  4. Yes, Obama finally did REFER to it as an “act of terror” today (Tuesday), but (1) it was after the fact, a day too late.

    And (2), his tone was not tough enough, but was muttered as a casual after-thought, that the “FBI” is investigating it as an act of terrorism. And that: “any time bombs are used to target innocent civilians, it is an act of terror…bla bla bla”.

    He was not forthright, and could have said this: “Yes, the Boston Marathan Massacre WAS INDEED an act of terror” – something we would expect to hear from a real U.S. President after a bloody carnage takes place on U.S. soil.

    This is what he said, yesterday (MONDAY), following the attack: “Earlier today I was briefed by my Homeland Security team on the “EVENTS” in Boston….SENSELESS LOSS….MULTIPLE PEOPLE WOUNDED….we salute all those who assisted in responding so quickly and professionally to this TRAGEDY…

    EVENTS? TRAGEDY?

    HUMAN LIMBS were ripped off, BLOOD was running on the street, shattered glass everywhere, children maimed, people lying severely injured in the street that looked like a scene from war-torn Beirut, there was a carnage of destruction unfolding on the blood-splattered sidewalks with severed arms and legs. Yet the President of the US does not use the word “TERROR”?

    If that isn’t TERROR, what is? Maybe to Obama, TERROR is what he feels when he looks at his tax returns….

    And, how long after the Ben-Gazi attack did it take for Obama to finally call it an act of terror?…or didn’t he?

  5. The only terror attacks the left are willing to talk about are the ones that can be blamed on the right, look at the way the left has been working hard to smear the blame on the right.

  6. UM Coach: Bomb Sniffing Dogs, Spotters on Roofs Before Explosions

    University of Mobile’s Cross Country Coach, who was near the finish line of the Boston Marathon when a series of explosions went off, said he thought it was odd there were bomb sniffing dogs at the start and finish lines.

    “They kept making announcements to the participants do not worry, it’s just a training exercise,” Coach Ali Stevenson told Local 15.

    Stevenson said he saw law enforcement spotters on the roofs at the start of the race. He’s been in plenty of marathons in Chicago, D.C., Chicago, London and other major metropolitan areas but has never seen that level of security before.

    “Evidently, I don’t believe they were just having a training exercise,” Stevenson said. “I think they must have had some sort of threat or suspicion called in.”

    CNN reports a state government official said there were no credible threats before the race.

    Stevenson had just finished the marathon before the explosions. Stevenson said his wife had been sitting in one of the seating sections where an explosion went off, but thankfully she left her seat and was walking to meet up with him.

    “We are just so thankful right now,” Stevenson said.
