2. Boko Haram dressed up as Nigerian soldiers and slaughtered a village of people
MAIDUGURI, Nigeria — Boko Haram militants dressed as soldiers slaughtered at least 200 civilians in three villages in northeastern Nigeria and the military failed to intervene even though it was warned that an attack was imminent, witnesses said on Thursday.
(I recommend not watching this video. It is here as a matter of record. But I do not believe it is healthy to see what muslims do to unbelievers if you are already aware of the facts and accept them as such)
3.UK: She had been stabbed and had both her arms broken, and her head cut off.
Her husband, Naveed Ahmed, 41, appeared via videolink in court, charged with her murder. […] Another neighbour added: “It’s just such a shock. He was a quiet, gentle and lovely man. They were lovely and would always send us Christmas cards. You would always see him with his children out on the bikes.”
4. Terrorist Groups Rise 58% Since 2010
According to a study released yesterday by the RAND Corporation, there has been a 58 percent increase in the number of jihadist groups over the last four years. Even more troubling, the number of jihadist fighters has doubled, and the number of worldwide attacks has tripled. The report further notes that terrorist groups operating in Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan and Pakistan pose the greatest threat to the United States.
5. Saskatoon vice squad arrests a woman for wearing shorts.
(There have been many odd arrests and citations as well as school issues recently about the dress code for girls and woman. It seems that for reasons I simply cannot understand, standards for women’s clothing have been tilting towards more modesty with no new legislation and driven mostly by un-named complainers, at least in the case of schools. No idea why this might be happening but I can’t help but notice there are more and more headlines like this in the past months)

6. El Al flight forced to land after passenger attacks crew
Captain makes emergency touchdown in Bulgaria after traveler assaults head flight attendant
An El Al Israel Airlines flight from Tel Aviv to Munich was forced to make an emergency landing in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia Thursday after a passenger began attacking crew members and threatening other travelers.
Thank you Richard, M, Don L, Grace, and all who sent in material.
Hello there….its me again…..Don Laird…..
I disagree with Vlad on his point of watching the beheading videos.
I watch them all the time, I have watched hundreds of them.
Yes, they have left a mark, a very deep one and yes, I lose sleep on some dark nights.
I feel it is necessary to see the Muslim and its Islam in the cold light of day, for who they are, for what they do, for the madness, butchery and death that is the central focus of their lives and of their supremacist ideology.
To each his own, but I know the Muslim better than it knows itself. I have always known what madness, butchery, perversion, sickness, lunacy and death have looked like; the Muslim.

#1 Once again Hollywood proves they aren’t patriotic.
#5 Yucki sounds good to me.
Hollywood… movies… suggestions?
OT- Richard, you asked if I liked British ’60s TV. Long answer.
I’ve seen very little television in my life, so I don’t know. Some British comedy doesn’t translate well, but their history and drama can be very good.
I’ve missed a huge chunk of Americana. So many references to TV – direct or indirect, such an important part of the collective consciousness is inaccessible to me.
No complaints: I was exposed to things most kids wouldn’t have had time for. Great stuff, just different. And my family always went to the movies.
Still, there are big gaps. I ask a lot of questions. Someone slaps me down for it, it’s his or her loss. I take my question elsewhere. Teaching is learning inside-out and upside-down; its really learning.
Do you have Brit TV programs for me?
the following url will take you to the play list for the entire 26 show series (two 13 show seasons) of Doctor in the House, it was based on the Doctor in the House series of books by Richard Gordon. After this series there was Doctor at Large and then Doctor in Charge with Doctor at Sea the last series on the books I know of. Some of the episodes are funny and some aren’t.
26! Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you.
