Danish Security and Intelligence Services advised the Jewish community to cancel its Radio Shalom broadcasts Monday.
On the recommendation of the Politiets Efterretningstjeneste (PET), for the first time since going on air, host Abraham Kopenhagen did not broadcast his mix of Jewish music and culture Monday evening, reported the Copenhagen Post.
Denmark is on high alert following the dual terrorist attacks Saturday in which a free speech protestor at a Copenhagen cafe and 37-year old volunteer security guard Dan Uzan were killed. Uzan was slain while protecting some 80 attendees of a bat mitzvah at Copenhagen’s Great Synagogue.
2. US: Al-Qaida wanted recruits to pull off attack like 9/11
NEW YORK (AP) — A Pakistani terrorism suspect on trial in New York was among several young recruits under orders by al-Qaida to infiltrate Western society and pull off the biggest operation since the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, a prosecutor said Tuesday in opening statements.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Celia Cohen told jurors in federal court in Brooklyn that the failed conspiracy in 2009 called for attacks in New York City, England and Denmark. She said 28-year-old Abid Naseer, who is acting as his own attorney, headed a cell in Manchester, England, where he attended college as part of his cover and communicated in coded emails with his al-Qaida handler about the cell’s plan to attack a shopping mall.
3. CNN: ISIS launches major assault on Kurdish front in Iraq
A “big attack” is taking place some 45 kilometers (28 miles) from Irbil, the Kurdish capital, one Kurdish source told CNN, citing an assistant to Gen. Sirwan Barzani, commander of the sector.
According to Kurdish officials in the area, fighting at close quarters was continuing for some time after the first ISIS assault was launched at about 9 p.m. local time (1 p.m. ET).
ISIS launched its offensive from several directions, one Kurdish official said. Coalition aircraft were in the area, according to the officials, but had so far been unable to fire on ISIS units because of the close proximity of the two sides on the ground.
A CNN team was in the area 10 days ago and was told by fighters at the front that ISIS was making almost daily attempts to infiltrate through Kurdish lines, which are strung out along a stretch of the River Zab.

5. Is Criticism of Islam a Hate Crime?
(I prefer to think of it as a moral imperative)
After every terrorist attack, the news goes through the usual checklist of excuses. Muslims aren’t responsible. It had nothing to do with Islam. Asking Muslims to condemn or disassociate themselves from the attack is racist and you should be ashamed of yourself for even asking them to do it.
The Chapel Hill shootings reversed the spin. The media switched from warning us that we shouldn’t blame Muslims for Muslim terrorism, to blaming atheists for a parking dispute turned violent. Their evidence was Craig Hicks’ Facebook page quoting prominent atheists attacking, mainly, Christianity.

Perhaps I didn’t read closely enough, but I didn’t notice him support his postmodern indoctrination glibly transferred onto Islam that ‘the religion allows many interpretations.’ It does not. Reliance of the Traveler b7.2:

Of course, it doesn’t even cross anybody’s mind that it might be a good idea to arm the people who are being threatened. Oh, no… As we’ve all been told so many times, if you own a gun and you are confronted by danger, chances are you’re such a twit that you’ll let the bad guy get your weapon and use it on you, so there’s no sense in having a gun. Right? Thank God we got that straight…

The Dictators who are currently running the west are more afraid of thee ordinary citizens then they are of the Moslems, probably with good reason, armed people tend to think for themselves and once the Moselm threat has been removed they would probably turn the guns on the dictators.
