Shocking. This is going to have an effect on U.S Election – similar to Ahmadinejad’s Revolutionary Guard storming of U.S Embassy in Iran in 1979 – and by the same disingenuous tactics in Libya that 0bama Administration pretends to ignore. Appeasement does not work.
Now we have the commander in chief not supporting his own people, pretty soon he will turn his back on the military and then his own citizens
Appeasement has never been a part of the Obama administration’s foreign policy. “Appeasement” is a nothing more than a fabricated condition in the minds of conservatives with no real foreign policy experience. One should take with a grain of salt as well anyone who is foisted in front of the American public on TV cameras set up in the same room as our own Mr. Issa (R-CA). Furthermore, the so-called testimony cited here is from a former no-longer-employed “security chief” stationed in Tripoli, not Benghazi. Finally, regarding the use of tragedy for political purposes, the Republicans are continually being shamed into backing down from inappropriate use of our military members going at least as far back as the friendly fire murder of Pat Tillman: Romney had to agree to stop telling the story of Glen Doherty, one of two former Navy SEALs who died at Benghasi, after his mother complained to a Boston TV station that it was ‘wrong’ for the former Massachusetts governor to ‘make my son’s death part of his political agenda.’ It wouldn’t surprise very many of us to discover that the Republicans (with Karl Rove as their long-time inspirator) had a hand in stirring the pot that produced the Benghazi murders.
