Rudy Giuliani Judge Jeanine, discuss President Trump’s new orders and how an activist judge wants to allow law breakers

Muslim Brotherhood front organization, CAIR, seeks to launch a constitutional challenge to  President Trump’s executive order on the ban of people from countries exporting jihadis.

They may be in for a surprise. The US may have done something similar with people who observe political shinto during WW2.

Thank you WTD, and M. This post will be updated with related materials.

  1. Constitutional challenge? Bill of Rights?
That applies to American citizens. Probably Green Card holders as well. CAIR’s enhancing the bullseye on their back, that’s all.

    • There was a Supreme Court Decision on that (I think in the 1800s) and they ruled that if you are in the US you are entitled to full Constitutional Rights. This on the other hand is trying to give full Constitutional Rights to people who aren’t in the US. Since there is a lot of precedence in Trump’s favor the ban will probably be voided.

What gets me about the opposition to the order is they way they are screaming that it should have had 30 to 90 days before it took effect. Giving any terrorists that want in time to get here before the extreme vetting starts. You might also want to remember how before the election the intel pros were saying that there is currently no way they can vet the refugees. Now the alt left is saying that extreme vetting has always been in place.

      • My concern over the election’s effect on the judiciary was warranted. In spades.
And the Supremes are just the top layer. We need more than 8 years to delouse the Fed bench.

        • Remember how George H. W. Bush was elected to be Reagan’s third term? He was a iberal and didn’t govern like Reagan and thus lost to Clinton. Pence is a conservative who will probably be elcted to be Trumps third term and hopefully will govern like Trump, if the does he will have two terms and that will give us us 16 years of good judical picks.
