One of the most pernicious, and important, things to watch out for in the West today, is how the new set of unwritten laws work.
Ezra Levant of The Rebel calls it “Politically correct poker” and that is an excellent description of the model if you want to know the outcome of any conflict between people. Just look at their ethnicity and external genitalia to see how it will play out. A Pantone chart also helps a lot.
Inside this model though, is a tactic.
For example, determining which action within a given situation is a crime.
Western law, loosely derived from Greek thought, weigh innocence and guilt by two things: what the person has done, i.e. the effect they they have had (sometimes called the “external state”); and their motivation or intention, i.e. whether they intended to commit the crime, or how much harm they intended to do. The identity of the criminal is generally irrelevant, hence the common depiction of Lady Justice with a blindfold”
Communism and Isam both determine guilt on the basis of the advancement of their systems as supreme. What is a crime is determined on that metric and then prosecuted using sharia or Marxist standards, or classical laws. Whichever gives the best probability of getting to communism/Islam.
In other words, first you pick what is the crime to suit your agenda, rather than prosecute the people who actually did the crime. Rioters against Milo are not guilty of a crime, Milo is for provoking them with things that upset the Communist agenda. Just for one example.
Lets look at another example. I pick these only because they are in our faces right now but every single day they come up and 10 or more years ago, they simply did not. At least not with this frequency or amplitude and people were outraged when they did. Outrage, it turns out, is a finite resource after all.
General Flynn it seems, may have made some communications that were spinable into a problem so large that he resigned as a candidate for a senior cabinet position for Trump’s White House. The communication leaks were clearly illegal. Everyone, at least who appear on FOX, seem to agree that this was an action possibly by a shadow government set up by Obama, but certainly people within the intel community acting illegally with communications they gathered illegally.
It was therefore determined that the nature of the event was far more serious than the breach of the actual law, 4th amendment rights of a private citizen and more, that was done in order to gather this intelligence. And so there is no penalty for those who did it. But there was for Flynn and the Trump admin.

According to Campus Reform, the student, Caleb O’Neil, has received a one-semester suspension and will be required to write an apology letter to professor as well as a three-page, double spaced essay discussing why he videotaped the professor despite “knowing that it was a violation of the course syllabus.” Videotaping is a violation of the course syllabus? That should come as no surprise, considering what a loose cannon the teacher is.
Again, these are the examples that happen to be kicking around on the 75 or so tabs I have open at this time, But this happens daily somewhere. The eye of Sauron decides what is a crime based on what is in it’s interests and not what is legal or just.
So in one case the illegal act of the messenger is to be ignored because it damaged the forces trying to preserve genuine liberalism. And in the other case, the person who may have violated a minor rule to expose a law breaker has been punished publicly so other students will get the message.
And the message is, break any and all laws you want and can if it advances leftism and islam.
Full awareness of this tactic aids understanding a great deal.
This is a sign that the communist/marxist agenda/coup is moving along nicely. They have enough control of the media and the government to see that most of their people aren’t prosecuted for their crimes and in the cases of Universities they have enough control to see that any student that dares to try and resist their indoctrination has to be punished. How much does anyone care to bet that if the student tries to enter another University he will be blocked because of his crime of thinking that he should be receiving an education instead of being force fed the alt left bull.
