  1. Saudi Arabia Bars Syrians From Making Hajj Pilgrimage – Ministry (sputniknews, Jun 21, 2018)

“Saudi Arabia prevents Syrians from going on a pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca for the seventh year in a row by imposing conditions that cannot be fulfilled, the Syrian Ministry of Awqaf (Religious Endowments) said on Thursday.

Saudi Arabia establishes a quota of potential pilgrims, who can visit the holy places of Islam located on the territory of the state, for every country depending on population. For pilgrims, visiting Mecca, a special type of visa is needed.

“Saudi authorities for the seventh consecutive year do not allow the Syrian citizens to perform a pilgrim ritual of Hajj. The conditions of the pilgrimage cannot be fulfilled because of the politicization of Hajj by Saudi authorities despite multiple contacts between the [Saudi] Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs and the Syrian Foreign Ministry,” the ministry said, not specifying the conditions set out by Riyadh…”

Moroccan truck driver confesses rape and murder of “Refugee welcome” activist
Sophia Lösche, a 28-year-old German “Refugee welcome” activist, was found dead yesterday around 3.20 pm at the Egino gas station in the community of Asparrena in Álava, Spain.

For a week, nothing was known about her whereabouts since she boarded a truck with Moroccan truck license plates in Schkeuditz, East Germany. She hitchhiked to her hometown Bamberg, about 260 kilometers south. A Civil Guard traffic control stopped the truck on Tuesday on a road near the Spanish city of Bailén in Jaén. He wanted to go to the Strait of Gibraltar, take a ferry and get off in Morocco, where he wanted to protect himself from European justice.

On Wednesday he was transferred to the Central Examining Court No. 6 of the Audiencia Nacional. His confession would have made it possible to locate the body of the young woman yesterday, her case had been reported in the German media after her family reported her disappearance 24 hours after her death.

She had worked with an NGO on the Greek island of Lesbos, where she helped so-called refugees. Sources consulted by the media emphasized that the body showed “clear symptoms of violence”. The perpetrator intended to rape her. The autopsy, which will probably be performed today in the Department of Forensic Pathology in Vitoria, will determine the cause of death. Also the approximate time at which it happened, so that we can determine whether it was in Germany, France or the Basque Country. This will clarify which court will handle the case.

“Egypt’s military and police forces have killed 32 takfiris and arrested dozens of suspects in an ongoing crackdown in Sinai, the army said in a statement on Thursday.

The attacks are part of a major security operation, Operation Sinai 2018, which involves the army, navy, air force and police and which was launched in February to target and destroy “terrorist and criminal elements and organisations” in northern and central Sinai, parts of the Nile Delta and the country’s Western Desert.

Army forces killed 12 “very dangerous” armed terrorist elements during raids in northern and central Sinai, while police personnel killed 20 others and arrested three, army spokesman Tamer El-Refaie said.

  15. Visegrad states to boycott EU migrant summit (france24, Jun 21, 2018)

“The anti-immigrant leaders of four central European states said on Thursday they would boycott an EU mini-summit on migration, taking a veiled swipe at Germany’s Angela Merkel by accusing countries of pushing the issue for domestic political reasons.

Hungary’s nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orban hosted a meeting of the “Visegrad 4” former Communist countries, with the leaders of Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

They confirmed they would not attend the migration mini-summit on Sunday at which Merkel is seeking backing for measures she hopes will satisfy coalition partners who have demanded the EU do more to share the burden of hosting asylum seekers.

They were joined by Austria’s Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, whose government includes the far right and shares some of its central European neighbours’ positions on immigration although he has not joined their boycott of the summit on Sunday.

The four eastern EU states strongly oppose calls from western counterparts for all member states to accept quotas of asylum seekers.

The issue has come to a head this week because coalition partners in Merkel’s German government have vowed to take new steps to keep out asylum seekers unless the bloc does more to share the burden.

Ten EU countries are attending the mini-summit on Sunday, including Italy and Greece, where most migrants first arrive, and richer countries further north where many have sought to stay.

“We understand there are domestic political difficulties in some countries but that cannot lead to pan-European haste,” Orban said. “We understand that there will…be a mini-summit on Sunday but we would like to state clearly that the prime ministers of V4 agreed that they will not go to that.”

The Hungarian leader said Europe should focus on issues related to migration where an agreement could be reached, such as the defence of borders and the creation of migrant camps outside the EU. “Where there is no agreement, there is no point in forcing those issues,” Orban said.

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said the four states speak “with one voice” on the migrant issue. “We looked at the documents that the European Commission sent us about the Sunday mini summit. We have concluded that they are warmed-up, past proposals which we neither understand nor accept.”

“There is a full European Council meeting four days later. So let’s just say we don’t belong to this migrant-loving group of friends, and neither do we want to partake.”…”

  16. SAUDI ARABIA – Another suicide episode in Makkah as Bangladeshi man jumps off Grand Mosque’s roof

Authorities confirmed that the incident was a suicide rather than an accident as the closed- circuit television (CCTV) footage clearly shows that the man jumped off the roof.

MAKKAH: A heart-wrenching incident spread fear and chaos in Makkah’s Grand Mosque as a Bangladeshi man committed suicide today.

According to the officials, the man jumped off the roof of the Grand Mosque and died on spot when the worshippers were circumambulating around the sacred edifice.

Rescue authorities said that the deceased had jumped off and fell upon an elderly Sudanese man who was praying, causing him several fractures and serious injuries.

The injured was rushed to the nearby Ajyad hospital from where he was shifted to Noor Hospital for further treatment.

According to the authorities, the incident was a suicide rather than an accident as the closed- circuit television (CCTV) footage clearly shows that the man jumped off the roof.

Earlier a similar incident had take place on June 9 as a Frenchman had committed suicide by jumping off Makkah’s Haram Sharif’s roof.

This is the second incident reported within a week’s gap at one of the holiest places, which has aroused questions over the suicide attempts.

  17. Hungary: Orban and Kurz focus on ‘struggle’ against migration at V4 meet

    ( 15 min 27 )

James Comey became a globally known figure following his decision in 2016 to announce that the FBI was re-opening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information.

Many argue it was this move which lost Clinton the election.

After Trump took office in 2017 Comey says the President sought to win over and influence him and his inquiry into possible Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Comey says he refused, and he was later fired by Donald Trump – an event which sparked the appointment Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation into links with Russia.

  20. the gateway pundit – Trump Campaign Official Michael Caputo HAS PROOF of Obama FBI Spying on Trump Campaign in Early 2016 (VIDEO)

Former Trump campaign official Michael Caputo went on with Tucker Carlson on Thursday to discuss the Obama FBI spying on the Donald Trump Campaign.

Caputo told Tucker that he now has proof that the man who approached him in 2016 was indeed a veteran FBI spy.

There were at least 6 and possibly 7 suspected intelligence informants accused of spying on the Trump campaign.

Michael Caputo: I used some of those funds to hire investigators in the US and Russia to find out more about Henry Greenburg. And we quickly found out through an immigration and naturalization service filing that he made in 2015 that he signed under oath saying that he was an FBI informant in 17 years also here in Iran and North Korea.

So now there is proof that the Obama FBI spied on the opposition Republican party during the 2016 campaign.

Democrats and the liberal media are OK with this.
