This is a major breach in the rule of law protecting us from the barbarians, without the rule of law civilization is impossible. Once there are special laws for special people with different standards for each group it is impossible to know what your rights are at any given moment in any given location. It has long been joked that it isn’t what you know it is who you know, now your right under the law depend on who you know and how much money/power they have.
