There are many ways to chart the decline of a civilization. One Roman senator was reputed to have said that it could be measured by the degree to which a government funded itself by sin.
True or not, it certainly can be charted by how often or if at all, a people feel the need to enforce the law themselves when they live in a highly taxed and over governed and over policed area to begin with. This vigilante action was not irrational. It was to deal with chronic crime ranging from destroying an area with feces and trash to persistent theft. And clearly all normal routes yielded nothing when it should have only taken one phone call to have this dealt with in the first place, if that.
Now it will be interesting to see if the state acts against the indigenous French who dealt with crime themselves. One can be confident they would if this was in was Canada.

If the government isn’t doing their job as is true in so many cases, the sexual grooming cases in Britain & the rapes in Sweden come to mind, then the citizens should not have be the ones to suffer the consequences, they are correct in dealing with the issues themselves. The Roma are a minor annoyance in Europe. One day, they might reform.
I want to see vigilante action against ISLAM outside just Greece. They will always be pure evil. We must drive them out.
This is the future of all of Europe, civil order will collapse and the towns will be left to their own resources.
The ordinary people in Europe are capable of defending themselves against the invaders and against their oppressive governments, this is probably the first of many such actions.
The government may decide that moving on the people will be to dangerous, after all they don’t want madam guillotine shaving them.
The government has become the enemy of the indigenous people, favoring the multiculturalists and cowering before the might of the EU. This is cultural Marxism at its worst, destructive and evil. Do they really think that people will sit idly forever and watch their civilization destroyed because they want to be politically correct? QUIT VOTING FOR MARXISTS and take your country back.
