Mr. Qahtani had tightened controls on the domestic press and stepped up efforts to intimidate and silence government critics.
The Saudi government initially denied any role in the journalist’s disappearance, saying Mr. Khashoggi left the consulate shortly after he entered it to collect documents related to his divorce. But it later launched its own, internal probe into the incident to determine who, if anyone, should be held accountable.
The mystery surrounding Mr. Khashoggi’s fate has brought intense scrutiny upon the Saudi monarchy, precipitating the most acute diplomatic crisis for the kingdom in years. Saudi Arabia most important ally, the U.S., has been forced to step in to address the situation, with President Trump vowing “severe punishment” should the U.S. conclude the Saudi government was implicated in the journalist’s suspected murder.
During a trip to Riyadh this week, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo pressed the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed for answers, and agreed to give Riyadh a few more days to complete its probe into what happened before deciding how to respond.
Since Mr. Khashoggi’s disappearance, Turkish authorities have disclosed evidence implicating Saudi officials. They say Mr. Khashoggi was drugged, killed and dismembered inside the Saudi consulate by a team of operatives dispatched from Riyadh and linked to the security establishment.

The White House reaction to confirmation of Jamal Khashoggi’s death is far from strong, while politicians react with suspicion.
US president Donald Trump has said he thinks the Saudi explanation for the death of Jamal Khashoggi is “credible”.
Mr Khashoggi went missing on 2 October during a visit to the consulate to get marriage papers and, after weeks of pressure, Saudi Arabia has admitted he died after a fight between him and others at the consulate.
Eighteen people have been arrested and countries such as Turkey have accused Saudi Arabia of a state-sponsored killing.
But US president Donald Trump said the Saudi admission was “a good first step, a big step”, adding that what had happened was “unacceptable”.
He insisted the Saudi leaders had not lied to him when denying prior knowledge of what had happened to Mr Khashoggi, adding that he preferred “retribution [not including] cancelling weapons sales” to the country, which he said the US needed as a counterbalance to Iran.
White House press secretary Sarah Sanders saying Mr Khashoggi’s death was a “tragic incident”.
She said: “The United States acknowledges the announcement from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that its investigation into the fate of Jamal Khashoggi is progressing and that it has taken action against the suspects it has identified thus far.
“We will continue to closely follow the international investigations into this tragic incident and advocate for justice that is timely, transparent, and in accordance with all due process.
“We are saddened to hear confirmation of Mr Khashoggi’s death, and we offer our deepest condolences to his family, fiancée, and friends.”
Saudi Arabia said it “expresses deep regret” over his death and King Salman put his son, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in charge of re-vamping the country’s intelligence agency.
Mr Khashoggi had been a critic of bin Salman but Reuters news agency quoted a person familiar with the Saudi investigation as insisting that the crown prince had no knowledge of the operation that killed the journalist.
Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the house intelligence committee, said that Saudi Arabia’s claim that Mr Khashoggi was “killed while brawling with a team of more than a dozen dispatched from Saudi Arabia is not credible”.
Mr Schiff said that if Mr Khashoggi was fighting inside the consulate, he was “fighting for his life with people sent to capture or kill him”.
If US president Donald Trump’s Republican administration do not hold Saudi Arabia accountable for Mr Khashoggi’s death, congress would, he added.
On the Republican side, senator Lindsey Graham, who has been critical of Saudi Arabia in the past, said he doubted the Saudi explanation for Mr Khashoggi’s death.
He wrote on Twitter: “To say that I am sceptical of the new Saudi narrative about Mr Khashoggi is an understatement.
“First we were told Mr Khashoggi supposedly left the consulate and there was blanket denial of any Saudi involvement.
“Now, a fight breaks out and he’s killed in the consulate, all without knowledge of crown prince.
“It’s hard to find this latest “explanation” as credible.”

Trump spoke during a defense roundtable in Arizona, where he was set to hold a political rally. His remarks followed Saudi Arabia’s announcement confirming that Khashoggi had indeed been killed.
However, the kingdom said the journalist and critic of the Saudi royal family was killed during an altercation with Saudi operatives at the nation’s consulate in Istanbul.
This account is vastly different from previously leaked stories that said Khashoggi was tortured and dismembered. Media reports said that the team who allegedly killed Khashoggi included men linked to the Saudi crown prince, who has denied involvement in the matter.

Within six days, Abbas’ ailing sister and elderly aunt disappeared from their homes in northwest China. No family members or neighbors have heard from them in more than a month.
Abbas is an American citizen and Virginia resident; her sister has two daughters and both live in the United States. They all assume the women are being detained in the camps, which Western analysts estimate hold up to 1 million people.
Abbas said they had fallen victim to the persecution against which she had been campaigning — and because of her.
“I’m exercising my rights under the U.S. Constitution as an American citizen,” Abbas, a business consultant, said from her 12th-floor office in Rosslyn, Virginia, overlooking the Key Bridge and Potomac River. “They shouldn’t punish my family members for this.”

The Times of Israel reports: The State Department announced Thursday that it would bring its main diplomatic mission to the Palestinians under the auspices of the US Embassy to Israel in Jerusalem, marking an implicit downgrading of the facility’s status and a fresh blow to its already strained ties with the Palestinians.

The Texas Democratic Party asked non-citizens to register to vote, sending out applications to immigrants with the box citizenship already checked “Yes,” according to new complaints filed Thursday asking prosecutors to see what laws may have been broken.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who aren’t citizens, received the mailing.
“This is how the Texas Democratic Party is inviting foreign influence in an election in a federal election cycle,” said Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the PILF, a group that’s made its mark policing states’ voter registration practices.
The Texas secretary of state’s office said it, too, had gotten complaints both from immigrants and from relatives of dead people who said they got mailings asking them to register.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott vowed to investigate.

Mexican government seeking help from UN to process arrival of Honduran migrants
Mexico is seeking international aid as the country prepares for the arrival of thousands of migrants. On Thursday, Mexico’s Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray called on the United Nations to assist in processing roughly 3,000 Honduran migrants currently heading to the country from Guatemala.
To alleviate the crisis the Mexican government will not allow the migrants to enter the country in a group. Instead, each person would need to apply for refugee status individually or show a valid passport and visa.
“For that reason we are soliciting the help and support of the United Nations, so that the determination of the requests for refuge will be done in transparency and with the support of the international community,” stated Videgaray.

Germany: Two killed during police op. in Kirchheim
A mother and her son were killed during a police operation in the German town of Kirchheim on Friday.
In addition to the two victims, a policewoman and a policeman reportedly suffered serious injuries.
The circumstances of the incident are still unclear, some reports state upon the arrival of the police, the son attacked officers with a sharp object, resulting in the use of firearms. It is still unknown how the woman died.

n a Fox News show Wednesday night, I caught Newt Gingrich predicting that the two things foremost on voters’ minds for election day in November would be the circus surrounding the Kavanaugh confirmation and the migrant caravan coming from Central America.
I’m not so sure about the Kavanaugh confirmation, although if we focus on the circus-atmosphere aspect, Gingrich may be correct. Whichever side of the Kavanaugh divide people were on, I think most were startled by the overwrought political environment that seemed to prevail. The impression of that, for good or ill, may well be particularly important to voters’ choices.
The caravan, on the other hand, is likely to be on many minds, as Gingrich says — if it gets to the U.S. border in large numbers. On Thursday, Mexico deployed federal police to the southern border with Guatemala, just as the first migrants from the caravan, which has reportedly swelled to some 4,000 people, began to arrive there. According to the AFP report, there are “several hundred” in the group that arrived on Thursday. Guatemala has sent “police reinforcements” as well.

The use of mass migration to destabilize a nation has been used many times in the past but most people don’t know enough history to understand what is going on. At first glance, the unit appears to be made up of ordinary Palestinians, but a detailed look into their members revealed a structured command made up of militants belonging to various factions.
Their leader is Mustafa Mousa Zaqout, who heads the Abd Al-Qader Husseini Brigades, a militant group in Gaza affiliated with Fatah.

When it comes to Saudi Arabia and the Jamal Khashoggi affair, everyone needs to take a deep breath. That’s an almost impossible task given the heinousness of the crime and the Saudi regime’s feckless efforts to dodge responsibility for it. An alliance that withstood the melting heat of the 9/11 attacks, carried out by a team of mostly Saudi terrorists, now appears on the verge of collapse over the fate of an op-ed columnist.
Before endorsing calls to scrap the Saudi-American relationship, keep in mind the following: First, the Saudis can be terrible friends. But they are friends in a region full of enemies. What Riyadh did to Khashoggi was awful and appalling. The Saudis do lots of other awful and appalling things, too. Beheadings. Judicial amputation. Even so, Saudi Arabia isn’t a sworn, systemic enemy of the U.S. Their state is not founded on the mantra of “Death to America, Death to Israel, Death to Britain” (that would be the Islamic Republic of Iran, Riyadh’s archenemy).
Second, destabilizing Saudi Arabia would be an enormous folly. Tightening the diplomatic screws on the Saudi regime could have deeply unsettling effects. As the outcome of the Arab Spring taught Western elites, don’t flirt with a destabilizing rupture with Riyadh unless you are prepared to countenance an Islamist takeover and/or further Iranian encroachments.

Why Do Israeli Soldiers Suffer from PTSD Less than other Soldiers?
According to a study by the Israel Defense Forces Medical Corps Mental Health Department, reported cases of post-traumatic stress disorder among Israeli soldiers are among the lowest in militaries worldwide. For example, following the 2006 Second Lebanon War, 1.5% of Israeli soldiers were diagnosed with PTSD. In contrast, a U.S. Army Medical Corps study done at the same time found that about 8% of U.S. soldiers who served in Iraq and Afghanistan had been diagnosed with PTSD. PTSD diagnoses in other militaries ranged from 2% to 17% of troops who participated in combat.
What makes IDF soldiers different? It is Israel itself that is different. Unlike in the U.S., there is no person in Israel who is untouched by terrorism or war; soldiers are an integral part of Israeli society. The IDF is a citizens’ army, consisting of our fathers, brothers, husbands, friends, sisters and daughters. Almost every household has a soldier. Israelis have developed an attitude of “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.” This is the mindset of resilience.
While Americans might honor or respect their soldiers, Israelis love their soldiers passionately. To Israelis, soldiers are our boys, our girls, our family. You let them sleep on your shoulder if they fall asleep next to you on the bus. It doesn’t matter if you never saw them before and don’t know their name. The minute they put on the uniform they belong to you and you belong to them. You do for someone else’s son or daughter exactly what you would hope someone would do for yours.

JNF: More Than Half the Forests Burned Down in Western Negev by Terror Balloons
More than half of the forests in the western Negev are now gone, burned down over the past six months by the Hamas terrorist organization in its arson terror campaign, according to a report prepared by the Jewish National Fund. The report summarizes the impact of the past six months of terror by the Arabs of Gaza.
According to KKL-JNF (Keren Kayemet Le’Israel-Jewish National Fund), since the beginning of the kite and balloon terror campaign (25 Nissan), more than 1,100 fires were recorded in KKL-JNF forests alone.
The affected forests contained approximately 12,000 dunams of natural woodlands and planted forests.
The total area of KKL-JNF forests in the Gaza Belt region, according to the report, is 21,000 dunams – which means that up to the point at which the report figures were calculated, more than half of the forests were already burned down.

Flyers Promoting Talk With Israeli Druze, Arabs Defaced at University of Houston
Posters promoting an event with Israelis from minority communities were vandalized at the University of Houston (UH) in Texas on Tuesday.
Messages scrawled on the flyers with red maker accused the speakers — who belong to Israel’s Arab, Druze, and Christian communities — of complicity “in genocide of Palestinians,” according to photos posted online by Nofar Salman, a Jewish Agency Israel fellow at Houston Hillel and one of the event organizers.
“Israel is a racist states (sic) & these are their murders (sic),” one message read. “Blood is on your hands,” charged another.

UNMASKED Huddersfield grooming gang Tommy Robinson was jailed trying to expose are caged for 221 years for raping, assaulting and trafficking young girls
The shocking cases can only now be told after a judge dramatically lifted reporting restrictions imposed nearly 12 months ago
Some of the cases connected to the gang were subject to live broadcasts made by Tommy Robinson, which resulted in him being jailed for contempt of court as strict restrictions were in place from the judge.
We can reveal a total of 20 men, predominantly of Pakistani heritage, were found guilty of over 150 offences against 15 girls across three separate trials.
Many in the gang were known by their nicknames, including Chiller, Dracula and Bully.
The offences took place between 2004 and 2011 and included dozens of rapes, sexual assaults, trafficking, abduction and child prostitution.
More trials are set to follow next year but the judge said it was time the public knew what had happened and who was responsible.
The latest abuse took place in Huddersfield, West Yorks., and follows similar scandals in Rotherham, Rochdale, Telford, Oxford and Newcastle.
The judge at Leeds Crown Court said the “gravity” of the offending “far exceeded” anything he had ever seen before.
We can now reveal how:
The gang’s victims were picked up from school gates in their uniform
Others were snatched from care homes
They were driven to remote areas and repeatedly abused by multiple men
Families of the girls raised the alarm after they went missing
Social workers failed to engage with them or take the claims seriously
Cops dismissed the girls as street wise or complicit in their own abuse
We can now name all of the 20 men convicted.
They were each jailed for between five and life, with a minimum of 18 years.
Harrowing evidence revealed how the victims were deliberately targeted by the gang in Huddersfield who abused at will.
One of the girls, who was just 12 at the time, was forcibly removed from her care home after her attackers told staff: “I want to f**k her.”
Another attempted suicide whilst one had an abortion after falling pregnant to one of her vile predators.
All of the girls lived chaotic and dysfunctional lives.
Some of them craved attention whilst others were far more naive and genuinely believed they were in loving relationships.
But what all of the girls had in common was their age, their social isolation and their acute vulnerability.
Tragically, each one was then repeatedly failed by the system.
Prosecutor Richard Wright QC told the jury on each of the three trials: “You might wonder why nobody was looking out for the welfare of these girls.
“Either in terms of their families or people in responsibility at school, in social services departments or in the police force?
“You will hear evidence that indeed the friends and families of many of these girls were deeply worried about them.

US, Israel, Colombia Reveal Maduro Accomplice Is Connected to Hezbollah
Investigations from the United States, Israel and Colombia have linked, through several financial transactions, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro’s alleged accomplice Alex Saab to Hezbollah.
Saab is seen as a beneficiary under the Venezuelan state program called the Local Supply and Production Committees, which administers basic foods to citizens at a subsidized costs through foreign exchanges for the acquisition of food items from abroad.
Saab was connected to the food distribution by the contracts that the Grand Limited Group company signed with Maduro.
These transactions traced back to Saab “originated with the Central Bank of Venezuela and ended up in Asia after passing through tax havens,” reported The PanAm Post. Those transactions then allegedly went to Hezbollah.
Although Colombia is investigating Saab, a native of the country, for money laundering, both the US and Israel are seeking to capture him, according to The PanAm Post.
Meanwhile, Venezuela recently forbid journalists from publishing about Saab’s connections to Hezbollah.
