Nigerian military: 20 women, children rescued; scores of terrorists killed (CNN, May 23, 2015)
“Nigeria’s military claimed more progress Saturday in its fight against Boko Haram, saying scores of terrorists were killed and 20 women and children were rescued in a recent operation.
Maj. Gen. Chris Olukolade, a Nigerian military spokesman, said that those rescued were airlifted out of Sambisa Forest. It was not immediately clear if they were held captive or simply in danger from the Islamist extremist group, whose reign of terror in Nigeria’s northeastern states has grown in intensity over the past six years.
Even if they had been hostages, the women and children only represent tiny fraction against those taken by Boko Haram. Amnesty International reports the group has abducted more than 2,000 women and girls in just the past year.
The military victory hardly signals Boko Haram’s death knell. It has time and again has proven its ruthlessness, resilience and power in the region. But Nigeria’s military has claimed that its made significant inroads against the terrorist group in recent months, including several instances involving the rescue of people.
Friday’s military assault came in Sambisa Forest, a vast onetime game reserve has become a Boko Haram stronghold in northeast Nigeria. Along with killing scores of militants, Nigerian troops destroyed two major ammunition dumps, an armored tank, 70 motorcycles and more than 10 other vehicles.
The operation is ongoing, the military spokesman said, with “air and artillery bombardment of identified terrorist camps and locations” in the Sambisa Forest area….”
An Entire Arab Muslim Family Converts To Christianity
I been saying this forever. the best way to fight Islam is with another religion.
Listen this this message they are saying here.
“Muslims are not the enemy – they are the HARVEST”
It make perfect sense to me. Most Muslims are duped in to this false prophet. They need a new direction.
OH boy I’m starting to sound religious. LOL
His conversion at college campus… ‘others seem to have fellowship and happiness’…. desperately wants to serve Allah.., why am I a Muslim?… I am a sinner… I can’t associated Jesus with god… uttered the refined and scripted hypnotic self-suggestion confession anyway (because it works), for a sense of peace… entered a new kingdom… prays to the puppet who watches over all… damn, I’m still a sinner and now a smiling hypocrite trying to please the master.
Islam is: “I submit, I submit, I submit” three times before any witness. (A raped woman needs four witnesses, but that’s for another purpose entirely). Boy are you mad, you are now a putz, and someone smaller is really going to get it.
Why then, is Christianization a good psychology for teenagers? All they wanted was the protection of a civilized community, to get the ‘guidance of Socrates’ from their tutors who they discovered don’t have moral compasses, pumped full of the knowledge they are told is good for them and will achieve the security of a safe career.
That’s who you have at these dysfunctional campuses.
Christian-converts in turn will spend a lifetime speculating in bipolar moods what Heaven will do to them, and etch out their salvation by enjoying converting young people from going to Hell, who just wanted to be accepted and fit in. Their ministry of cowardly self-interested survival perpetuated into the next generation. Fear sells.
Therefore, teach the history of countries and peoples who struggled for independence of body, mind and soul, (for the words and the names don’t matter), and not these forces seeking a new identity for they turn countries into nations. “This is a Christian Country” and when it really happens, from government to schools, it is a repressive, violent and sectarian one. We’ve had every religious county turned into the dark ages, from Communism to Buddhism, these fiefdoms of one mind allowed.
Luckily, if not yet locked up for Socialist

Stewie: “yes you man, I’m lookin’ at you man.”
“Abuse. What a word. Rape is better. Abuse is when you tell a traffic warden to f*** off. It isn’t abuse when a 40-year-old man forces himself into a six-year-old boy. That doesn’t even come close to abuse. That is aggressive rape.
It leads to multiple surgeries, scars (inside and out), tics, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, suicidal ideation, vigorous self-harm, alcoholism, drug addiction, gender confusion, sexuality confusion, paranoia, mistrust, compulsive lying, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociative identity disorder (the shinier name for multiple personality disorder) and on and on and on. I went, literally overnight, from a dancing, spinning, gigglingly alive kid who was enjoying the safety and adventure of a new school, to a walled-off, cement-shoed, lights-out automaton.”
“James’ ex-wife had tried to stop him publishing his autobiography as she was concerned it could damage their child but the court has now overturned the injunction”
Look at this nature of the female-bitch, the truth is an offence, can’t mention the rapes and abuses done Muhammad is case it hurts the citizens.
You won’t eradicate Islam with Socialism dominating a country of identity pub-crawlers.
I been saying this for …..months.
islam must go.
muzlims are free to choose an actual religion, or none.
Hezbollah shows off its tunnels, claims it is prepared for war with Israel (ynetnews, May 23, 2015)
“As the militant Lebanese organization is mired in Syria’s war, it invites a reporter to its fortifications and upgraded tunnels, emphasizing that the border with Israel is still the central frontline.
A rare glimpse into Hezbollah’s underground tunnels was provided on Friday by Lebanese publication As-Safir, which is associated with the militant organization.
The report praised Hezbollah’s activities and painted it as a strong army ready for battle. While it is difficult to verify the claims in the article, it contained a rare discussion of the tunnels by Hezbollah members.
The reporter wrote that in order to meet Hezbollah fighters near the Israeli border in southern Lebanon, he travelled from the city of Tyre and was required to stop at a house known to locals as a Hezbollah headquarters, where he changed into a military uniform to blend in to his surroundings and to confound Israeli drones.
The report described Hezbollah’s observations unit on the border, claiming it has been upgraded and is waiting for battle.
The tunnels were discussed several times, but not as an offensive tactic to infiltrate Israel, like the ones used by Hamas during Operation Protective Edge – a greatly concerning prospect for residents in the north. Instead, the tunnels were described as a means to launch rockets from Lebanese territory.
The report claimed that Hezbollah has upgraded its tunnels and that they are located at sensitive spots near the border. “It is true that the enemy discovered the ramifications of the tunnel technology in the Second Lebanon War, but the tactic has developed since then,” said the newspaper…..”
Amnesty discusses racism surge in Germany, criticizes government (DW, May 23, 2015)
“Amnesty International has criticized the German government for lacking a clear policy to combat racism at its annual meeting in Dresden. The rights group is currently documenting racially motivated attacks in Germany.
Some 500 Amnesty International (AI) members are currently in Dresden to discuss the issue of racism in Germany.
The rights group’s German section demanded Saturday that the German government develop a strategy to deal with growing racism in the country.
According to AI Germany’s general secretary, Selmin Caliskan, racism was not the same phenomenon as right-wing extremism and must be analyzed as a problem for the whole society.
A team of AI’s researchers from the organization’s London headquarters is in Germany to document racist attacks and human rights violations by government officials, Caliskan told the DPA news agency. The findings will not be published until 2016, she added.
“In relation to rights breaches by police, it is very difficult to find people who are willing to talk about it,” said Caliskan.
The AI official said the organization’s hate crime report would also investigate the scandal surrounding the far-right National Socialist Underground (NSU) group’s attacks on immigrants, mostly on Turks. The extremist group had killed nine immigrants between 2000 and 2006. AI will also look into the surge in the number of attacks on refugee hostels in Germany.
Caliskan said that racism could be combated through intercultural institutions that can educate people, particularly the police.
“Discriminatory police checks are still the order of the day and must be abolished,” urged Caliskan.
When asked about why the organization chose Dresden as its conference venue, she said the location carried significance because it had been the center of the right-wing PEGIDA’s anti-Islam demonstrations….”
Iraq – Baiji oil refinery –
Iran sends troops to help retake key Iraqi oil refinery from Isis
US says it does not oppose Iranian-backed militias if under control of Baghdad
[…]Two US officials said Iranian forces had taken a significant offensive role in the Beiji operation in recent days, in conjunction with Iraqi Shia militia. The officials were not authorised to discuss the matter publicly and spoke on Friday on condition of anonymity.
One official said Iranians were operating artillery, 122mm rocket systems and surveillance and reconnaissance drones to help the Iraqi counteroffensive.
The Iranian role was not mentioned in a new US military statement asserting that Iraqi security forces, with US help, had managed to establish a land route into the Beiji refinery compound. The statement on Friday by the US military headquarters in Kuwait said Iraqis had begun reinforcing and resupplying forces isolated inside the refinery compound.
Iran’s role in Iraq is a major complicating factor for the Obama administration as it searches for the most effective approach to countering Isis. US officials have said they do not oppose contributions from Iran-supported Iraqi Shia militias as long as they operate under the command and control of the Iraqi government.
[…]Friday’s US military statement quoted Brigadier General Thomas Weidley as saying that over the past three days Iraqi security forces and federal police have made “steady, measured progress” in regaining some areas leading to the Beiji refinery compound, in the face of suicide vehicle-borne bombs and rocket attacks. Weidley, chief of staff of the US-led military headquarters in Kuwait, recently described the oil refinery as a “key infrastructure and critical crossroads”.
The US statement said Iraqis, enabled by the US and its coalition partners, have “successfully cleared and established a ground route” into the refinery to resupply Iraqi troops. It listed US and coalition contributions as including air strikes, reconnaissance and the use of “advise and assist elements”.
Asked about the newly emerging role of Iranian forces in Beiji, the US command in Kuwait declined to comment directly, citing “operational security reasons”. It added that all forces involved in Beiji are “aligned with the government of Iraq” and under the control of Iraqi security forces.
Together, the Ramadi and Beiji losses have fuelled criticism of the Obama administration’s Iraq strategy and prompted the White House to authorise an acceleration of US weapons transfers to Baghdad, including expedited shipments of 2,000 shoulder-fired missiles for use against armoured suicide vehicles.
Iran had contributed advisers, training and arms to Iraqi Shia militias in an attempt to retake the city of Tikrit in March, but that effort stalled. In April, after the US joined the effort with air strikes, Iraqi security forces and allied Shia militias succeeded in regaining control of the city.
Tony Cordesman, a Middle East expert at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, said that while some in Tehran see the advantages of a Shia-led Iraqi government that deals equitably with the Sunni and Kurdish populations in order to achieve national unity, Iranian hardliners do not.
“At best, they are still pursuing a policy of competing with the United States for military influence over the Iraqi military and police, Shia militias, and even influence over Iraq’s Kurds,” Cordesman wrote in an analysis published Thursday. “At worst – and ‘at worst’ now seems more likely than ‘at best’ – Iran’s leaders are seeking an Iraq where Iran has dominant influence” after the Isis threat has been overcome.

Saudi Arabia may soon issue e-bracelets for all hajj pilgrims
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj will soon ask all pilgrims to wear electronic bracelets containing important information, Al-Watan Arabic daily reported on Saturday.
A source from the government department said ministries of hajj and interior have completed an initial feasibility study into introducing the scheme.
He said: “The project is now with the Ministry of Finance for a budgeting proposal. Once the Ministry of Finance and the higher authorities approve the project, the Ministry of Hajj will immediately implement it.”
He added the e-bracelet is water resistant and is to be worn by each pilgrim. “The e-bracelet has a barcode where all of the pilgrim’s information is stored.
The information stored includes address of residence in the Kingdom and full medical records. By scanning the barcodes, the ministry will be able to obtain all the information it needs.”
He added the project has six phases starting with the initial study of the project, followed by planning the project, getting the approval on it, forming committees, manufacturing and implementation, distribution and supervision.
The source said: “The e-bracelet will have services for pilgrims as well as a GPS system. The e-bracelet will also have a prayer times alert, a compass pointing the pilgrims to where they should face when they pray, hajjand Umrah steps and supplications for both pilgrimages.”
He also said there would be an information desk contact available in a number of languages to help pilgrims maneuver the streets of Makkah.
“The ministry aims to serve pilgrims and visitors of Makkah within in its utmost capacity.
“The e-bracelet will be a technological revolution that will expedite many processes such as collecting statistics of pilgrims.”
He added a private association of Arab pilgrims has already developed a prototype e-bracelet. “The e-bracelet the association used had the GPS system as its main feature.
“Their plan was to quickly and easily locate the pilgrims in case of emergencies. “The experiment paved the way for our new e-bracelet.”
British ISIS recruits are taking a ‘new route’ to reach Syria
British ISIS recruits have begun switching their routes to Syria, traveling through Italy to Libya to avoid detection, The Guardian reported this week.
The new route, which avoids going through the popular but heavily guarded Turkish border –used to directly reach Syria – reportedly allows the militants to avoid security measures in UK airports.
They are now reported to be crossing the English Channel to France and driving through Italy before sailing over to Libya or Tunisia – all before heading to Syria, according to sources monitoring British jihadist movements.
“We are seeing more and more taking the route across the Mediterranean to Libya; it’s becoming established. When they get there they are looked after. You can even follow some of them on Facebook going through Italy,” a source told The Guardian.
ISIS militants have recently seized the Libyan city of Sirte, the hometown of late Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi, and as the country is falling to the increasing control of the militants, it is also reportedly becoming a more favorable destination for British recruits to avoid being stopped by authorities.
An adviser to the Libyan government expressed concerns last month that the same route is being used to ISIS fighters to enter Europe on migrant boats, making it hard to differentiate them from Libyan migrants or to verify the fears.
LEBANON –Nasrallah calls on region to fight ISIS: They are no stronger than Israel, US
Hezbollah leader mocks US-coalition effort against Islamic State, saying they conducted less strikes in several months than Israel did in Gaza and Lebanon in less time.
Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah called on regional states to join the fight against the Islamic State group on Sunday, saying “they are not stronger than Israel and the United States, and the nations of the region have already defeated Israel and the United States.”
Nasrallah mocked the US-led coalition’s efforts to stop ISIS, saying “the number of attacks the international coalition conducted in a few months is less than what Israel did in far less time in Lebanon and Gaza.”
His speech, marking 15 years since the IDF withdrew from southern Lebanon, was broadcast on large screens.
The Hezbollah leader said that those who remain silent to ISIS’s atrocities will be their first victim in the future.
“Daesh’s first victim in Lebanon will be the Al-Mustaqbal faction,” Nasrallah said of the Sunni anti-Hezbollah faction in Lebanon, using the Islamic State’s Arabic-language acronym.
He stressed that sitting and waiting for the Islamic State to attack was not an option, “we must take the initiative and look for options to fight these armed organizations,” he said.

LATimes – Monk dubbed ‘Buddhist Bin Laden’ targets Myanmar’s persecuted Muslims
[…]Wirathu, 46, might bear as much responsibility as any individual for the desperate exodus of Muslims from Myanmar aboard overcrowded fishing boats bound for Thailand and Malaysia.
In speeches and Facebook posts, he has warned of an impending “jihad” against the huge Buddhist majority, spread rumors of Muslims systematically raping Buddhist women and called for boycotts of Muslim-owned businesses. Good Buddhists, he argues, shouldn’t mix socially with Muslims, who he says are “snakes” and “mad dogs.”
“Most Muslims destroy our country, our people and the Buddhist religion,” Wirathu said.
[…]He represents the blunt edge of systematic religious discrimination in Myanmar that has driven about 1 million Rohingyas, a Muslim minority group, to the farthest margins of society.
[…]”Wirathu plays a central role with his hate speech and the Islamophobia that it creates, given that the Rohingya are surrounded by a hostile community that can be whipped into violence very quickly,” said Penny Green, director of the International State Crime Initiative at Queen Mary University of London and author of a forthcoming report on Myanmar.
[…]It is difficult to see how Muslims, or any group, could pose a threat to Myanmar’s dominant religion.
[…]Wirathu’s venomous tirades are at odds with the common Western conception of a Buddhist monk: a gentle, saffron-robed ascetic in the mold of the Dalai Lama.

CBC – Hussein Hamdani – U.S. officials want deradicalization advice from Hussein Hamdani
The Canadian government no longer wants his expertise, but American security advisers do
The Canadian government might not want him anymore, but the department of Homeland Security still wants to hear what Hussein Hamdani has to say about deradicalization.
The Hamilton lawyer was suspended as an adviser on Muslim issues and security for the federal government earlier this month. But now, officials from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of National Security have invited him to speak at a conference on fighting violent extremism.
So in July, Hamdani will be heading to Washington, DC to advise government officials at the local, state and federal levels – even though he’s been suspended from doing so in his own country.
“This is consistent with what I have been saying all along: I have been vetted already, multiple times by CSIS and RCMP as well as U.S. security agencies,” Hamdani told CBC News.
Thankfully, the Americans are not playing politics’
Minister of Public Safety Steven Blaney’s office is looking into questions raised by the French TVA network about politically charged statements it alleges Hamdani made as a university student, and allegations about radical organizations that it says Hamdani had associations with.
Hamdani says he believes the decision is politically motivated because of his support for Justin Trudeau and the federal Liberals. He denies all the allegations outright.
“Thankfully, the Americans are not playing politics with the critical work of saving our youth from going down this destructive path and they understand that I am a small but important piece in this goal,” Hamdani said.
Blaney denies that politics played a part in the suspension, and previously said he was unaware that Hamdani was supporting the federal Liberals.
Offering practical advice
Blaney says that the reasons for the suspension are currently being reviewed.
“To tell you frankly, I was unaware of his political activity,” Blaney said at an announcement earlier this month.
The conference at which Hamdani will be speaking is called “Radicalization and Violent Extremism: Lessons from Canada, the U.K. and the U.S.”
According to an e-mail from the U.S. Department of Justice, the goal of the conference is to gather the best researchers from programs targeting violent extremism and to have them deliver “practical, timely and plain spoken results to practitioners who can use them.”
Homeland Security has previously invited Hamdani to come to the U.S. and address American officials, too. His work was recently praised by Blaney himself at an anti-terror summit in Washington, D.C., for his grassroots approach to combating radicalism.
Representatives from the Department of Justice could not immediately be reached for comment.
