  2. I dunno. I’d think that anyone wielding a molotov cocktail should be shot on sight. The snipers on the rooptops must’ve missed that one. Or that every officer have an ABC extinquisher for such encounters.

  3. I don’t think the Europeans station snipers around riots, I know most if not all US cities don’t.
